Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 5. Dez. 2012Ich habe das Motel gewählt um eine möglichst Stadtnahes Motel zum günstigen Preis zu bekommen. Wollte mir nur für zwei Tage Nashville anschauen. Das RRI erfüllt diesen Kompromiss super. Zwar muss man nach wie vor das Auto anschmeißen um in die Stadt zu kommen - das geht dann aber echt fix. Für den Preis bekommt man ein geräumiges Zimmer, was zwar ein wneig in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und gepflegt war. Hier und da ein paar Macken im Mobiliar oder in den Sanitäranlagen sollte man bei dem Preis hinnehmen können. Ihh würde es wieder machen.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 10. Sep. 2012Das Hotel liegt am Broadway in Nashville, welcher direkt zur "Country-Music-Vergnügungsmeile" führt. Für einen Städtetrip also ideal und auch vom Highway aus sehr einfach zu finden. Das Parken ist kostenpflichtig, wenn man am hoteleigenen Parkplatz parkt. In der Umgebung gibts etwas günstigere Möglichkeiten, aber die muss man halt erst finden. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption verhalten sich korrekt und sind hiflsbereit, sofern es das Hotel betrifft. Für Touristentipps am besten die Touristeninfo in der Stadt befragen (ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt). Die sind da wirklich toll. Das Hotel ist von der Lage her also ideal, sauber und gut ausgestattet, inkl. Fitnessraum und wenn man mag - auch mit Pool (neben Parkplatz).

Hotel location and cleanliness were fine. Room key would not work well even for maid as our room did not get cleaned one day because she could not get in due to room key access unit. "Not a typical Hyatt Place - lower quality"
We had a few issues from the time we arrived. The registration counter was really sticky. I'm not sure what was on it but I didn't want to touch it. When we checked out two days later it was sticky again. We reserved 2 queen beds. We got 2 double beds in a handicapped accessible room - no bath, very industrial feel. I registered for 4 people (2 adults, […] 2 kids) but they only give 3 sets of towels. There was no closet. Nice hotel. Breakfast was cold no matter what time you got there in the morning. They offer " room service " but when it is ready you have to go down and get it yourself. As the weather was rainy we missed having a pool the kids could swim in. Also, the room we were in was located directly across the staff entrance to the kitchen. There was constant noise and doors slamming as the staff moved in and out of that area. Key cards had to be inserted at least 3 times to get door to open. Our group of six had two rooms- Which means we spent over $600.00 At your hotel. We had adjoining rooms. We left our rooms at about 11 am. The housekeeping staff were cleaning three rooms down the hall as we passed them on the way to the staircase. When we returned to our rooms later that evening one of our rooms where 4 of us were staying had not been […] made up. Our adjoining room was. When I called the front desk they were not helpful or caring basically offering clean towels. I was less than pleased and said so, no action was taken. Definitely will not stay at that hotel again. The free breakfast was a good thing. The hotel could use updating for sure. It was definitely something else before a Hyatt. The rooms were a good size and sleeping 6 was perfect. I was disappointed in this hotel as a Hyatt property. This staff was nice but much less professional and organized than at any other Hyatt I've been to. Instead of a king sized bed, as requested, we had two full beds that were terribly uncomfortable. The hotel was clean enough, but nothing special. The rooms were very generous in size. "Bathroom way too small"
The bath consisted of the toilet and shower. We had to maneuver ourselves around just to close the door... and we are not large people. The towels were stored on a rack within the shower... leaving them to get wet or at least damp. This is the second Hyatt Place that I have stayed in. It's modern, clean, and has comfortable rooms. The free breakfast was very good. There was even a decent menu available 24/7. I would recommend this hotel.Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

"A nice place to visit"
Nice hotel in a good area close to Opry Mills and just minutes from downtown. Decent breakfast. Plenty of restaurants in the area. I only had one issue with the room. The bed was not comortable. We stayed at the Cool Springs Hyatt on our last trip to the area and the bed was so comfortable I couldn't believe it. The bed in this room was too hard for […] me. I would stay here again though. "15 min from Music Row"
I enjoyed the stay very much. We only had 2 days and wanted to see Music Row and Country Music Hall of Fame. We enjoyed the attractions and it was less expensive than staying in town. The hotel was quiet and clean and the breakfast was fantastic with many options. My favorite were the breakfast sandwiches and the Tazo Tea. I would stay here again if […] we come back.
