Friendly, helpful with answers to all questions. Everything was ready when we checked in early. Enjoyed our stay. This is our second time at this facility this year. Will stay there again in the future.

The hotel was excellent and very comfortable. Rooms were clean and and pet friendly! This location was easily accessible to the highway and the staff was always helpful. Also, the hot breakfast was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. 5 stars!!!!!

This year my entire family including adult children, their spouses and significant others, and grandchildren traveled to Destin Florida from Carroll Iowa for our 4th of July week holiday vacation. The trip takes two days (22 hours) to drive, so we hoteled in Paducah mid trip. On check in, I told the receptionist that 4 would be sleeping in my room […] even though I’d informed Hotels.com that only 2 would be there. My son’s vacation request was approved last minute, so we planned for him to sleep in the 2nd bed. The receptionist issued me drink coupons for the Manager’s Reception and we went to our room to rest. Shortly thereafter I was called back to the front desk. I was informed that only two adults would be allowed to sleep in my room, and that my son would have to find his own. Only two drink coupons could be charged to our room since I’d noted 2 adults for Hotels.com, and there was nothing I could do about it. I informed the woman who was now becoming annoyed with me that we did not need the drink coupons (I handed them back to her), and that my son would find other accommodations for his overnight stay. He would not be renting a room there. When the other half of my family arrived, we found accommodations for Joe and tried not to allow her to ruin our vacation. We took our grandchildren to the pool and started to play but the pool had been over chlorinated so the childrens eyes started to burn within a few minutes. Other children were swimming in the pool wearing jockey shorts not bathing suits, and there were no towels available to dry before returning thru the lobby area to the elevator back to our rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors. The elevator was very slow to respond to our hail each time we tried. We did take advantage of the Manager’s Reception and were happy with the food and service there. We stop in on our way to visit folks up north. This was our first time staying here. LOVED IT!! The hot bar in the evening. Breakfast in the morning. Queen beds that were comfortable !! Such a friendly staff. We travel north twice a year, from now on we are staying here.

This hotel was great, but needs to communicate with the lower town shops. Most shops were closed on July 4th and I guess on most all Mondays. Most happening days are Friday and Saturday, and we arrived on Sunday! We had a fun time anyway. We visited the National Quilt Museum and River Museum. very friendly staff. hot food in the evening is VERY good idea. didn't have any but they had hot dogs and mac n cheese the night we stayed there. i wish more hotels did that. we will stay here again.

the lobby looks good but the actual room was not is good shape it was over priced for the type of room it was, would never go back

Everything is what we have expected...though I wish the hot breakfast would have better quality and selection.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at in terms of the ammenities, building and especially the staff. Very friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I have always enjoyed my stay at this hotel. No problems whatsoever - except if you plan to swim, you cannot do so before 10 a.m. in the morning. This is ridiculous as I do always like to take a swim early in the morning before continuing on with my travels which makes me leave the hotel before 10 a.m.

I loved the recliner and the room was very confortable. Staff every helpful and friendly.

I was verypleased with our stay. The only problem we had was getting internet.Carie was so helpful. She called the company anf helped to fix the problem. She is an assect to the company.

I was not happy with the smell of the room. It was a smoking room and I am a smoker, however the smell was nasty. Needs to put electric fresheners in the smoking rooms. That is what I use in my home and it don't smell like smoke. I am very thankful that you still have smoking rooms and would not want to stay in a non smoking room. That is the only thing […] I did not like about my stay. The hotel was nice. The service was wonderful. The attendants were very nice and respectful. I prefer Drury Inn over other hotels. I wish I could give this hotel a better rating as I thought at first it would be a pleasant stay. However, we were very dissapointed. The main reason to stay was for my 7 mth pregnant granddaughter to be able to relax in a warm indoor pool, but the water was cold. As we were gathering our belongings to check out I noticed some women's underwear on the […] floor. All 3 of the girls with me thought they belonged to one of the others when in fact they didn't belong to any of them. One of the girls said she found them on the floor under the edge of the bedspread. They apparently belonged to the previous guest! This is disgusting and unacceptable. I have notified the management and they are looking into the matter and are giving us a full refund. Mehr

We enjoyed the stay the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. the hot breakfast on Saturday was really good.

The hotel was nice enough. But the bed was not very comfortable. The complimentary snacks and breakfast was not very good and didn't have variety. (Chili dogs and salad) The staff was very friendly and professional.

Had to attend a last minute family funeral. Booked a room with 2 beds, as we had 3 people. Our son could not come. Upon arriving, we informed the desk of this. She downgradedd our room to 1 bed. Upon check out, she told me that she could do nothing about the additional charges, and we were charged for 2 beds and the 3rd person.....Trash was not picked […] up (coffee cups, etc), when staff cleaned our room. Trim piece loose off bedding foundation and fitted sheet kept coming loose. Antique TV. Otherwise room and comfort was fine although hard to get luggage cart in, unloaded and back out again. Very good breakfast program. Good evenng amenities with hot finger food and beer/wine. Good location convenient to I-24. On the main drag toward downtown.

We enjoyed our stay. This hotel has a great atmosphere! Their rooms are spacious and comfortable, beds are nearly the most comfortable I've experienced in a hotel. The staff is welcoming and friendly. We will definately stay here our next time through Paducah.

This hotel was right nestled in between an Outback Steakhouse and a Bob Evans which provided good food. The hotel provided a free breakfast buffet that was awesome, free popcorn throughout the day, and a happy hour from 5-7 with drinks under a dollar. I am a big fan of the Drury Inn now.

Typical chain hotel but clean and comfortable. Nive manager's reception and hot breakfast.

The staff at this hotel are some of the nicest people I have ever delt with. The service was great, breakfast, room and everything in general was great.
