Beautiful hotel, close to everything in midtown Atlanta. Loved the spa! We were thrilled by the service of the hotel staff. Although this is a luxury hotel neither the staff nor the atmosphere were stuffy in the least! The only "con" was the traffic near the hotel but that's Atlanta for you :-)

We were happy with the hotel overall, but at this point it is irritating to have to pay for wifi connection. Free internet has become standard at most mid-priced hotels, not to mention the Starbucks on the corner.. Also, the down comforter is too warm - it forces you to turn the AC up high which I don't like.

We enjoyed our stay with the Four Seasons Atlanta, very much. This was all enhanced by the professional and very warm demeanor of the staff. Unfortunately, I cannot specifically remember names, a valet/doorman working the morning of our departure (maybe Robert or James) was exceptionally helpful and friendly, as was the Doorman/Bellman (Gurat/Kurat?), […] paid specific attention to us during our stay. A great hotel in a great midtown neighborhood in Atlanta. Very comfortable room with great service and wonderful restaurants. People were very helpful and positive. Rates were reasonable compared to hotels not of this calibre. Concierge helped us enjoy our time by visting beautiful local attractions (e.g. parks, botantical garden).

The hotel is excellent. There is nothing to complain about what "it has". The only issue is what it does "not" have. It does not have a convenience market; or any place to get a simple drink, snack, toiletries, etc. We walked next store to the Marriott to pick up some water, snacks, aspirin, etc. The other short-coming is that the room service prices […] were good, but they add 22% tip and another $3.75 admin charge. They was absurd, so we went out instead. The biggest positive is that we arrived very tired and my wife was sick. We closed the drapes and went to bed. We didn't wake up until 11:30AM! No light, no noise, it was a fantastic nights rest. Such an improvement over so many noisy hotels. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel. Mehr

The staff at the Four Seasons Atlanta was amazing! Hands down the best hotel stay experience I have had in Atlanta. From now on, this is where I will stay when traveling to the area.

My husband and I stayed here for a fun Valentine's weekend in Atlanta. This was also our first night away from our 18 month old, so it was a big deal for us! We wanted to stay somewhere really nice and the Four Seasons is that hotel! We were blown away by the service. Our DVD player in our room wasn't working and they worked tirelessly until they resolved […] the problem so we could watch our movie. Very happy with the service! Would certainly stay here again! From the beginning to the end, everyone was extremely friendly. The room was great, as well as, the view. My husband and I will definitely return.

I surprised my husband for his birthday with a weekend away sans kids. The hotel gave us a wonderful room and sent us a small birthday cake to share. This hotel was beautiful and had every amenity you could want. It was also perfectly located near the highway and near restaurants so we could get out and enjoy ourselves. Wonderful weekend!

Will never good back, it was okay first day last day service was less than acceptable. Will stay elsewhere next visit

Excellent service as expected with this hotel chain. Room not as luxurious as expected but no specific complaints.

Outstanding hotel. Everything was well above par. We will use it again.

The entire staff from the bellmen, front desk, restaurant staff to maid staff were all supbeb! The attention to detail is what my wife and I expected. We actually used the fitness center. There is even a full time attendant on duty. The Sunday brunch is one of the finest food offerings available anywhere! Most enjoyable stay. When we returned from celebrating […] our 35 wedding anniversary, our son told us that Elton John lives in the adjoing condo complex. We did not see him but that speaks loads for the neighborhood! Very friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist who checked me in walked me to the elevators. The suite was fantastic, the city view was great. Excellent amenities. But, you need to pay for Wi-Fi

Breakfast was awesome!

The service at this hotel is impeccable - and completely non-transactional. They truly wish (or seem to wish, in any case) to do whatever they can to make your stay pleasant - right down to offering to go get gym shorts at the store for my husband, who had forgotten to pack his. That level of personal attention, and touches like coffee and pastries […] in the lobby, superior concierge services, and one of the most welcoming spas I've ever seen make this a must-return-to hotel. Also, a great place to stay if you don't have a car - near the train station / easily walkable to restaurants, bars, clubs, theater, and even Piedmont Park. Mehr

Nice Hotel. Staff very professional and helpful. Park 75 is to pricey for what you get and the lounge is not very entertaining. Our Server at the lounge was very good though and we really liked her. I will probably stay somewhere else next time.

My husband and I stayed at the Four Seasons to celebrate our 10th anniversary. The staff was wonderful, and made our anniversary special with their attention to details. We will definately be back to celebrate again!

I would highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the Mid-town area of Atlanta. It is within walking distance of several great restaurants and the beautiful Piedmont Park. The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra is just around the corner--highly recommend! The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was very well appointed and everything […] was sparkling clean. The lounge at the hotel was staffed with friendly employees attentive to every need. The front desk and concierge were very helpful and friendly. The price is right too--much nicer and classier than the nearby W Hotel, and much less on price. We will definitely look to stay here again. My only complaint was the price of parking, but they get you on that in any midtown or downtown hotel location in Atlanta. Mehr

The staff at this hotel was outstanding. However, I wouldn't say that the room was any nicer than several other (not 5 star) hotels in midtown Atlanta.

close to MARTA station. Walking distance to many restaurants of many levels. Staff very freidly and attentive

Gorgeous hotel! Extremely friendly staff. Walking distance to Arts Center MARTA station.

The staff at this hotel did an excellent job. Everyone was helpful and friendly and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond what I would have expected.

The $30 a day parking fee seemed high even for a four star hotel in this city, but it is a fine hotel with good service.

I used my hotel.com rewards to stay here and had I had to pay for this room, I would have left. We arrive at the front desk to check in and the deskclerk couldn't find my reservation. She goes to get the Manager who questions the reservations. Finally he asks if I have my confirmation number. I did not bring the number, I didn't think I would need […] it..WRONG. Luckily he ESCORTS my husband and me up to the business center so I could check my email and retrieve my confirmation. All the time waiting in the background..creepy. So I give him the confirmation, we go back down to the desk, he fiddles around a minute and replies everything is fine and he "upgraded" us to a Primier room (which was what I booked anyway, but I was in no mood to argue). I booked a King room, we got a Queen size bed. Again, had I been "paying" I would have complained more. We get up that morning, the top sheet had revealed the down comforter and an old brown smear at the side bottom..I was a little grossed out. Not at all what I would have expected at a 5 star property. Later in the evening there was a card under the door from that clerk (manager) apologizing for our check in gliches...that's it, no comp for breakfast or valet parking..just "sorry". I have received better treatment, from worse properties. I thought later today, how embarrassed I would have been had I been on a date and experienced this stay. I would have been mortified at the check in problem alone. Not to say all Four Season property treats guests this way, or if the problem came from miscommunication from hotels.com...regardless it was embarrassing and unnecessary. Mehr
