This is my second time in this hotel. As the first time, the service was impeccable. They make you feel in heaven. The restaurant has amazing food and wine.

Finished a business trip to Atlanta and decided to spend the weekend at the Four Seasons. It is a first class hotel and service is superb. It was a horribly rainy weekend the first week in May so spent more time in the hotel than usual. They have a decent gym facility. A lot of Atlanta political and business royalty hang out in the bar/lounge on Friday […] night. Great crowd too. This hotel has residence portion too. A tough life when your address is the Four Seasons. No complaints other than I hate to pay a for a lux hotel and then have to pay for wireless. Food in the bar/lounge is very good.I did the Sunday brunch buffet and did not feel that $56 dollars was a good value. Now it was not a bad value but a bit pricey for what they served. Also, American's don't know how to dress anymore. A lot of slobs in dirty jeans and shirts. What gives? Mehr

Overall, hotel was very nice: room was very comfortable, hotel staff was friendly and courteous, and the hotel service was outstanding. There were a couple pieces of furniture that could have been dusted better, but the rest of the room was very clean. My only disappointments were: (1) Wi-Fi and long distance calls were not included in the cost of the […] room; I've stayed at other upscale hotels for less cost where these items were included; (2) It would have been nice to have the option of self parking; only valet parking was available. This is why you go to a 5-star hotel. It's a great experience. The service is magnificent. If you need something, just ask. As long as it's legal, it's as good as done. Go there with someone special.

A very elegant and accommodating hotel. Location is close to the MARTA system which makes transit travel easy. Fantastic workout facility and spa. The only problem was we book a room with two beds and they were sold out and moved us to a King and cot - tough for 6 foot 2 teenager to sleep on.

Although my wife and I had never stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta, we had driven past it many times as we went home after attending a concert at the Woodruff Arts Center. We had remarked that we would like to stay there after we went to the Atlanta Symphony performance on a New Year's Eve. We had been planning to do that for many years but with […] family activities and friends making New Year's Eve plans we had never managed to fit it into our schedule. But we finally did on December 31, 2012 and we were very impressed and overwhelmed by the wonderful atmosphere and service at the Four Seasons. It truly was a Four Star adventure. Wow...What can I say! We went to the hotel right after our wedding reception before taking off for our honeymoon and the staff was incredible. Everyone from the doorman, front desk and house keeping was courteous, friendly and patient. The hotel even had a surprise for us to celebrate our wedding night by providing us with chocolate dipped strawberries […] and truffles. The room was the perfect size with a great view of the city. I now know what the Four Season experience is all about! Highly recommended. I have stayed at a lot of "high end" hotel for work or personal travels. The difference is not the property, the room or the decor...IT WAS THE AMAZING STAFF. They treated me and my new wife with amazing service...Highly Recommended Mehr

The hotel is great, the staff is very friendly. Breakfasts are too expensive, but...this is a 5 stars hotel. We liked the pool, the sauna, our room.......everything!

I would prefer not to be placed in a handi-capped room in the future. I didn't request a handi-cap room, nor did I indicate any disabilities. I had a very difficulty time taking a relaxing shower and I really don't appreciate having that room considering what I paid for the room.

All staff were very helpful & polite. Room requested was a "Superior Two Twin Beds City View Room" & a Quiet Room. The room provided (Room 612) was a Room modified for guests with special needs , although neither of us fit this category. This provided some challenges using the shower(no bath tub), which had a sloped access & allowed water to escape […] from the shower area. However, this was solved by making a dam of towels at the slope. Based on our previous stays in US hotels, the beds(2) were the narrowest we have entered at about 3 feet 6 inches. After a long drive from Mooresville NC, we were too tired to to request a change of rooms. However , in retrospect, this was a poor decision on our part. This was because the main door opened onto a small area with another room main door directly adjacent. This in itself would not be a problem, if other guests occupying that room were a little more considerate. The restaurant food was excellent with good service, if a little more expensive than encountered on our other stays on this fly/drive. Mehr

This was our first time at the Four Seasons though we had stayed at the hotel several times when it was The Grand. All the elegance we remembered was still there--and more. The staff is most helpful from the outside attendants to the desk and housekeeping staff. We'll be back!

The Four seasons was far more than I expected. It was my 10 year anniversary and when they asked at the check in it must have been noted. We were treated exceptional and they even did a late night turn down service as a surprise along with a plate of Chocolate dipped strawberries.. What a perfect place to spend a special weekend.

hotel is a classic establishment more for business people who come through town. everything is clean and nice, customer service is excellent. They do have an indoor salt water pool, sauna and a steam room. The hotel is beautiful. Great location. Wonderful brunch. However, they didn't clean our room until we called them around 4 p.m. Highly unusual. Then at check-out, they apparently had lost my car. Took them about an hour to find it. For the valet charge of over $30/night, I would have at least expected a refund on that charge, but did not pursue it […] as I was just glad to have my car back and get to my event. Mehr

I have stayed in fine hotelsl in many countries- this is one of the very best. It has a manificent foyer wth a grand staircase and marble walls and ceilings. It is tastefully but richly decorated throughout. The service is friendly and impecable. I recommend it without reservation.

Doesn't compare to any Ritz Carlton I've stayed at. They had 2 beds in the room and they were twins (good luck if you have more than 2 people). I requested a roll-away bed and they said they didn't have one. The web site said they had Lincolns and a BMW as courtesy cars but after 3 requests to use one of them to travel less than 2 miles they said they […] were unavailable. I told them that I didn't care when I had to use them, I just wanted my son to ride in one for his birthday. They said they would get me a cab because the driver went home. I left notes during the booking to wish my son a happy birthday upon arrival. Guess that information never got there. The swimming pool looked like a cheesy 70's attempt at Greek architecture. The statues by the pool were duplicates (must have been poured in the same concrete mold) and the rest of the pool area was styled like I don't know what... The colors and decor in the room was very disjointed. Black and gray marble with tan and brass - I think the designer was color blind. The entrance was beautiful but nothing better than a lot of 3 or 4 star hotels I've been in. I don't mind paying for quality but other than the service, you wont find it here. Be prepared to pay to use the business center and each copy you print. Mehr

Extremely friendly staff! Great food, great service in all aspects. Best thing was their drop-off service. Saved the hassle of a cab, very roomy car (new Jag) that made my group feel like celebrities getting dropped off. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Only minor complaint is the single bed size. Kind of small!

This is an excellent hotel in a nice area. The staff greeted me warmly during my entire stay. The room was as nice as you could ask for. The bedding was superior to most places I have stayed. Unless you are impossible to please you will love this hotel.
