I start having doubts about hotel reviews. A 3.6 out of 5 signalize a decent value for money. This place would be a 1 star hotel in Germany, built in a way that you hear the steps of the guest in the room above, the noise of the neighbors in the room next to you - not mentioning all night on the traffic of the near by highway. Even worse is the neighborhood […] - the only restaurant near is Denny's (I was not familiar with them - and will never try it out) My advise: Pay more and look for sth better. mit dem Hotel waren wir zufrieden, durften sogar schon morgens einchecken - der Chef war sehr zuvorkommend.das junge Mädchen am Tresen konnte leider keine Auskunft über Busverbindungen in die Stadt geben, was man eigentlich erwarten sollte.

Hotel liegt direkt an einem Highway. Daher hört man diesen auch Nachts deutlich. Hotel und Zimmerausstattung sind älteren Baujahrs. Dafür ist das Frühstück sehr fein. Besonders die frischen Waffeln und die Omelettes!

Perfect! Took the advice from a previous review and requested a room as far away from I-70. Never heard the freeway traffic! I think that when someone checks in the clerk could stop talking on the phone to her friends and take care of the guest. Also on check out, there were 5 people behind the counter but I had to wait for one girl to finish a reservation on the phone.

It was fine! We came in at 4:00 am, it would have been nice to have a break in price, but other than that our stay was ok. Nothing spectacular; nothing in the room was a disappointment.

the trash cans in mu hotel room were full when i arrived and there was a tampon wrapper in the bathroom trash can. those were major turn offs. however the room itself was a great size for the price. overall this place was okay. would have been a lot better had there not been trash already in my room

The hotel could not be found by a GPS for some reason, the staff new it and did not mail any notice about it! The hotel is anon smoking fascility but the corridors had havy smoke smell!

We had a layover and early flight out of DIA so we stayed here. The place was clean and affordable, in a nearby location. The only thing I'd worry about is noise due to proximity to I-70, which is right outside your window. We were tired enough where that wasn't an issue, but just something to bear in mind.

When I arrived the staff was friendly however the room had no towels, cups, ice bucket and the remote control for tv had no batteries. No soap and no bath mat. I had to call and ask for these items.

Choice Properties is attempting to refurbish an older Crystal Inn but need to know the third floor smoking floor will always be a smoking floor and customers need to know that. I would say this is an average hotel. The first room I was given had noisy water pipes in the wall. I mentioned it to them and they cheerfully gave me another room with no problem. The room was quiet and clean. About 15 minutes ride easy access to DIA. The room was clean, but you could hear the water running in the surrounding rooms and it was louder than the water running in your own room. The shower was luke warm at best, the heated pool couldn't have been more than 75 degrees (typically should be around 83-85 degrees). It was too cold for my daughter and I to get in (which is saying a lot as we […] swim in cold lakes). The hot tub was like a warm bath. When I asked the front desk clerk about whether the pool was supposed to be heated, she barely looked up from her cell phone. I explained that there must be something wrong with the heater or the thermostat, she just said "well, it is heated." We were there for three nights and never received maid service. We stayed overnite to go to airport next morning the pool was nice except no towels were there to use when done and the room said nothing about handicapped shower so my kids could not take a bath also the shower head holder was broken so I had to hold the sprayer while I took a shower. I also would have to say that the tvs need updating there was nothing […] for my kids to watch that was appropriate for night tv I was glad we brought our portable dvd player for my oldest. We also took advantage of the hotel shuttle service to airport the guy that drove us and the girl working the counter that morning bad mouthed the night employee for not writing down the correct number of guests getting on the shuttle which was 4 instead of two. He then was a crazy driver to the airport thinking he was driving a sports car but it was ok for the price I paid just some minor things that should be touched on. Mehr

this was poor. Hotel was a truck stop. dirty carpets in hall and room. Dated hotel with dark halls, tiny analog TV, dirty old furniture you would not want to sit on. Room smelled like someone had been smoking. The window was open to air it out when we arrived. Claimed to be a 3 star hotels. No way!! Towels were old, tiny and dingy white. Dogs in the […] hotel barking. We did not feel safe in the parking lot or in the long corridors of the dark motel. Continental breakfast was extra (we did not eat there). The hotel was not in a good neighborhood. We stayed across the interstate in a 2 1/2 star for less money and it was a 4 star compared to this dump. we will never stay here again. Good, location was convenient to airport, having shuttle transportation to airport was nice. Alarm was set in room and went off at 3am so that would be the only thing that really didn't make the stay 100%...maybe the staff could check the room alarms to make sure they are all turned off?

We missed our connection flight and had to change the reservation at the last moment...the staff rolled it over to the next night with no problem and no extra charge...after spending the nighton th e floor of JFK airport, getting to the hotel the following night and receiving good service and a fabulous king bed, our night of sleep was was great!

The room was alright. It was next to the elevator so we heard that every time it was used. Only gave us three towels but they quickly filled our request for more. Minor issues mostly. Would want to get a better price to stay again.

The walls and floors are very thin. Which means you will wake up when your neighboring room wakes up. It's close to the highway, but if you turn on the heater/AC, you won't hear it.
