Hotel Tempe/Phoenix Airport InnSuites at the Mall - Tempe

This hotel was so much more than I expected for such a great rate, it was clean and the staff was very nice and friendly the ammendities were great as well.

Beds slept wonderfully. Room was filthy, water was left in coffee pot with stuff floating in it. This was the worse bathroom I've ever been in. The entire stopper for bathtub was broken and just laying in uncleaned tub. The back of the toilet leaked so badly that we had to put towels on floor behind it. Speaking of towels, they were not fit to be used. […] Again beds and pillows were great. When I complained to desk staff they did offer me another room but it was late and I was tired, since it was only for one night I stayed. Mehr

very pleasent

This hotel is close to the mall, ASU, Phoenix Airport, and the aquarium, with lots of places to eat in walking distance. The hotel itself was beautiful. Everything was clean and very tidy. We have already booked this hotel for our next trip to the area.

We weren't looking for luxury hotel on this stay, but were going for comfort and convenience. This was a good value for the price. Things were clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast was good, not great. Everything was fine - the oddest thing was the sink height. It felt like you have to be 7' for it to work. The room was clean when I arrived but the hotel, however, my room was located across from the basketball courts and of course it was noisy in addition the breakfast buffet was not a buffet at all and the food was nasty and I ended up ordering out. The maids in this hotel speak little to no English and take until 3pm to clean rooms so I would not recommend […] anyone spend 100 dollars a night for this type of service. Mehr

We booked 3 weeks in advance for four guests were promised two queens. We arrived and were told we could only have one queen as it was "first come, first served." We called Hotels.com and eventually they got us a room but hours later in the same hotel. The rooms were comfortable but not really clean and there was a lot of noise outside at all hours. […] The breakfast was so crowded we ususally couldn't get in. Bate and switch. Website shows amazing room, not so in person. Old not remodeled section is smelly of mold. Amazing staff moved us to new remodeled section, still only 2 1/2 star. Towels have the brown soil body residue. This is not a 3 star.

The hotel was close to destinations and provided an excellent breakfast! The front counter help wasn't as pleasant as I'd hoped, but the service was adequate. Overall, the hotel offered great amenities and perks for the stay and mom was happy, which is always a plus:)

This hotel is older and spread out on several levels. There is no elevator so if you have luggage the ground level is good unless you can lug it up a flight or two of stairs. The doors slam loudly from several rooms away and the traffic noise was nearly all night. The staff is good, breakfast buffet good, beds are good. The staff at the hotel is just wonderful, as is the location. But, try not to stay in a room which faces the pool -- people are in the pool untl late a night, drinking and are very loud. I really enjoyed our stay there. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. My only problem was that when they cleaned the room they did not replace the toilet paper or the paper coffee cups .

didn't get the room I booked.. they over book.. you can hear the next rooms TV and kids running up and down the walk ways late into the night... place needs updating...

Clean hotel with convenient location, walking distance to Arizona Mills Mall. Enjoyed the breakfast and the daily social hour. This is an older hotel that has been renovated, but the quality of the renovations is lacking. The door to our room had an inch gap from the frame, which made it rather loud since our room faced the parking lot.

Nice stay, very comfortable room, good breakfast, helpful staff

Check in was smooth, the room had a residual smell of old cigarette smoke which my wife and I debated as to whether to change rooms given it was a no smoking room. We called to the front desk and after 12-15 rings we hang up. Tried to call again with the same result but we were pretty tired and we slept okay that night and the smell was tolerable. The […] front desk service after check in was non-existent especially via phone and there was old coffee at the front lobby though the dispensers were there. There was no bell to ring anyone either. This is an older motel that has been refurbished somewhat. One positive aspect is that it has a full breakfast in the morning, and two drinks during social hour at night. One negative aspect was that I arrived at 9:30 a.m. exhausted, and had to wait until 3:00 p.m. to get a room. Stayed in a 2 room suite. Bathroom door had sloppy and unpainted repair work Show head supporting pipe was loose and not firmly attached to wall. Ice machine not where shown on map. Breakfast was fine.

Good location and close to the airport. Mill mall across the street. Good free breakfast and social hour with free drinks. Good value for the money.Rooms could use a facelift and remodeling. I would stay there again.

Closen to Sky Harbor airport and very close to Tempe Arizona Mills mall. Clean and roomy, and kids loved the heated pool.

The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was very clean (and I'm quite persnickety, so, lol). They had a fantastic (free) breakfast buffet. I really enjoyed the natural toiletries. The one main downfall was how thin the walls were, especially the front door. We heard every person that walked by. We were woken several times by people talking, […] coughing, rolling their luggage, etc.. That can be fixed with ear plugs though and (for me) is not a deal breaker. Overall I was very pleased and we will definitely be staying here again. Mehr

This was my third stay at this hotel. The first time I had an updated room and enjoyed the hotel. The second time I was in an older room that needed new floors, vanity in the bathroom etc. but the room was clean and relatively quiet. This last stay was in a wetbar suite with an old stove and dishwasher, pretty beat up furniture and dirty carpet and […] sofa. I loved this hotel at first for the convenient location, great social hour and decent breakfast included but the dirty rundown rooms are not worth the money and make it very hard for a traveler to feel comfortable and relaxed, which is what a hotel is supposed to do. If you book here, be sure to ask for an upgraded room and you will truly enjoy your stay. Mehr

Front Desk staff was great. Hotel was comfortable and affordable. I will recommend this Tempe Hotel to anyone.

Outside entrances = very loud and not private. Next door to Circle K on one side and strip club on another. Need I say more?

I had a great time at this hotel. We were poolside right on the first floor it was so beautiful we had a little kitchenette. I loved the service the people were so nice. I think I lost the room key like 4times and they made me a new 1 with no questions asked each time. I will definitely be going again!

We enjoyed staying there. It was different than others (design) and central to other things to do, close to restraunts. We liked the design and landscape, pool, hottub, service. The only thing was JP's was not always open when the sign said it was. We chose it because it was reasonably / average priced. THANK YOU

I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel better than the pictures. I stayed here while attending a conference at a next door resort. Paid a third of what the resort charged. Mall is across the street. Airport is $12-$15 away. Mill Avenue night life is $20 away. I didn't need a car. Front desk ladies were very helpful. Recommend.

I thouroughly enjoyed my stay while attending a conference nearby. Breakfast was great, happy hour was great, towels were fluffy, and the room was very clean. My only complaint was the smell of cigarette smoke through the bathroom vent on the last day of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel!
