Hotel Vintage Park, a Kimpton Hotel - Seattle

gemütliches Hotel, von wo aus man zu Fuß alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen kann. Nettes Personal, daß einem gerne weiterhilft. Keine Angaben zum Restaurant, da wir dieses nicht genutzt haben.

10 minute walk to Pike Place and town Centre. Great restaurants close by. Easy access to and from highway.

One of best hotel experiences ever....and we've stayed in a lot of nigh-end hotels! Very attentive...great perks...close to everything!

Seattle was the last stop on a 6 day short notice vacation to 3 cities and turned out to be the highlight of my trip, shopping, food, central location, quality of hotel, relatively warm and sunny weather almost nothing to complain about

I received a complimentary upgrade which was very nice (bigger room). Nice hotel.

Wonderful experience. Service is fantastic. Wine tastings a bonus. I was met with genuine hospitality at every turn, and each request was honored promptly and with a smile. Very well appointed hotel, excellent valet service, and very convenient location. Two thumbs up!

Was great, as always

I had a pleasant trip here. However, you can tell that this is closer to a 3 or 3.5 star property rather than a 4 star property. The lobby is rather small, the rooms don't have the same upgrades and quality furnishings that other Kimpton properties have, and so on. Maid service was so-so -- they made the bed and replaced my drinking glasses, but nothing […] else (didn't e.g. put the iron back in the closet or organize the bathroom countertop). I overall enjoyed my experience, though, because I paid a fair, 3 star price for the hotel. Additionally, the front desk staff is very welcoming and made for a pleasant entry and exit. Mehr

Our first time in Seattle and this was the perfect hotel. Walking distance to all the sites. Hotel was clean and staff extremely friendly and helpful. I would definately stay here again. Loved the wine hour.

This hotel is fab mostly because of the location and the fact it doesn't nickle and dime you for everything. They have a free wine reception everyday to try local wines, there's free wifi, they print your boarding passes for you free of charge and they offer a wide variety of things for you in case you forget (contact lens solution, cell phone charger, […] razor, hair spray, etc etc!). The location was great - walking distance to Pike's Place market as well as shopping (Forever 21, H&M, etc are all walking distance). There is also a light rail station 2 blocks away that will take you to the airport for less than three bucks. The service was also spectacular. I could not have been more impressed with this hotel! I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. From the moment I walked in everyone was very friendly. One girl even offered to send a heating pad to my room when she found out that my back was bothering me. The coffee in the morning was great. We were there for a rainy Seattle week. The hotel & the cozy bar where we ate wonderful desserts were the perfect place to escape the weather. The beds were extremely comfortable. My friend & I wanted to stay longer. (The hotel even had an umbrella in the closet that I borrowed).

This is one of the best hotels we have had on our six-month trip. The room was large and super comfortable. They have local wine tastings every night for guests. A good restaurant with great room service. Location is perfect, walking to everywhere and if you want two blocks from free bus service in the downtown area. Hotel Vintage Park is in a great location with easy access to entertainment, restaurants, transit, and shopping.

This hotel is great for couples and business visits. The sleeping arrangements are very comfortable for families because you can get two queen beds and a queen sofa sleeper. Beware the lobby is small and the only area to lounge. If you like to work out this is not the hotel for you. This hotel's neighbours are the YWCA, public library, a multiple level […] parking garage and the courthouse. One side of the hotel faces Spring St. which is a I5 south entrance so traffic is constant. There is no coffee service in the rooms. Also this is an older hotel so the bathrooms are tiny. There is an Italian restaurant Tulios in the hotel which we did not dine at but the menu looked good med to high priced though probably wouldn't want to dine with children? Overnight Parking in the hotel is $35.00 this is not a 24 he clock so of you arrives at 1:00 PM or 11:00 and depart the same time the next morning you pay $35.00 You need to walk about 2 to 3 blocks to find dining or a coffee shop. The shopping district is 4 blocks away. I would try another Kimpton hotel. We enjoyed the wine tasting and the staff are helpful and friendly! Mehr

Great location, right down town. Very pleasant wait staff.

I attended a conf. at 'another' hotel but missed a deadline for their discount room pricing...and the best they could then offer was significantly more. I found this hotel online and only a block from the conference (and closer to the light rail). I ended up with a price about $40 less than the conf. hotel's discount rate and, from what I was told by […] comparison, a better room. I'd come back! Mehr

Wonderful experience, I only wish I could have stayed longer. The hotel staff treated us so well. Definitely my recommendation for Seattle accommodations.

There is not anything to complain about during our stay at the Vintage Park. Our room was wonderful and so was the staff. Its nice to warm up from the rain by the fireplace in the lobby. The morning coffee, the afternoon wine were great. Will definitely stay there again.

If you are visiting Seattle, this is the place. Hotel Vintage Park in conveniently near (a block away from) on/off ramps to I5. It is downtown within walking distance to the Public Market, great restaurants, and shopping. Lovely rooms, great beds and bedding ... and there's the nightly tasting of Washington wines! Feels like more of a boutique hotel than we expected...Wonderful restaurant and perfect bar...Not a flash of modern design in your face like many of the hip joints in town...Most of those hip spots have low ceilings and small square footage...Our room was spacious...

I'll be short. The hotel is amazing. The only thing wrong, we had a more expensive room and it was VERY small; basically there was a bed and TV (with surrounding stands). My biggest complaint was how the restaurant attached treated the guests. We never did eat at the place, and compared to the other restaurants in the area, its menu isn't all that great. […] I highly recommend Purple if your staying here. Amazing! As far as the hotel, like I said, small but it's at the center of everything, a walk from everything, and you won't catch a disease staying here, nor will you pay an arm and a leg. Mehr

This is an excellent Hotel, fantastic service, friendly staff, value for money and wonderful food!

I had a thoroughly enjoyable time staying at Hotel Vintage Park. The room I had was a corner room with a nice view of the city. It was clean and comfortable, and had a nice sitting area to relax in or have guests over to sit. The wine receptions in the evenings were fun, and a way to meet others at the hotel. The hotel has an old fashion charm which […] I prefer over the more corporate hotels. It is within easy walking distance to Pike market and many restaurants and shops. The concierge was very helpful in getting oriented to the city, and even helped to make reservations for us at a local restaurant, which was thought to be fully booked for the night. The hotel's own restaurant (Tulio) was just as fabulous. I ate both dinner and breakfast there, and would definitely do it again. Make sure to try the rustic grilled bread with poached eggs they have for breakfast. Mehr

Hotelis in a great location with good personal service. If you are looking for a hotel with a good fitness room this is not the place fod you. Very small and I heard several complaints while working out

I liked about everything with this hotel: location, staff, wine tasting hour, and Tulios Restaurant. I'll return.

Hotel Vintage Park was very convenient, quiet, clean and the staff was wonderful. I was there for business but would certainly stay for either business or pleasure.

Desk was squeezed in making it very uncomfortable. The restaurant was close at noon on news years day. Wow, pretty stinky. The day after NYs and they close early with no notice. We stayed there bc they had brunch late on Sundays.

Kimpton propreties are among the most comfortable and relaxing in the industry. The Seattle Vintage Park is no exception. Cozy hotel with a great staff, well appointed rooms, and a fantastic Italian restaurant. I will be back.

Room was nice and clean very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the location as it is walking distance to many attractions

Upon arriving we discovered the No Pet room I requested was a PET room, in fact floor. Staff said it was the Expedia people's fault. They paid for half of our parking. That was nice. The hotel offered to change our rooms, and we decided we would be ok. We had unpacked when a staff person called to make the offer again. And did n;t want the inconvenience […] of the delay, as we were heading out. Unfortunately there was still dog hair on the chairs and carpeting. I wish we had changed. The beds were smaller than any queens we'd seen and we wish we had accepted..again the king and couch sleeper. Our third person tried to sleep on the traditional couch. The staff at the desk, the valets and the wine host were all wonderful as well as the young woman trying to offer the room change. I learned even a cleaned pet room was a problem for me. The small beds were a big surprise. I guess we are like a lot of people and don't like a fuss but it did color our stay. Next year we are going to try another hotel, I think. Mehr

I travel a considerable amount for work, and don't really care much for hotels, as long as they are clean and safe. I was blown away by how cute this hotel is. The staff has taken extra steps to make everything special, from a hot chocolate station in the lobby in the mornings, to a wine reception every evening. According to the booking of the hotel on the hotel.com website you get free internet. After TOO much conversation with the guest service person named Dan, he finally took it off only after I pulled it up on the website. Everyone in the hotel has amazing customer service except for Dan.

The Vintage Park is a small hotel run by the Kimpton group. It is conveniently located in downtown Seattle, within walking distance of Pike Street Market, shopping, library, concert hall, metro, and numerous fine restaurants. Our room was comfy and clean although the bathroom was a little small. The afternoon winetasting, featuring Washington vintners, […] was a bonus and very popular with hotel guests. we really enjoyed this hotel. the wine tasting was great and service was wonderful. unfortunately, the room and bathroom were extremely small.

This hotel is a fabulous find in Seattle. While the rooms are slightly tight, they are immaculate and well designed. The service is fantastic as well, and hosted wine tastings in the evening are a nice touch. Valet parking on site is $34 per night.
