Das Hotel ist in New Carrollton (Maryland ). Die Umgebung besteht aus Supermärkten und Schnellrestaurants.Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Shuttelservice zur Metro .Die Hinfahrt nach Fahrplan ,die Rückfahrt nach ansage.Das Frühstück ist wie überall in Amerika nicht sehr reichhaltig ,aber man wird satt. So das übliche Essen.Kaffee Tee Toast MIlch Cornflex Rührei Butter Marmelade .Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr geräumig

Hotelzimmer sing großzügig mit eingebauter Kitchenette - alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt - das Frühstückbüffet (complimentray) ist reichhaltig und sehr gut - die Hotelpersonal ist hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend - das Hotelshuttle kann für Transfers zu nahegelegenen Zielen kostenlos genutzt werden - nächstgelegene Metro-Station: Vienna (orange) kann mit Taxi erreicht werden - wenn mit Auto unterwegs, ist Lage / Pries-Leistungsverhältnis des Hotels sehr gut.

"Modern Lux"
Westin was simply beautiful hotel and very clean. Beautiful room and large bathroom however the essential amenities was just okay. Great location and 6 blocks away from all the shops at Georgetown/M street. CVS and Starbuck next street.

Great value for the price, but I had a room on second floor facing a busy street. The noise was quite loud at times. The hotel bar was great though.

The hotel is beautiful, rooms are well appointed, and staff is friendly. On site dining is fair, but over priced for the quality. The entire experience at the WESTIN was great, the staff was helpful and friendly especially the conceige.

I have always stayed at the Willard when in D.C. on business. My daughter, who works at the Whitehouse, suggested I try the Westin this time. I did and was extremely happy from arrival to departure. Checked in for New Years friendly staff and lovely room great for romance, large bathroom sep tub with shower. Great for a couple retreat and great nightlife/ restaurants in the Georgetown. Must stay if youre in the DC area.

The overall hotel stay at the Westin Georgetown was wonderful. However, the valet parking charge was outrageously expensive at $40.00/day. We chose the hotel for our family visiting for the Thanksgiving holiday. They loved the facility, but were upset with the parking charge.

"Loved the bed linens"
I would have like to have stayed longer. The morning that we were scheduled to leave was very overcast and rainy, so instead of rushing out to take in some sights, we decided to just hangout in bed. It was delicious. We had roomservice and a leisurely morning before going on our way.

"Comfortable and Warm"
This hotel is wonderful. Melvin at the front desk was geat. Room was comfortable. Location for walking to Georgetown was just a few blocks (less than 10mins walking). The only issues I had was paying $40 valet a night for parking (self was $34) for a guess especially staying 2 nights I thought was a bit much. There should be a discount for overnight […] guest. "Exemplary service, perfect location"
I booked the Westin Georgetown in Washington DC due to its proximity to Foggy Bottom. It was my boyfriend's first visit to DC and I was the tour guide for the weekend. The price was also at a deal for the weekend. How could I say no? Arrival: Immediately greeted by the parking attendant with a welcome and a smile. Prompt attention was given to our […] vehicle of any marks, dents, etc., and the attendant proceeded to walk with us to the front desk while introducing himself, welcoming us to the Westin Georgetown and offering his service during our stay. The lobby is not overly decorated however there is plenty of seating for families and visitors in wait. This is a welcomed sight for those who may have had to travel from afar. The hotel clerk greeted us with a pleasant smile and was not overbearing in her greeting. She was prompt with locating our reservation, providing directions to our room, and bidding us a pleasant evening. Room: The room featured a king size bed, work desk and work chair, reading chair beside the floor-to-ceiling windows and an HD flat screen tv (always a plus for the beau). The feel of the bed was phenomenal! The sheets were noticeably washed beforehand and the sheets were not itchy (I tend to take note of this wherever I stay as I have sensitive skin to detergents). This was a plus for me! Also, the room had an invigorating scent. Reading the welcome binder, I took note of the hotel's revitalised focus on the human senses and how each guest could "personalize" his/her stay with aromatheraphy, massages, etc. The bathroom was grandiose for the size of the room, nearly half of the room to be exact. Loved the double-headed shower and the option to use one or both shower-heads was environmentally-conscientious. In fact, the room had a switch, where sliding in or removing the room access card, turned down the A/C and turned off the lights in the room. "Not a great hotel"
This is not in Georgetown. It's in West End. The room was pretty small. The pool is extremely small -- laughably small. In the photo it looks bigger. Add one fat guy and three little kids and forget about going in. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. "Prime hotel location near Georgetown"
We chose this hotel due to it's proximity to GWJ where we were attending a graduation. The location couldn't have been more convenient to the metro plus walking into Georgetown over the bridge.
