wir waren in der Vorweihnachtszeit da. Dieses Hotel beeindruckte sofort durch seine unmittelbare Nähe zum Atlantic. Ausserdem war es so geschmackvoll, liebenswert und wunderschön geschmückt, dass man sofort in Weihnachtsstimmung war. Es lief ruhige Musik, Kerzen schimmerten, der Tannenbaum leuchtete und der (zwar künstliche, aber nette) Kamin loderte. Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren super sauber, die Eigentümer sehr sympathisch und das Frühstücksbufett reichlich und völlig unamerikanisch abwechslungsreich. Ein toller Aufenthalt und unbedingt empfehlenswert.

The hotel was great, but the bed was uncomfortable.

It was a great stay. We found the hotel to be clean, neat and quiet.
"Good for parkway or shore"
I was only there primarily for sleeping. The breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean and working. Good experience overall if you need a place to stay for the night or don't mind a few miles trip to Seaside Heights.

Hotel was conveniate for our needs. The breadfast was ok. Thankful that the hotel offered one. The bed was comfy.

To sum up my visit in a short sentence, I enjoyed every minute if it. It was clean and effortable. The host and hostess were extremely nice. And the breakfast was good too....
The room was very nice and was extremely clean. Close to the highway with easy access to anything in Toms River. I would definitely stay there again, next time i am in town.

Spent the weekend to visit our son at Ft. Dix. Clean, easy to get to, good price, shopping in area, friendly, continental breakfast, and about 45 min from Atlantic City & Newark airport. Great for a quick visit - not necessarily for kids but it worked for us :)
"Very Clean ...Great Service"
The hotel was in great condition, and kept super clean. Staff was very nice to work with. We arrived early with a strange wedding start time, and they we very nice to accommodate for us. The breakfast is fantastic.
"Comfort Inn-Manchester Twp"
We liked the hotel, but our GPS sent us and the rest of our family to another "hotel" nearby, that looks like it has been closed for a few years. The rooms were smaller than a Microtel-Comfort Inn where we stayed in PA a day before. One thing we didn't know was that it was a 2 story building with no elevator and my mother and I have knee replacements […] so it was difficult for us to maneuver the stairs each time we went out. Next time, I will ask for a handicapped room on the first floor. The staff did carry our bags for us. The ice machine was also broken on the 2nd floor, so we didn't get any. Mehr
the only negative re view i have is the beds too soft plus pillows too soft .

This motel was recently refurbished. Very clean, quite and close to the parkway and priced fairly.

"Beach down the road"
My fiance along with a few of our friends stayed at this Comfort Inn July 4th weekend. Not to far down the road from the beach with out the beach cost. Staff was very friendly and extras all included in a low cost. WIFI, continental Breakfast and work out room. I would stay here again.

"Place to spend a night"
Comfort Inn Manchester is a clean comfortable hotel that is reasonable in cost. You get exactly what you expect. When we stay in the area we always choose this hotel for cost and convenience.
"It is what it is."
Basic, no-frills hotel. Convenient when you need to be near Leisure Village area. Clean throughout. Pleasant staff. Comfortable. Had to be in the area for a family funeral. Not much choice in the area, but this was fine for what it is...a room for a couple of nights. But it is a decent place and one I would be comfortable recommending.

"For the price - it is what it is, which isn't bad"
No elevators, so you may need to stay on first floor but beware, alot of families with kids stay on the first floor and it is very noisy. Second floor is much better. Nice continental breakfast with nice eat in area. You won't get much more than this but it is great if you are driving through and need a place for one night. They need to work on the […] check out process/employee knowledge here, but maybe she was new. The woman that checked us in was phenomenal, the woman that checked us out was not. Mehr

"when reserving more than 1 room make sure all reservations are correct"
The Comfort Inn Manchester Toms River is a good value hotel for the price we paid. Our only problem was that when reserving 4 rooms (for extended family members attending a wedding) the first reservation was done correctly (non-smoking room) and the other 3 were incorrectly smoking rooms. We only realized the mistake upon arrival and all the non-smoking […] rooms had been booked. One room was particularly bad - it smelled of both smoke and pets. The others were less so - but items in our suitcases smelled like smoke when we got home. From now on I will always double check the reservations made. Mehr
