Staff was super friendly and helpful. Liked the dispenser of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Good water pressure in the shower.

The food was such a nice addition to our stay.....it was very good and unbelieveable that it was all included in the room rate. The manager bent over backwards to make sure we were happy and taken care of. Would definitely stay here again!

We recently took a trip from Wisconsin to Louisiana. We had stayed at a number of different hotels and were very unsatisfied with our stays... Until we got to Drury Inn and Suites. The hot food and beverage service in the evening was so great after a long day on the road, The staff was so friendly and really went out of their way to be helpful. Beautiful […] rooms and the breakfast was hot and delicious. I have already told friends about this Hotel chain and how they should choose them over anyone else. It would make the stay nice if you had a indoor pool,one could use pool year around and not 3-4 months.

Frequent visitor to the area and we generally stay @ Drury Inns. This location is one of the best! Convenient location right off the highway and one of the best breakfast bar setups I've used. A++!

The room was fine and the extras provided by the Drury Inn are always nice - good breakfast although it was the same thing all 3 days we were there. Nice appetizers each night. However, the bathroom was TINY. For the price I expected nicer. This is the second time in 2 weeks we used Hotels.com and I'm wondering if you get a lesser grade room when using […] this website. The staff were the friendliest I have ever met. Good breakfast and dinner provided. Great deal for the price.

Consider myself well-traveled but have not used the Drury chain until recently. This is a serious player in the mid-budget market and I would confide to being favorably impressed.

It was one the nicer places I have stayed where all the staff were Fantastic! Will pick Drury Inns for all my stays!

We had a great family vacation here-- and we ESPECIALLY loved the evening buffet! Definitely a one of a kind offer~

Allowed a late check out provided important time for business. Pleasant and well mannered representatives of a fine, fine property.

and this hotel looks like any other Drurey. There is nothing special and the staff was about as surely as any other hotel. They definitely do not like Hotel.com bookings like most places. I even called the hotel direct to see if they would match the rate and they were still 15$ higher.

Like most hotels in the area, the front doors are locked after hours. That's not usually a problem unless it's 2:45 a.m. and you're trying to check-in and the only desk clerk on duty is off sliding bills under doors in the hotel. I waited almost 15 minutes for the desk clerk to return to the lobby along with a guy asking for a cab (not a hotel guest). […] Maybe the front desk person should have a baby monitor with him that would let him hear the ringing of the phone if he's going to step away for more than 5 minutes. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast good. The only negative was the bed not being very comfortable. This hotel was a very good value and I would definitely stay there again.

Had a great stay, staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Happy Hour buffet had a nice selection. Breakfast the next morning was excellent! One of the best on our vacation.

A family member was in an "end of life" situation and we were required to be in St. Louis area for about a 2 week period. The staff and employees made the hotel feel like a home away from home. The food they served was great and greatly appreciated since we had no knowledge of the city. The beds were very comfortable and everyone was gracious to us. […] We had the funeral of our loved on and have returned home with great memories of our stay in the Westport Hotel. Thanks so much! I am amazed at how incredibly nice the staff was at the Drury!! The food from the "kick-back" and breakfast was WONDERFUL! it was really to hot to go out anywhere so staying at the hotel and eating there was so convenient. Our room was a bit small since I am in a wheelchair, but it was maneuverable. Next time we will get bigger beds because a full is […] just not big enough for 2 larger people. I booked 2 rooms so that my teenage sons & I along with a friend could attend a concert at the Verizon Amphitheater. The hotel staff was friendly & accommodating. Taxi service to & from the hotel was fast & convenient. We enjoyed the hot snacks that evening, & the hot breakfast the next morning. The boys also enjoyed having the pool to cool off in. […] I would recommend staying at this hotel. I have stayed in other hotels in the area for the same reason in the past but the free shuttle is a hassle when it is time to leave the concert because you have to wait a long time. We were in town for Kenny Chesney. This hotel was conveniently located near the venue (Riverport Ampitheater) and provided a quick and easy access to the south entrance, allowing us to avoid I-70. There are food and grocery spots just west of the hotel. Breakfast bar looked good except there were putting it away at 9:30 when we arrived to eat. Overall […] a good stay. Mehr

the staff was very polite, nice and helpful. the room was very clean and bed was comfortable. If we had to stay around the area again I would diffently be staying at this hotel. We have been at other hotels and the staff was not as pleasant as the staff here. We had a fantactic time. Thanks so much to the friendly staff.

First time staying at Drury Inn and I was very pleased. I would strongly recommend it to anyone. The people were very nice and helpful. Loved the 5:30 kickback which was a hit for my 7 year old. My siblings and our families were visiting St Louis from Memphis, TN and stated in Drury Inn & Suites Westport. This was a great loaction, not far from Forest Park & the Zoo. Several minutes away from downtown, but straight interstate all the way, sothe drive was not bad at all. The hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating. Overall excellent! […] The food was great, breakfast and at "happy hour"! Rooms were clean! comfortable beds and pillows. clean rooms and clean hotel. Flat screen tv's, HD channels, free breakfast, free sodas, free popcorn, free munches and drinks from 5:30 -7. free fast wi-fi.

Stayed here while visiting relatives in the St Louis County area and wanted a place relatively close to the airport to enable me to get to the airport for my early morning flight. Motel was very easy to find and overall very good. Only complaint was that due to the fact that there were a lot of children in the place and that they had spilled pop corn […] in the elevator and the floors --it was obvious that a better job needs to be done to vacuum the common areas. The Popcorn remained in the elevator during my entire stay. My room was clean and comfortable and would definitely recommend staying at this Drury Inn Mehr

The hotel was very nice, and very clean. It was located in the middle of every place that I needed to go. It was about 20 minutes drive from the Zoo and the Science Museum. Only downfall to me.....no indoor pool or jacuzzi. Something they need to invest in. other than that really nice and pleased with the service.

Hotel was very clean. Newly updated and room smelled like new furniture and carpet. Breakfast and 5:30 kickback was AWESOME!!!!

Hotel was undergoing renovations to be done by March... But it was easy to check in and find. Room was clean, bath faucet was hard to turn off. The people there were excellent .. so friendly, and so nice. The hot food in the evening was just chili, hotdogs chips and baked potatos. Limited since they in a smaller area due to the renovations. VERY nice hotel, very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Would stay there again, great breakfast setup in the morning.

Linens were horrible, the 5:30pm food for the weekend was even worse. Free breakfast? I'd rather puke! Don't stay there on the weekend, kids run wild. Can it get worse? It sure can at Drury! Very disappointed. I was at the one next to the airport a couple years ago, it was much better.

This was a great stay for the price. The services were excellent.

The only problem noted was a noisy blower motor heard in the room which was taken care of by moving us to another room. Very professionally handled.

The drive to the hotel in St Louis was a night mare. This hotel is in the middle of some serious road construction. Getting into and out of the parking lot was worse than the obstacle course in boot camp. The hotel is old and feels old with small rooms and outdated bath facitities. Great fast staff. This is the place to go when you attend the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre or anything in Westport. Close to all highways in STL. Eat real italian food on the Hill and take it back to hotel fridge. They will print you out easy directions to anyplace at the front desk.

Our trip to St Louis included the zoo and the arch . We stayed at this hotel instead of one downtown because it was near my wifes friend. The staff was friendly, the comp. breakfast was hot and very good, and the evening kickback was enjoyable and made for supper on 3 nites itself, allowing us to save enough for a big supper out one evening. The website […] warned of the construction , but it was not a problem to deal with, and CABELAS sporting goods is only bout 6 miles away. All in all, very enjoyable, very reasonably priced, and worth a stay if your in the area and need a room. 8/19/2010 Mehr

First the desk clerk couldn't find my reservation. I had my confirmation letter with me(thank goodness). A Baseball tournament was in the area and the ball teams were staying also. the key readers wouldn't work at the doors or pool area. and the staff was not very pleasant about opening the doors for guests. Mowing around the pool area, blowing debris […] on guest and pool, one guest had to skim the pool from grass and crap. Check out was difficult, hotel would not provide me with a receipt to verify leaving and charges, they told me I would receive an email. NEVER happened. I would not stay there again, price was okay, but I could have done better elsewhere. Mehr

We chose this hotel because it is a short drive from Verizon Amphitheater and the price on Hotels.com was very reasonable. The room, though quite small and a little out-dated, was very clean. The staff was friendly. Evening drinks and snacks were enjoyable. Breakfast was better than expected--much more than the usual continental but not quite a full […] buffet. Great for a one-night stay.
