Drury Inn & Suites Westport - Maryland Heights

We had a great experience. The front desk staff couldn't have been friendlier or more accomodating. Even most of the cleaning people greeted you with a hello and a smile. Complimentary appetizer bar and a couple of free drinks were a nice surprise and the breakfast buffet was more extensive than most.

The staff of the hotel was amazingly friendly. WE have never been treated any better and we do a lot of traveling. THe Hotel was nicely kept. The breakfast was sparce but pleasing and very tasty. Only one complaint was sheets on the bed were a little on the rough side. The location is close to several things to do. I relaxing and great trip.

I don't think I've ever gotten as much bang for my buck as with this hotel. It was a little bit outside of St. Louis which meant there was some traveling to get to our destinations. However, with the service we received for at a very fair price, it was well worth the drive. I loved the complimentary drinks each night and their breakfast spread is pretty […] impressive as well. The room itself was clean and had a microwave and refrigerator (which we didn't know about#. Staff was especially helpful and friendly. Digital cable was not working properly and the cable company wasn't coming until the next day - they gave us a $20 discount on an already discounted room without us asking. The also have happy hour everyday from 5:30 […] to 7:00 pm with three complimentary alcoholic beverages and small buffet that you could easily make a dinner out of for yourself #not really for clients) or your family. My husband and I traveled to St Louis from Kentucky for my 50th bday. We made plans to se a Rams game and need a place to stay and the Dury inn was suggested to us by his coworker. It was a clean friendly and nice place to stay. We would recommend it and stay there again ourselves.

We have now stayed here several times while on business training close by. This hotel definitely is consumer friendly, comfortable and reasonably priced. The amenities of food and drink are an added bonus!

Very satisified over all, I had to give a little lower rating on the maintence because of a Air conditioning issue. The unit became very loud and banging noise over night which woke me up more than once. However the staff replaced the unit the next day after complaining. We had a problem with the shower not having hot water. They sent maintenance up and had it fixed in a very timely manner! We missed breakfast, but got special compensation for it! It more than made up for the missed meal! They also had complementary drinks and food when we checked in the evening before. It was wonderful! Very clean and comfy rooms!

This is an older hotel and it shows. The worst part is the lingering smoke smell in the hotel. We had a non-smoking room and it was clear either someone had been smoking in the room or was smoking on our floor or both. Nice lobby and fitness facility are outweighed by the smoke smell for me.

Stayed at Drury before, and looked forward to staying here. Had two grandkids and they enjoyed the pool, very quiet room and the hot breakfast was great. Would recommend this hotel. Service and appearance were very good.

The price for our room was more than we would usually want to pay, but we decided to go with it anyway because we figured the free breakfast and dinner would balance out the cost. From the second we stepped in the door the people at the front desk were helpful and courteous. The room was clean and it even had a newer TV in the room. The free hot food and drinks in the afternoon was an added bonus. I would definitely stay there again.

We traveled with a group of 35 and some of us stay frequently at other name brand establishments, and this by far rated at the top. The staff was very friendly and willing to meet all of our needs. we used to live in St louis, mo and went to visit family and friends for a week vacation. Room was clean, very attentive staff- Kevin night/day manager and house keeping. Location good right in the middle of family. will definitely stay there again

Easy access to 270, about 10 - 15 minutes from zoo, Magic House, The City Museum. No problems with construction as in previous entries. It would be nice if they offered pool towels & had more places to hang towels and wet suits in the rooms. I would definately recommend this hotel to family & friends and stay there again myself.

We had a wonderful stay. All of the staff was very plesant and went out of their way to accomadate in any way. The most friendly hotel that we have ever stayed at. Had a nice variety of food for breakfast which was good. They also served complimentary evening foods and drinks. We would definately stay with Drury Inn Hotel again. June 2012
