Das Hotel ist direkt in der Altstadt und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend gross und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Kaffee und O-Saft gibt es bei Bedarf frisch von der Bedienung.Das Hotel liegt ca. 10 min zu Fuss vom Funclaire. Damit ist es hervorragend geeignet für Stadterkundungen. Einen eigenen Parkplatz hat das Hotel zwar nicht, aber man kann gegen Gebühr ein Parkkarte bekommen und den Wagen direkt am Hafen abstellen (für ein Cityhotel ist das nichts ungewöhnliches). Allerdings sind das auch nur ca. 5 Min zu Fuß. Gerne gehen wir das nächste mal wieder in das Hotel.

"Very disapointed .."
Being part of the Delta chain, I was expecting a lot more. Room service was OK, but had a bed spread with a brown-ish stain on it, a towel with a bunch of blond hair in it . I HAVE A PROBLEM THERE AS I ASKED TO THE FRONT DESK IN THE MOMENT THAT I LEFT MY THINGS IN THE FRONT DESK SAFETY BOX [ INCREDIBLE THAN A HOTEL OF THIS CATEGORY DIDN'T HAVE A SAFETY BOX IN EACH ROOM], TO PUT A SIGN TO ADVISE ME AT THE MOMENT OF THE CHECK OUT. NOBODY DID IT. I TOKK MY BUS TO MONTREAL, AND IN MOENTREAL I SAW THAT MY THING, PASPORT INCLUDED, […] WERE IN TE HOTEL I NEEDDED TO GO BACK IN THE BUS [ 4 HOURS TRIP], TO RECOVER IT. "Great location, good price"
We arrived at night to Quebec and the great location of the hotel permitted us to go around walking to the old Quebec. Good service and pool. We contracted 2 rooms with 1 queen size beds each, and for one of them we asked a coach and for the other a crib and both were provided, therefore, our sons (2 & 12) slept very comfortable. "spilt coffee and a dour concierge"
Nice hotel, but.... I did have a 'mishap' with a package of coffee and the dried grounds were not vacuumed after we left for the day. Also, on our departure when we asked for directions to the highway the concierge was less than helpful (refusing to write the directions on a map for some reason), so we lost at least an hour finding the right highway. The location was great - walking distance to the old city and all the attractions that we were interested in. Concierge was wonderful and always steered us in the right direction. The only problem we had was that our rooms weren't ready on time. "Great location, very friendly and helpful staff."
The location made it very easy to get to all the must see locations in and around Quebec City. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Delta to anyone considering a visit to Quebec City. "Adequate, not memorable"
A bit far from the main tourist sites, but not a big issue since Quebec is a small city. Hotel is in need of a facelift (windows dirty outside, old carpet in hallway), but rooms are large and clean. "Nice rooms and location but hallways ugly"
We liked the location and rooms in the hotel. However, the hall ways were gloomy and in ruins. The hotel is under construction but hide the demolition. I dont need to see torn down walls.
