Good hotel that is about 10-15mins walk from the main train station. Very small room but that's to be expected in Europe. Very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Compared to the standard we've come to expect from the Ibis in Liege, the Ibis in Frankfurt was a disappointment. Everything seemed overly complicated, from leaving the car park, purchasing Wifi access for 1,3 or 24 hour chunks, the hairdryer that only worked when you switched the bathroom light on... The staff were friendly and competent, breakfast […] at 10 Euros pp was plentiful and good quality. The room was the smallest hotel room we have ever seen and we have travelled a lot. A small bench replaced a wardrobe, a single hook in the bathroom which even with just a large towel on it then blocked the path to the toilet - fine for a single night stay, but we were there for three nights with a toddler... The window was a large, German style window which you could only open fully, not tilt it. Considering we were on the 6th floor with a three year old this was a major concern and also meant we struggled to get fresh air into the room safely. At some point we asked for an extra pillow and were told that there were no extra pillows available... The location is nice - right by the river, nice walks into town, a lovely new restaurant right across the road that serves amazing Pizzas and Pastas. OVerall, the location and breakfast makes up for the shortfalls of the room and the levels of cleanliness were impeccable. Mehr

We were pleasantly surprised by the condition of the Ibis hotel Frankfurt. It looked like it was either a new hotel or recently renovated. Very modern amenities (flat panel tv's, air conditioning, etc) and urban modern feel to the rooms (lamps, wood floor, etc). 24/7 cafe was nice for evening latte's, cappuccinos, and mineralvasser. Service was very […] friendly and accommodating. The hotel is right next to the river so a riverside room made it extra special. Additionally, many of the museums are a short walk across the river bridge. We also recommend eating at the Ethiopian place around the corner. The only reason I'm not giving the hotel a five on all accounts is that the breakfast buffet is extremely expensive at 10 Euro (16 USD)/per person for what you get, but the location is close to cafe's which means there are cheaper alternatives. Overall, we recommend this hotel for the budget minded traveler looking to maximize their experience. Mehr

Depend on which exit you took from the train station, it could take 5-15 minutes' walk to the hotel. Ibis put up a red sign in the middle island pointing left to help travelers find it. But the sign was erected 2 blocks too early and was misleading. The rate's very reasonable, so you have to pay for extras, like hot water(over 2 Euros), or buffet breakfast(which […] costs 10 Euros, so you may as well pay for a breakfast). Very clean and tidy room, staff most helpful and booked bus trip for us. Breakfast was very good for an Ibis hotel. Very good value for money.

When others are paying like 1M euros for an apartment at the Main River, shouldn't have any complaints when they charged me at the rate for the same view. The rate for a nite isn't cheap at all but ibis tends to market itself as econolodge I don't quite like, either their price goes further down and make it real cheap or simply market it as something […] mid range. Ask for a room with river view. Room is small but ultra clean. Weird placement of restroom at window side. Walls without sound proof very embarrassing on a customer telecall they thought I'm watching tv. Table is small. Chair is dorm-like. No heater, don't know how people survive in winter. Lobby is nice, particularly if you are for leisure, people come and go. Bar has its French ambience, friendly and decent. But definitely not the Intercontinental or Hilton grade you want to show off to your clients and partners. More like a clubhouse game room or something. Staff are helpful and friendly and tried to stay at a distance from you which I prefer for business travel. I stayed at the bistro the whole day they really made myself at home, wifi is for free, I was supposed to order a ravioli for lunch, frozen thing they told me, and the gentleman counter proposed a special hot dog which turned out to be the biggest treat for myself. Return for business? unlikely but would be good for leisure. You do mind staying with holiday makers when you're seriously focused thinking what to say to your customers the next day. Mehr

pænt og velholdt hotel, venligt personale, god morgenmad med et stort udvalg god rengøring på værelset, dog synes vi at værelset var meget lille, og derfor kun egner sig til nogle få overnatninger, da der ikke var plads til at hænge sit tøj op. Måske mest velegnet til forretnings folk med få overnatninger.

Prisvärt hotell med gångavstånd till Centrum med restauranger m.m. Nära till Mässområdet med bil/tunnelbana.

Quite nice hotel, albeit not the cheapest of Ibises. Nicely located near the river, close to the train station and not too far from the Messe. Rooms ok, yet bathrooms rather tiny, but not smaller than usually for Ibis.

Perheen kanssa hyvä hotelli,aamupala , tilava huone, hyvä parkkihalli. Keskeisellä paikalla muutenkin, asema, kaupat.

Godt hotel til prisen med beliggenhed lige til Main. Fin international mormadsbuffet.

总体感觉非常干净，位置不错，在美因河边，而且离火车站走路十分钟。 不足之处：前台态度不冷不热。硬件上虽然房间小不是问题，但没合适地方展开旅行箱就显设计不周。房间里没保险箱，房间也里没电热水壶，问前台说酒店根本没有。电视频道只有CNBC一个英语台。

Hotellet var rent och fräscht. Sängarna var sköna och personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Mat var tillgänglig 24/7. Rekommenderas för den som vill ha ett behagligt ställe att sova på men som inte kräver det allra lyxigaste.
