Das Hotel liegt sehr gut. Ist allerdings sehr teuer und der Service ist nicht gerade beeindruckend.

Preis und Leistung entsprach dem Preis, den wir gezahlt haben. Die zentrale Lage ist einfach super, Metrostation mit direkter Verbindung zum Bahnhof - ideal. Werden dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen, haben es auch schon weiter empfohlen.

Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten, der wichtigsten Geschäftsstrassen und ist per Metro und Strassenbahn ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für alle Stadtbesichtigungen

Hotel was well located. Front desk staff were helpful. Rooms and toilet a bit tired. Only problem was with the booking of the taxi to sheraton malpensa where we were staying for the night of 20 april. Front desk staff has book taxi and assured us that it was a fixed rate of Euro90. When we alighted taxi driver said that we had to pay according to the […] meter which was Euro115!! Mehr

Hotel Dei Cavalieri close to Dumo, it takes about 5 minutes walk. If traveller would like to travel outside of Dumo - the Missori Metro Station is right in front of Hotel . Front Office staff are very helpful and friendly. Except if room that facing to the main road, you will be disturbed by the tram movement early in the morning.

Not all people in the reception are customer friendly

This hotel has a very good location, very close to the Duomo and all it's shopping areas around there. However the hotel itself is not more than a three star hotel. Room felt a bit old although clean. The breakfast is totally ok.

Nice hotel to stay in Milan.

The athmosphere is nice. The hotel is close to the Dhome and to shopping areas and restaurants. Comfortable rooms. Very helpful and service minded staff. Affordable price. I recommend this hotel.

The service is standard, the location is perfect, just minutes walking from the Dome and major attractions and subway station is just across the street. Breakfast is good. The major downside, parking, if you have the option don't bring a car. When looking for the hotel information, the price of the parking is not mentioned, well for our surprise it […] is 30 Euros PER DAY and the parking is located 2 or 3 blocks from the hotel. Mehr

Its in a central location, very close to the church and you will find a lot of branded shops close by. Go to Buenos Aires street for affordable shops if you are not after high end brands. Food in the restaurant was also good.

So far the best hotel shower i have ever had!!

The hotel was easy to find and has a Metro station just across the road. A four minute walk takes you to the magnificent Duomo Square which was why i chose the hotel. The room was a decent size by European standards and the staff polite and very helpful with directions and information. I would certainly recommend the hotel especially for first timers […] in Milan. Hotel was very nice and clean - better than some other hotels for the same price that I have visited. Shame the staff were not very helpful with regards to helping to change my flight. Even though there were 3 of them on the front desk (none were busy) the person serving me eventually made a phone call on my behalf but made me feel uncomfortable for […] asking. I booked 6 rooms for the weekend, and we must have been the most unlucky guests as we ended up with two rooms, each one at the opposite end of the party room of one of the weddings, an orienta affair, which lasted all day, with Karaoke and smelly buffet...I asked o change and have to applaud the hotel for providing two fine rooms. Why in the first place […] did they even put us there? the other four rooms were mediocre, aircon not working well and switching off at night. There was a secod wedding which lasted also all day, this was on the rooftop terrace, bar which was not available for the guests...to our dismain, because it looked so good when we booked! the elevators were a nightmare with wedding guests going up and down the elevators and we had to wait for 15 minutes to get a lift! Hotel was great, but for the price we paid, we wouldnt expect any less. Hotel room was extremely small, but we only used it to sleep in so it did the job. Service was okay, a little snobbish. Internet was ridiculously priced. Buffet breakfast was brilliant!

The only hotel in two weeks whe we had sleepless night. The air conditioner is not possible to turn off and it is very loud. The internet cost also 10 euro and reception boy tried to explain me that i am an idiot to use hotels.com. Upstairs restoran is also not good, only fast food, better go to town to eat.

Hotel dei Cavalieri was a great choice for us. Right across the street from the metro station, five minute walk to Il Duomo, great location. The quality of the hotel and room was also very nice. Incredibly comfortable bed, beautiful and modern bathroom. The only negative thing I'd say is about the wifi, which is kind of important for those traveling […] from abroad without cellular service. It said free wifi, however it was only free for laptops. iPhones and iPads were not free. We each had to pay an extra fee to use the wifi, which was pretty annoying. I told the front desk that we were not told that ahead of time, and she just said, "sorry." Otherwise, the location, quality, comfort, and service were all very good. Oh, but don't put anything except sliced bread into the toaster at breakfast (even a little croissant hehe) or you'll get yelled at. :) Mehr

Overall we enjoyed this hotel very much. The rooms were nice and clean. The location was wonderful. Breakfast was super yummy (for a continental breakfast)! My only two complaints were that the bed was REALLY hard and that the staff while polite and accommodating were not as friendly as I prefer. Good location if you want to stay near the Duomo. This hotel caters mostly to business people so service is brisk but not as friendly as other hotels in other neighborhoods. Was not too pleased with the hotel receptionist for two things: 1) he did not explain to us that we had complementary breakfast at time we checked in (later on found out from reviewing […] my reservation confirmation) and 2) he did not know the rate for local calls from hotel and did not offer to help find out for us. Another thing that annoyed me was that my room smelled like cigarette smoke early in the morning - although I had a non-smoking room, somehow the room from the next door or hallway seeped into my room. Several circumstantial cons which could be improved upon but apart from that, would recommend this hotel to others. Mehr

Bra hotell med bra, modernt rum. Tyvärr luktade det lite avlopp på rummet (som även tidigare recensent skrivit) men det var helt klart hanterbart. Helgen vi var där var inget vidare väder och strax under 10 grader på kvällen/natten ute. Dock eldade hotellet på så det var alldeles för varmt på rummet. Körde med öppna fönster för att få in friskt luft […] hela natten. I samband med det kan man konstatera att spårvagnsnätet erbjuder bra service nattetid då vi hörde spårvagnar stor del av natten utanför hotellet... Det ingick frukost som helt klart var över förväntan! Läget var mycket bra i förhållande till t ex Duomo. Mehr

Sono molto soddisfatta del Hotel, è in centro a pochi passi dal Duomo e quindi vicino a tutto. Cortesia e pulizia fanno si che l ambiente sia veramente piacevole. Consiglio vivamente.

Nos hospedamos no Dei Cavalieri primeiro pela excelente localização, bem perto da Duomo e com metro e bondinho na frente. O quarto era bem confortável e o café da manhã honesto. Só tive um descontentamento com as reposisões de sabonete e toalhas no quarto, pois em dois dias a camareira esqueceu de colocar papel no banheiro, sabonete e trocar as toalhas. 対応がスムーズで、英語もよく通じる。 朝食も無料なのに内容が良い。 ホテル内のレストランはこじんまりとしているので、一人でも利用しやすかった。

Bem localizado, limpo,pessoal educado, restaurante e serviço de quarto muito bom e sem exploração. Quartos com barulho devido limpeza urbana e trens.

とても歴史を感じる作りで、ダウンタウンのど真ん中に位置し、ミラノのドゥオモは歩いて5分程度。近くに良いレストランはないが、ショッピングセンターと直結（？）していて観光には適せている。ホテルの内装はほぼ大理石。部屋は板張りだが、トイレは大理石仕様。天井は高く落ち着いた雰囲気。ベッドもキングサイズで2人寝るのに丁度良い。ベビー用の風呂もある。浴槽もあるが、皆シャワーを使っているのですこし汚いが、洗剤で多少洗えば湯船に浸かって問題ない程度。ヨーロッパのホテルにしては良い方。レビューが良いだけある。湯沸しポットはついていないが、バーでお湯をポットに入れてもらえる。3杯もらったが快く受け入れてくれた。朝食は美味しいスモークサーモン、ハム（１種類）、チーズ（スライスチーズ1種類）、クロワッサン（中身に杏 […] ジャム入り）、トースト、ヨーグルトなどバイキング形式。朝からしっかり、ゆっくり落ち着いて食べれる。子お茶はTwilings。アールグレイは美味しかった。お水も随時ポットに入れてくれる。あと、シャンパンもあった。朝から1杯頂いたが美味。観光は、まずドゥオモから始まりドゥオモで終わる感じ。メトロ、トラム共にホテルの目の前を泊まるので、ホテルの場所さえわかればあとは何処でも行ける。ショッピングストリート、宮廷、公園、どこも近い。チャイナタウンも15分程度で行ける。ミラノのど真ん中。バーは少しお高いが、近くにカフェがあるから一息つきたいときは少し散歩して近場でまったりするのも良い。全体を通して4.9/5.0。あとの0.1ポイントは近くに美味しいレストランがないことくらい。（近くと言っても歩いて3分圏内だが）日本人にもおすすめのホテル。 Mehr

Beliggenhed i top.Morgenmad suprer efter Italienske forhold. Sengen dejlig stor og madrassen rigtig god. Sengelimnet i bomuld. Et roligt sted både ude og inde.

Chegamos em pleno feriado nacional em Milão e nos pareceu que os atendentes da recepção não estavam muito interessados em trabalhar. Quando solicitados as respostas eram praticamente monossilábicas. Total falta de cordialidade e hospitalidade. Limpeza - as toalhas do banheiro, mesmo que colocadas ao chão para serem substituídas foram recolocadas para […] uso. Mesmo que sujas. Localização - é excelente, com Metro praticamente na porta do hotel. E, para os turistas, a poucos metros do Duomo. Mehr

Hotel Dei Cavalieri simplesmente excelente: muito bem localizado, quartos impecáveis a um preço justo.

Vi har boet på Hotel Cavalieri ca. 15. gange. Hotellet har en god beliggenhed, god service ,dejlige værelser og fin internationalt morgenmad.

Ótima localização e estrutura para recepção aos clientes. Mas tive problemas com o ar condicionado que não funcionava em pleno verão italiano.
