La Quinta Inn San Diego Chula Vista - Chula Vista

The location was perfect for getting around Chula Vista and it was in a safe neighborhood but it was very noisy being so close to the freeway. The breakfast was better than average but our room was not cleaned very well after our first nights stay.

Beds are very comfortable lobby was nice. Only downfall was the mold in the bathroom on the ceiling.

We stayed two nights for the BMX races. Very clean rooms and polite employees.

The room was clean, but disappointed it didn't have a microwave or fridge. The front desk was very nice and accomodating and the breakfast was pretty good. Nice to have a Denny's right there. Unfortunately, the Internet Wi-fi didn't work well at all. It sounds like they will be renovating soon, at least updating the door locks.

THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE AND QUIET.

The staff is warm and welcoming, the hotel is pristine, and the room was great. The continental breakfast was quite tasty too. There are some good restaurants nearby as well. I would definitely recommend La Quinta to anyone wanting a comfortable, accommodating experience.

All Around great experience with the hotel. Perfect everything!!!!!! Friendly staff, ease of checkin and beautiful rooms. I booked over the phone 1hour before my arrival and my reservation was PERFECT!!!!!!

I, wasn't familiar with area I was going to for training great facility and personnel were very pleasant and courteous. Probably would choose coser location.

I highly recommend 150 Bonita Road, La Quinta Inn, San Diego Chula Vista. My family are very comportable in a 3 days, two nights stay in La Quinta Inn. Room is cleaned, neat, odor free and specially the most important things "NO BED BUGS". Very convenient, close to gas station, convenient store and restaurant. We dont have to put on plastic cover on […] top of bed to protect ourselves of bed bugs, which we usulally does and put a blanket on top of plastic cover and we dont have to put extra pillow case to cover the existing one.. We are all surprised, not only us even our friends that stayed also that day. Breakfast was great. Of course NIkki, our chuawa dog ...sleep with a smile on her face. Continental Breakfast are great!!! JOB WELL DONE, to those People that work there. I give you 5 Stars. Mehr

The hotel is a great value in its category. Everything you would expect from a hotel at this price level is there. The folks are running it very well! I really liked the two waffle makers they have at the continental breakfast! I will definitely stay there again the next time I consider that area!

Excellent value and includes a great breakfast. Not far from San Diego airport and very accessible to where we needed to be. The Denny's restaurant next door was excellent, especially the homemade pico de gallo. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Will definitely book again on our next trip. Thank you!

We read a lot of bad reviews on the hotel, and we were very surprised! We have stayed in many hotels all I've the world, and for an overnight stay, for business this place worked out great. Clean, neat and easy...

ALL VERY NICE EXCEPT FOR THE CHAIR. SEEMS LIKE IT WAS BROKEN AND ALSO THE DRIAN IN SINK WAS VERY SLOW

This hotel was an unexpected surprise. Very nice, clean rooms, friendly and accommodating staff. Continental breakfast was available but there's a Denny's in the parking lot for late risers. I'd definitely stay here again and/or recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Location was nice; very close to Freeway access. The Denney's Restaurant being in close proximity was also nice. The Front Desk Clerk was friendly and very help full; within 10 minutes of getting to my room she called me to verify that everything was in order with my room. Overall pleased with my stay at this Hotel.

The La Quinta in Chula Vista, CA is entirely adequete and somewhat nicer than the hotel (Ramada) across the street. It is near some fast food (avoid Denny's!) but not near much that would be of interest to tourists.

The bed was so soft, I just loved it.

This hotel was disgusting. There were pubic hairs all over the bedside table. The bathtub had standing water and would not drain. It smelt like a room that had been smoked in and they tried to hide the smell. We were booked to stay Friday-Monday. We left Saturday morning. Stay away from this place if you know what is good for you!

Hotel is very dated but clean. No amenities other than soap in bathroom. Bath towels are small, worn thin and scratchy. Near freeway intersection, therefore very noisy. Heavy traffic volume due to Denny's restaurant in parking lot.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay.room was clean,neighborhood was quite the staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast great. i was impressed considering it was my first time in the area and had no idea where we were going and I had booked it online which was very convienant and the hotel is right off the freeway, i checked right in with […] my reservation. the zoo was only a 15min drive.good perks theres a denny's right next door and a pizza polar with very good hot wings across the street and when we asked for more towels they were brought right up to the room,bad perks toilet ran all night and we were on the 3rd floor and had to go up and down to the pool and ice machine with two 2yr olds.Overall it was a nice relaxing weekend and i would definitley return. for the price it was a good stay. rooms were cleaned everyday which was nice. easy access to highway. Staff was friendly and helpful. Eating area was always clean with plenty of food to start the morning.

It was an easy drive to the San Diego Convention Center and right off the freeway. The breakfast was fine and the rooms were also fine, albeit simple with no style to speak of. My only real complaint is a cleaning-solution smell in the rooms, which I suppose does signal their cleanliness. The smell faded quickly and the bed was comfortable.

We booked here due the close proximity of family living in Chula Vista. Overall, the hotel was well kept, comfortable, and quiet. Sunday morning check-out was chaotic at the front desk because of all of the guests converging on the continental breakfast area, which happened to be adjacent to the front desk. We were very comfortable here. Very clean. Pool was also very clean. We left some clothes behind, and the staff called us so that we were able to come back and get these things before we left town. That was appreciated immensely.

NICE BALANCE BETWEEN PRICE AND COMFORT. VERY CLOSE TO SHOPPING MALLS AND OUTLETS.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, but spoke to each other while helping customers in spanish so difficult to follow the check in process. Clean room and surrounding area. Housekeeping was efficient and organized. No business center! Supposed to have wifi, but it never worked. Close to many good restaurants and golf.

my family and I really enjoyed the breakfast area .There was plenty of room to sit and the employes keep everything clean and fully stocked.

Check in went smoothly. Loved that it is a dog friendly hotel. The rooms were nice and my family loved the complimentary breakfast. Would stay there again.

The guy at the counter seemed motivated by something other than treating the customer with respect. I'll never go there again. Bad attitude problems. If you don't look Latino, don't go here.

Everything was ok except of the bathroom they need to change everything, it doesn't looks clean.

The holet staff made this an exceptional stay. I requesdted extra towels and pillows at check-in; they were delivered as we entered the room. The room was comfortable and amentities were as advertised. My schedule only allowed me to try the complimentary contenental breakfast only once. At other times the Denny's restaurant adjacent provided convenient […] dining. Encountered the manager in the hallways several times greeting guests and asking how everything was. My only area of concern was the lack of extra outlets to plug in devices such as a laptop or cell phone charger. I had to unplug a lamp to plug something else in. Given this as my only criticitism, I would definitely recommend the La Quinta again. Mehr

This was a great hotel. my room was one of the best I've stayed in though all of my travels., I would refer the La Quinta Inn to anyone traveling.
