Mich hat es dienstlich nach Fort Saskatchewan verschlagen, und ich bin mittlerweile dreimal im Hospitality Inn abgestiegen. Ein neues Hotel, sehr gepflegt und mit sehr nettem Personal. Vermittelt familiäre Atmosphäre. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Ich habe nichts auszusetzen. Allein Fort Saskatchewan ist, zumindest im Winter, kein Ort, der zu längerem Verweilen einlädt.

sehr schönes hotel, von außen jedoch nicht sehr ansehnlich. direkt an großen straßen, wir hatten zimmer jedoch nach innen, daher keine lärmbelästigung. sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. mit dem auto gute anbindung und schnelles erreichen der downtown/ WEM.

Wir waren im Sommerurlaub mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern; 5 Nächte inkl. Frühstück ("kontinental"): Nachdem wir das verkehrsgünstig gelegene Hotel in West Edmonton erreicht haben, wurden wir von einem mittelmäßig motivierten Fräulein empfangen. Als Gast wünscht man sich mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit Kühlschrank und Bügeleisen ausgestattet; leider kein Safe. Die Reinigungkräfte waren sehr freundlich, ganz im Gegensatz zu einigen Bedienungen beim Frühstück. Teilweise sehr lange Wartezeiten, um einen Tisch zu bekommen. Auswahl beim kontinentalen Frühstück mittelmäßig. Auswahl bei den Getränken: Kaffee oder Saft, nicht beides. Fazit: Preis/Leistung sehr gut; gutes Hotel, leider mit teilweise unprofessionellem Personal.

Unser Zimmer war sauber und sehr ruhig. Wir waren 2 Nächte im West Edmonton Mall Inn, haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel wieder buchen. Das Personal war freundlich und kostenlose Parkplätze waren in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. Auf dem Zimmer waren ein Flatscreen Fernseher, Kühlschrank, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Gefehlt hat ein Safe. Surfen im Internet per WLAN war leider nur gegen Gebühr möglich. Schade, denn viele Hotels bieten dies inzwischen kostenlos an! Frühstück gab es keines. Man konnte aber gut in der Mall frühstücken, z. B. bei Alberts, einem Frühstückscafe direkt im Eingangsbereich.

"Travelodge Edmonton East- convenient local BUT..."
The local was very convenient off 16 yellow head. Could get on freeway very easily & get to anywhere very quickly BUT...don't go for a walk after dark! Surrounding area is a little sketchy. Hotel itself on the low end of OK. Room was clean outdated but clean. Was relatively quiet...but don't know if I would want to stay on a weekend. Food was less than […] adequate. Free breakfast was not worth having. Coffe in the room was HORRIBLE..smelt like old socks even before it was brewed. Mehr

We did not enjoy staying here. When we first got to the hotel 3 other people walked in with us and the front desk staff mitakenly assumed we were all staying in the same room -which would mean 9 people in a room- and called security. It's not fancy, but the staff are friendly, the breakfast was great, the rooms are clean. If you don't smoke, ask to be far away from the smoking rooms. It was fine for our needs that weekend!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Travelodge. My queen room, was clean, spacious, and quiet, and I loved the white light of the lamps. It was perfect for reading. I'm taking courses at NAIT, and I thought this hotel was ideal. It was a 12 min. drive to the school, Sobey's is across the street, there's a very nice public library right next to the hotel, […] and a Tim Horton's as well. For the price I paid it was worth it! The front desk man gave us one card key for the two of us, the surrounding area looked run down and you had to walk past all the smoking rooms to get to the non-smoking rooms - bad for those allergic to cigarette smoke. But! There was a Tim Hortons conveniently located next to the hotel.

Quality of service is fair to bad....on my first day they forgot to clean my room that I have to transfer to another room which was a hassle to say the least. Need more security systems installed in the building. Just everybody can enter on the back side of the building even those that has no business to be in the building.

I FOUND THE RATES A BIT HIGH CONSIDERING THE AREA BEING SO FAR FROM DOWNTOWN EDMONTON AND LATER LEARNED THAT WE COULD HAVE STAYED AT THE RAMADA FOR ALMOST 30.00 CHEAPER. WE HAD CONSIDERED STAYING THERE 1 WEEK PER MONTH FOR THE 6 MONTHS THAT WE WILL BE WORKING IN ALBERTA, HOWEVER NOW THAT WE HAVE SEEN THE PRICES MAUCH LOWER ELSEWHERE, WE WONT BE, NEVERTHELESS, […] THE PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE TO US AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. Did not like the fact because we had a pet we had to stay in a smoking room. We don't smoke. Our four year old and us did not like the SMELL . The smell made it hard to sleep. I even bought fabreeze and sprayed everything in the room it did not help. Only for the fact we would of lost our money we would of left. Check in went smoothly, the room was clean and warm. The front desk staff was very helpful by storing a large box for us in their office until check out. My only complaint is the restaurant didn't explain until after you ordered coffee and went to pay, that it wasn't including in the hot breakfast. That point needs to be clearer. Friendly staff, very accommodating. Room was clean. This is an older building but is kept in good condition. We felt our vehicle was secure and so was our room. We only needed a room for one night and only to spend the night after driving all day. This hotel was clean and quiet and satisfied our needs.
