I've stayed here about 5 times in the last 2 years. They recently remodeled it even though it was nice before the remodel. It is really close to Universal Studios, the Convention Center and Seaworld. All amenities are either at the hotel or nearby. The rates are great the security is great and the staff is very nice and accomodating.

Room and view were great. Lobby leaves a lot to be desired. Check-in desk seems like an after thought. Having to use a key to get to your floor was a pain. Our key decoded - we were told because it was to close to credit card strip? - and while trying to figure if is was how we were using the key or not, the elevator closed and we had to ride to the 15th floor and then back to the lobby to get a new key. The staff at the desk did not see this as any inconvenience, but we did. It was nice, but not worth the price.

Very Satisfied, have stayed several times since renovation.

Great customer service, friendly staff, room is comfort. I little noisy, though. Great room for the money.

I recently stayed at this hotel for business reasons and was surprised by the quality. Not the swankiest area, but great service, comfort, and food... really all you need when on business. Friendly hotel staff and very prompt.

It seemed a little pricey for the quality but it was a really nice hotel. Very clean, great location in reference to Universal and Wet & Wild. The security was great too, you couldn't get in the building without your room key after a certain time, and you could only get off on your floor when using the elevator. I recommend this hotel.

great room, great service, great price, only thing is that you have to get the buffet breakfast in order to havea good meal, the menu makes u get it for eleven bucks extra. get a yellow taxi anywhere, ask for it it as they will order their own which is ten dollar mimimum

Great hotel with friendly staff. Clean and well located, within walking distance of Universal Studios. Comfortable and safe hotel with high security standards that don't allow non guests inside after midnight.

My two day stay was alright. The location of the hotel was great for my purpose or being in Orlando. Places to eat were right there; within walking distance. The improvement needed for this hotel is to add microwaves and refridgerators in the rooms. The staff were very helpful and friendly with the exception of one desk clerk. I would stay at this hotel on my next visits to Orlando.

The hotel employees were very nice. The air conditioner in the room was making so much noise that I wasn't able to sleep. we returned late and it was not possible to complain or change rooms. Hotel was nice but maintenance was poor.

It was amazing....totally unexpected the friendly greeting we received when we arrived...the room was amazingly clean and with a fabulous view and within walking distance of lots of fun things to do for the kids....

We only stayed one night but we really enjoyed ourselves. We were going to wet n wild which was accrossed the street. Pool needed a little cleaning but the bar at the pool was very nice. Room was very comfortable and cozy. Definately would stay again

Nice hotel in a great location for Universal, Wet-n-wild and Seaworld. Restaurant was too expensive for the food they offered, but overall a decent place to stay for the money.

I have stayed at this hotel before, and have always loved staying here. They recently did some renovations to the hotel. ( which i thought they didnt need it) but it was well worth it. We stayed in one of the renovated rooms, and it was beautiful. You feel like you are in a 4 star hotel and paying for the price of a 2 star!! I loved it.. They only thing that was missing was a frige and microwave in the room!! But other than that, location was great, staff was wonderfull. Will stay here again.!!

Rooms very cleaned and offers all the little things you might forget at home. Food is great and employees VERY friendly.

Nice clean hotel, the free parking was excellent as we were able to drive to the nearby shopping outlets and in around 5 minutes. Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure were withn walking distance (about 25 minutes) or via free shuttle bus. We arrived about 30 minutes before normal check in time but the receptionist was great and allowed us to check in

The Four Points is a wonderful hotel. We used to stay there years ago when it was a different chain. The location is great! Right in the middle of International Drive. You can walk to Wet N Wild, food and shopping.

I picked this hotel due to the reputation of Sheraton hotels and the location in relation to where I was working in Orlando. Unfortunately I stayed at this hotel during spring break. The walls were very thin and I could not sleep the entire night due to noise. I ate breakfast the next morning in the hotel restaurant and the food quality was not that great while the food price was very high.

I was a little disappointed and I was expecting more for my money. The pictures on their website looked a lot nicer than the room they stuck me with. The bathroom was dingy and mildew in the grout of the tub. They were remodeling the lobby at the time, and it appeared our room had been too, but believe me it was nothing great. A fresh coat of paint is about all the remolding our room saw. Overall it was quiet and very close to Universal...the pool was nice too. Save your money and spend about $50 less a night and get the same thing.

Renovation almost complete, will book again.

It was a very neat and cute hotel. They were remodeling at the time and were very loud and working at all hours. We wish we would have known about that. The hotel personell were really nice. The price was OK!

Couldn't ask for a better location. Staff highly profesional. Definitely recommended. Will be re-booking again for November 2009.

I was very happy w this hotel, except for the Housekeeping. Obvisiously to be in Orlando,you are going to go to the parks and get wet and have dirty towels and sheets. Well i was there for 2 nights and they NEVER changed our towels or even took the DIRTY/WET ones left on the floor. The baby spilled juice on the blanket- same one we left was same one we came back too. Aside from the housekeeping, the hotel is very nice. EXTREMELY CLOSE to ALL ATTRACTIONS, has game room, pool, and bar. AND EXCELLENT SECURITY...

This hotel exceeded my expectations. From the front desk service to house keeping. Everyone was very friendly. Rooms were a bit small, but beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and bathroom was nice.! All that mattered.! This hotel is close to everything; parks, restaurants, shopping etc. I will return to this hotel on my next trip to Orlando.

Had always been curious as to what this quirky looking hotel would be like but was very disappointed with it. The corridors and bedrooms are painted grey and as a result appear very dingy.Bathrooms are good sized but the bedrooms are a bit on the small side even allowing for their unique shape, with very little wardrobe space especially if you are on a 2 week holiday. There was no in-room information about the hotel nor was any provided by the in-house tv channel.Also check out time is 11.00am but my room card (which you need for the lift) was stopped at 10.00 am leaving me with no lift access to the 17th floor (saved by a fellow guest)and having to get my husband out of the shower to let me in the room. Reception staff were very abrupt with my husband at check-in and tried to get us to take a room with lesser facilities than we had paid for. We had stayed the previous week at the Holiday Inn Express LBV - the staff there always made a point of speaking to us - the only time the Shearton staff were remotely interested in us was at check-out. Sorry but I would not recommend this hotel as a base for a holiday - it is more geared to business guests.

The hotel has a great location and fabulous views... We thought we'd have a problem with traffic noise but we were on the 18th floor and didn't hear a thing.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff was the friendliest of anywhere I styaed, and the most helpful! We will definately stay there again!

The beds were great.. the shower was awesome... nice cozy and trendy room.. the service staff was incredible..

The appearance was not bad; however, once you are in the room is a different story. You can smell the chlorine/clorox every morning; my kids and I woke up everyday with irritated throats due to the smell. Our comforters were old and dingy once had a spot on it that I guess would not come off after washing. The Beds were comfortable but due to the iffyness of being clean sheets made it uncomfortable. Will I stay there again? NO Would I recommend it? NO Was it worth what I paid? NO It should have been less money. I have paid the same amount and I have had complimentary breakfast. One thing was good was the room service.

I stayed at this location for Universal and City walk, which was right down the street...good location. Room and bathroom was pretty clean. Just a couple stains on the carpet, but nothing major. Great for the price I paid.

everything was wonderful, the hotel was suprinsingly better than I could of imagined... HOWEVER dont rely on the bus service to the parks.
