Four Points by Sheraton Orlando Studio City - Orlando

Das Four Points liegt unmittelbar in der Nähe der Universal Studios und nur wenige Fahrminuten vom Walt Disney World Areal entfernt. Gegenüber liegt der Wasserpark Wet'n'Wild. Auf dem International Drive reiht sich ein Restaurant an das andere. Alles sehr zentral.

Das Hotel hat ein super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Trotzdem ist anzumerken, dass der International Drive ein bisschen weiter südlich des Hotels gepflegter wirkt und mehr Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten bietet.

Die Lage dieses Hotels direkt am International-Drive, in unmittelbarer Umgebung von einigen Restaurants ist ideal. Die Universal-Studios sind ebenfalls sehr nah. Wir haten ein Deluxe-Zimmer in einem der oberen Stockwerken gebucht. Die Aussicht ist grandios, der geringe Aufpreis hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Leider war dieses Zimmer früher wahrscheinlich […] ein Raucherzimmer. Beim Eintreten stieg einem sofort ein entsprechender Duft in die Nase. Nach ein paar Sekunden hat man diesen Geruch jedoch nicht mehr wahrgenommen. Das hauseigene Restaurant glich von der Lage her, direkt neben dem Eingang und der Reception, eher einer Schnellimbissbude. Um so überraschter waren wir über das hervorragende Essen. Wenn das Restaurant ein bisschen hochwertiger möbliert, respektive eingerichtet wäre, würden hier bestimmt mehr Hotelgäste essen. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr angenehm. Mehr

We were VERY impressed with this hotel. We asked for a room on a high floor and got the 16th floor which we were pleased with. We had a great view of Universal Studios. Room was VERY clean and the decor was very modern. Every employee that we came across was very helpful and nice. We wouldn't stay anywhere else if in Orlando again!

Aside from an outdated slow elevator, the location is amazing to universal studios. The rooms are modern and clean. Lots of reatuarants, stores nearby.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Orlando's Four Points on International Drive. After a horrible experience and stay at the nearby International Palms Resort and Hotel, the Four Points felt like a God Send! I had read mixed reviews on Trip Advisor and such but the rooms are decorated lovely-modern furniture and decor and the bathroom was super spacious. […] We were in a double room and All the furniture including bathroom hardware was in great condition (no rust, no mold, no jiggly handles). The double rooms aren't super spacious, but there's a closet and sufficient dresser drawers. It's located super conveniently to Universal (maybe 2 miles?) and there's free parking and wi-fi. The Four Points Sheraton was a great location for theme parks, and a great value. The kids thought the shape was so cool, and were excited when viewing the beautifully lit- up building from the interstate. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would stay there again.

It's a "tired hotel". If you're only interested in a nice comfortable clean room this may be the place for you. If you like pool time, pool bar, digital tv, or nice hotel restaurant this really isn't the place. Pool is "kept" but very outdated. Pool bar was not well kept. No tapped beer because the compressor died. Didn't sense any urgency to get it […] repaired. One "box tv" at the pool bar, no digital signal. It was American Football sunday and the bartender didn't know which games were available. Turns out they only have access to one game on local channels (same for the rooms). We bailed.... Turned out for the better, the Ale House about 5-8 minutes drive is the ultimate place to watch games. Good football food, cold beers, and a few HUNDRED tv's showing ALL games being played. Rooms- dated but well maintained. Beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are large, clean, well lit. Soaps, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper are low end. TV's belong in a museum. Being an older hotel, you need to get on your hands and knees to find the electrical receptacles. If you want to charge your Iphone and Ipad near the bed then something will have to be unplugged.... Ice machines are available on random floors. Found one down on the 10th floor. Searching for another one I found that the 14th floor is currently being renovated. Did not hear any construction activity from the 9th floor. Hotel staff were friendly, check-in, check-out was friendly and efficient. There are NO good restaurants near the hotel unless you like Denny's, Ihop, and similar. However, 5 to 10 minutes drive/taxi take you to some good food. Suggest that you get food reviews vs chance stops. The pool bartender gave us two menu's when we requested food because he said they printed new menu's but they didn't like the newer ones. The older menu had similar and different selections but apparently all food items on both menu's are available....???? We only had burgers so I can't really comment on the food other than Mehr

A good value, well located hotel, close to Universal studios and with an i-ride stop just outside for getting to shops and restaurants on international drive.

My Fiance & I stayed here recently when we attended a wedding in Orlando. We booked it for a great rate and i was happy with our stay. It was close to the highway to get around, and plenty of simple stores in walking distance. It was in a safe and busy area of I-drive, and we were out walking around looking at the attractions until 3 am. The staff was […] friendly & our room was clean. The only complaint that I had was the ice machine was not working. The ice machine was not woking the last time I was at this hotel.

Hotel is close to Universal; easy access to other theme parks; checked in late; very tired; were not satisfied with room condition; contacted front desk, and they happily moved us to an upgraded room even though they were heavily booked; we were very satisfied with our stay.

It's a very nice place and I got a good deal. I like that you can buy your tickets for Universal there and save some time. However, do not eat breakfast in the hotel; it is not bad but expensive; there other places around with better food and price.

Great location witin walking distance to Universal. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All the ice machines were broken and you could tell it was an older facility. But overall a good experience and I would stay there again.

The Four Points is close to many of the major amusement parks and is reasonably priced. The staff is friendly. Not a lot of frills at this hotel. Our room was clean although the comforters looked like they could do with another go in the washer. And, for some reason, the housecleaning staff kept shorting us on towels. The air conditioning unit in the […] wall worked, but it was rather noisy. Not too much, if any noise, from the neighboring rooms or hallway. It's a moderately priced hotel and you essentially get what you pay for. Mehr

The hotel is in a great location. Close to multiple theme parks wet n wild is across the street. Universal and Sea World down the street. Everything is on or off International drive but it is very busy a lot of traffic. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was nice. Overall happy with our stay.

Everyone of The hotel staff that we encountered was smiling and very helpful everytime...it was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were immaculate and smelled great...again very pleasant surprise. There were plenty of nice towels and pillows in the room. The decor was modern even though the outside shape of the building leads me to believe it was constructed […] in the 60s. It's right around the corner from the entrance to Universal Studios. There are a few large premium outlet malls within 2 miles. It was great ;) Mehr

Stayed 5 nights and I couldn't have asked for better service. Room service was great and the room was always clean!

this is a very conveniently located hotel, close to everything..it has a very inviting pool area with a pool club, staff was very nice..would be very convenient for a diabled person because all the room are very close to the elevator, this hotel is a great bang for your buck

Me & my partner only stayed for a few nights but the Hotel was fantastic.....staff are all very friendly & helpfull, rooms are very clean & comfortable and the breakfast selection was great. The overall stay was nice we had a really good time the staff was nice the price was good. I really enjoyed this property and would stay again if the price is right or better than what i paid.

Great location for Universal and surrounding area ,clean and very pleasant staff would stay again !

The room was clean. Cool set up of rooms - a round tower room shape was not a perfect square (but that was OK). Elevators pretty fast, never had to wait too long for an elevator. Ice machine was only a few feet from my room door. Only dissapointment - NO hot tub. Pool water was a bit cloudy. I did not go swimming at this hotel. View from the 15th floor […] was cool, although it was overlooking I-drive and 7-11 parking lots. 7-11 right across the street. Many places just walking distance from hotel. Putt Putt golf, 7-11, Walgreens, some restaurents, & some gift shops all on I-drive. Wet N Wild was across the street one block away, but I would not go there, I was on business. Security always at back door entrance. Needed room key to use elevator. I felt comfortable and secure in this hotel. Mehr

Very clean hotel close to everything. Not a complaint!

Make sure you do not have a room above the aircondition units, windows are poorly insulated, the hurricane blows right through your room (noise). Hotel is OK if you are away the whole day visiting Orlano Theme parks.

This hotel was really nice, but the main reason my husband and I chose it was for the convenience of using their advertised shuttle to Universal as we were only there for one day and wanted to take advantage of it. We drove in from our cruise terminal at Port Canavaral and arrived at the hotel around 10:45AM, knowing that we wouldn't be able to check […] in but wanting to take the shuttle to the park. We were informed that the last one had already left. Then when I asked for a voucher for a return shuttle, we were told that they could not issue a voucher that was not round trip. We ended up parking at Universal and paying the fee that we were trying to avoid. Very annoying. Be advised that the shuttle used by this hotel is not their own but a local transportation company. I did not have any problems. I was surprised there was no refridgerator or microwave. I found out later these can be rented for $5 a day. I requested a king size bed but got a queen size bed. The bed was comfortable so it worked out. Plenty of parking.

Four Points by Sheraton Orlando is a Very Good Hotel with Friendly Employers sittuated best place in Orlando-FL. Near all attractions / shoppings / outlets / etc. One of the best hotels to stay in orland for sure.

old tv ,dirty carpet and a lot of noisy from the next room, we had one nite and this nite we can't sleep, this hotel charge too much per nite ....we never more gonna stay there.

HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL. CLEAN ROOMS, AND GOOD SERVICE. WE WILL BE BACK.

I reserved a standard room online, and then called the hotel to ask them to put a note specifying 2 queen beds instead of a king. This helped, the room was exactly the one I requested. The place was clean and comfortable. The AC was noisy, so light-sleepers bring earplugs. TV was not flat, but we had cable. Enough pillows/blankets/towels were provided. […] Staff was very kind. We ordered dinner from the hotel: Scampi pasta sucked, tasted way too weird. Molten Chocolate dessert was good. Chicken noodle soup was ok. Pizza was out of this world, probably the best pizza we've ever had (the spinach, cheese, and tomato one). Service was quick (20-25 min). Plenty of free parking. No surprise charges added to my bill. I'll start off with the very good points. The front desk and lobby staff were excellent, helpful and eager to please. The rooms were clean and comfortable and there was plenty of action around the hotel to keep us busy. Also, the shuttle drivers were quite likeable. To the parts of our stay that I didn't like. If you are going to Universal, don't buy […] your tickets in the hotel lobby. They try to sell you on a time share tour and, if you don't take it, the tickets cost more than buying them at the gate. Our bathroom had a faulty light that blinked constantly and, I am sure, has not been fixed to this day. The outdoor pool is not heated, no matter what anyone tells you and the hot tub was out of order when we stayed there. The restaurant in the hotel has six menus. The waitress had to take one from another party so that my family could order. I suspect that our waitress was also our chef and bartender as well as she was quite overwhelmed by three tables. I give her full marks for trying to please everyone, though. However, I would suggest dining out at one of the many surrounding restaurants. Overall, it is a decent enough hotel for travellers who are not overly picky. I rated it a four out of five, as I am not too picky and I was generally pleased with the staff. Mehr

Hotel is located extremely close to Universal. Room is very nice and beds are ok. Only complaint is we could here noise from surrounding attractions and street... we were on the 7th floor.

Stayed New Year's Eve night, enjoyed spacious room that was very clean and comfortable. Hotel is minutes from Universal, almost walking distance. Only minor downside was booking promised a fridge in room but there was none.

The proximity of the hotel to Universal couldn't be better. It was a very nice hotel for the price, and the rooms were super clean and spacious. There were no extra charges, parking was free, and I enjoyed our short stay very much.

Stay away, this hotel is an embarrassment to the Four Points brand and should be de-branded.

Came to Orlando for business and pleasure. Hotel looked just like to pic so it was easy to find. Front desk staff was nice. Rooms were kind of small. No refrigerator, so we had to travel to seperate floors for ice. Convenient location. Right around the corner from Universal Studios, which was the pleasure part of the trip.

travelling and vacationing is one of the important necessity especially during this hard times in our economy... when i compared this hotels to others, it exceeded my expectation..it's feels good to stay even for few nights.. it is worth it.the guest service are very friendly.. the hotel is clean and the fitness area is awesome.
