Four Points by Sheraton Orlando is a Very Good Hotel with Friendly Employers sittuated best place in Orlando-FL. Near all attractions / shoppings / outlets / etc. One of the best hotels to stay in orland for sure.

old tv ,dirty carpet and a lot of noisy from the next room, we had one nite and this nite we can't sleep, this hotel charge too much per nite ....we never more gonna stay there.

HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL. CLEAN ROOMS, AND GOOD SERVICE. WE WILL BE BACK.

I reserved a standard room online, and then called the hotel to ask them to put a note specifying 2 queen beds instead of a king. This helped, the room was exactly the one I requested. The place was clean and comfortable. The AC was noisy, so light-sleepers bring earplugs. TV was not flat, but we had cable. Enough pillows/blankets/towels were provided. […] Staff was very kind. We ordered dinner from the hotel: Scampi pasta sucked, tasted way too weird. Molten Chocolate dessert was good. Chicken noodle soup was ok. Pizza was out of this world, probably the best pizza we've ever had (the spinach, cheese, and tomato one). Service was quick (20-25 min). Plenty of free parking. No surprise charges added to my bill. I'll start off with the very good points. The front desk and lobby staff were excellent, helpful and eager to please. The rooms were clean and comfortable and there was plenty of action around the hotel to keep us busy. Also, the shuttle drivers were quite likeable. To the parts of our stay that I didn't like. If you are going to Universal, don't buy […] your tickets in the hotel lobby. They try to sell you on a time share tour and, if you don't take it, the tickets cost more than buying them at the gate. Our bathroom had a faulty light that blinked constantly and, I am sure, has not been fixed to this day. The outdoor pool is not heated, no matter what anyone tells you and the hot tub was out of order when we stayed there. The restaurant in the hotel has six menus. The waitress had to take one from another party so that my family could order. I suspect that our waitress was also our chef and bartender as well as she was quite overwhelmed by three tables. I give her full marks for trying to please everyone, though. However, I would suggest dining out at one of the many surrounding restaurants. Overall, it is a decent enough hotel for travellers who are not overly picky. I rated it a four out of five, as I am not too picky and I was generally pleased with the staff. Mehr

Hotel is located extremely close to Universal. Room is very nice and beds are ok. Only complaint is we could here noise from surrounding attractions and street... we were on the 7th floor.

Stayed New Year's Eve night, enjoyed spacious room that was very clean and comfortable. Hotel is minutes from Universal, almost walking distance. Only minor downside was booking promised a fridge in room but there was none.

The proximity of the hotel to Universal couldn't be better. It was a very nice hotel for the price, and the rooms were super clean and spacious. There were no extra charges, parking was free, and I enjoyed our short stay very much.

Stay away, this hotel is an embarrassment to the Four Points brand and should be de-branded.

Came to Orlando for business and pleasure. Hotel looked just like to pic so it was easy to find. Front desk staff was nice. Rooms were kind of small. No refrigerator, so we had to travel to seperate floors for ice. Convenient location. Right around the corner from Universal Studios, which was the pleasure part of the trip.

travelling and vacationing is one of the important necessity especially during this hard times in our economy... when i compared this hotels to others, it exceeded my expectation..it's feels good to stay even for few nights.. it is worth it.the guest service are very friendly.. the hotel is clean and the fitness area is awesome.

Check in was very fast and we had no problems. The Restaurant in the hotel is very affordable, the food was great. I highly recommend it. The only problem is that 3 days after checking out the Hotel, there was a $50.00 hold on my bank account , which was never mentioned to me at check in. other than that very nice hotel and nice service.

VERY NICE MOTEL SERVICE WAS GREAT AND HELPFUL AND THE ROOMS WERE AMZING AND COMFORTABLE. WILL STAY AGAIN.

The hotel lobby had construction going on. The key to the elevator was irritating. The ice machine was not on our floor, but the one I tried to at first was empty and had to keep getting on the elevator with the key access to find an ice machine that worked. I realize that it is a large hotel, but the cleaning staff should make sure the door is shut all the way after they have finished cleaning. We returned to our room one day with the door open and all of our belongings just wide open to be taken.

Arrived early morning from airport and receive great room at 8:30a for the asking, regular check-in is 3p. friendly & attentive staff. 5 min. cab ride from universal studios, 10 min to I-drive attractions.

My room was clean, comfortable. Hotel personnel were very friendly and attentive to needs. Free lobby Internet access with software that times sessions (15 minutes to prevent "hogging" the computer) and also erases all history and passwords at end of session. Woman staffing lobby food area was gracious. However, I was surprised that the breakfast food […] was not included in room price. Other than that, the only difficulty I experienced was that TV noise carried from the room adjacent to mine. Earplugs (never leave home without them) solved the problem. Mehr

Walking distance to universal studio's, places to eat!

The Four-Point Sheraton was everything it said it was in the description, except...the pool area. We hd planned a quick 3 day excursion to orlando to do the Harry Potter attraction. We planned 2 days at the park and one relaxing day at the pool. I picked this hotel because it is the closest hotel to Universal and the pictures on line showed a nice view […] of the pool area. However, the reality was that it was old and not kept up. Also it was not heated. THe day we decided to use it, they had taped off the best sunniest part of the pool area. I really don't know why, as it was not apparent. That was our biggest disappointment. The people at the hotel are extremely friendly, and will go out of there way to assist you. Mehr

Good Hotel. Near Universal Studios, 20 minutes by foot, in front of Wet'n'Wild. Free parking and free shuttle to all parks Noise air con, confortable beds, large room and a very good shower. Was a good experience.

We came for just one night so this hotel is worth the money. The place is clean and perfect location. The only negative is the A/C unit is VERY loud (like a semi truc) and we had to shut it off during night time.

Stayed one night at the Sheraton Four Points. Very clean and updated. Easy access to Universal and right off of I-4. Excellent rate for quality of hotel!!

The location was fabulous as we were going to Universal. We extended our stay for one night. When we got back to the room at 3:45 pm the room had not been cleaned. They came when we called but I did not like the fact that no one had attended our room from 9 am to 3:45 pm.

My husband and I were greatly impressed with our stay at Four Points Sheraton. The rate was great, the location worked well for us ( 20 min walk to Universal on a nice sidewalk), parking was free (parking $15 at Universal), and IHOP is right next door. We also ordered room service for dinner which was actually pretty darn good and served in less than […] 40 minutes. The one negative for us was the absence of a hot tub, which would have been wonderful after a long day at the theme park, but the poolside bar made up for it! Definitely recommend this place! Mehr

It was an over all pleasant stay. There was only a few minor things that needed to be mentioned. First, when we got to the hotel the sliding doors didn't work right and stood outside for a few minutes until they decided to work. I had a marvelous view of the International Drive area. My room was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was very large. The parking was great because it did not take forever to get to the front door.

Four Points by Sheraton Orlando Studio City is perfectly located on International Drive. The rooms are clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is refreshing and clean and the "Scene One" bar at the pool is a nice place to relax after a long day of shopping. The staff at the hotel are so friendly and helpful. Actually, I travel quite a […] lot with work, and have never encountered such a friendly group in all my hotel stays. IHOP is practically in the same parking lot which made breakfast an easy choice. The Prime Outlet Mall, the Florida Mall, The Mall of Milenia and the Premium Outlet Mall are all in very close proximity to the Four Points. Wet n Wild is just across the street and Universal is within walking distance. The price was extremely reasonsable. When we return to Orlando again next year, we will definately stay at this hotel, without a doubt. Mehr

I had difficulty attaining ice, having to go to 4 different floors til I finally found an ice machine that produced ice. (11th floor). The key lock on the elevator is a nice idea but it is inconvenient. The pool was closed in the evening and we decided not to use it the next day because it looked very cloudy and ununviting. This is a great place to stay. the Hotel was in a great location. and was very beautiful. The rooms were very clean and in great shape. the Pool was clean and had a patio bar with food. the food was priced reasonable. The staff went out of there way to make us happy and were very helpful. The hotel location was great! The staff was extremely helpful, i traveled with my 2 kids age's 10 and 2 . On the reservation it said we could reserve a fridge, but when i called driving down they said I needed to ask for one in person but they would put in a request, howveer when we got there the request was never submitted and there was no fridges […] available.House keeping never showed, they ended up coming by Saturday at 7pm, while our kids where napping.. So we had no house keeping the whole weekend. We ha dtu re-use the same towels and the beds were hard and uncomfortable. Besides these minor things the hotel rooms are Spacious. We were on the 5th floor and had to go down to the 4th to get ice. So that was annoying seeings how we didn't have a fridge. For the price we paid it wasn't bad, but I have had better experiences on lower end hotels. I was expecting more from a "Sheraton-Owned hotel". But non the less, not a bad place to stay.. Mehr

It was lack of kindness. No sensibility about people tire because of a long trip. They gave us first an unclean room, after a room with only one bed ( we have a reservation for two) and at last our room but the key did not work at first, we had to go to reception again. had stayed there the previous year and loved it but this time we got a room with rock hard beds. Had a horrible nights sleep because of it. The room was clean though. I could actually walk bare foot on the rug unlike in other hotels I have stayed in.There was a very strong smell in the room which smelled like a cleaning solution of some sort and it […] took 24 hours to dissipate. Great hotel and service close to all attrations.Directions to any locations around area from hotel Lobby employees was first class.Only missing is kitchen/ microwave/Refridgeraror.

Clean room, quiet neighbors, fabulous view, fresh food downstairs, gym, pool, walking distance to Universal Studios. I stayed for 10 days and enjoyed every second of it.

We had a great stay at Sheraton 4 Points in Orlando. We found the hotel staff to be extremely courteous and accommodating (especially Rose). The hotel location was perfect. We walked to IHOP for breakfast. We walked to Water Country USA. We had fun using the mini Golf course nearby called Congo River. When we checked in, the computers were down. The […] staff was still able to accommodate our request to be on one of the higher floors away from the bright lights of the mini golf course. I absolutely would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a convenient hotel off site from Universal. Would definitely stay here again if I were in Orlando. Pictures posted on Four Points Sheraton website 7/10 are old. Looks much better now that it has been remodeled. I hope they update the website photos soon. Mehr

Check-in was great. Check-in aft. 3pm. We checked in aft 11pm because we went to Universal Studios first. Within walking distance of Wet N Wild. Within walking distance of Universal Studios if you don't mind walking a mile and then up three flights of stairs (16 stairs each flight) to get to the entry for Universal. Safe walking distance, no concerns […] about traffic or safety. When we arrived the room was unusually warm. I called it in, and before I could get the last piece of luggage to the room, the AC was replaced. The cleaning staff is nice and does a great job. Upon checkout I commented that housekeeping should not throw away receipts, because I did a print at home of my Universal Studios and Wet N Wild combination tickets and it was discarded along with all my gas and other receipts. Universal will replace it, so it was no real lost, but I always keep my receipts. I should have placed them in a drawer, that's how good the cleaning staff is. I will not blame them for doing a great job. I will stay there again. I have 'no' complaint, even though I mentioned things that happened, it is just that, 'things that happened'. Take an iron, they have an ironing board, but no iron. The location was great, and it was the best hotel as far as I'm concerned. Keyed floor access on the elevators. You must use room key card in elevator to access the floors. I would visit their in-house restaurant and order take-out from their menu, and that restaurant has GREAT food! It was comparable in price as any of the flyers provided in the room for take-out. And it was good food not fast food, for the same prices as hot wings or pizza from outside sources. There is a breakfast bar opened every morning. The food is not free, but the breakfast bar was fully stocked. I did not check their prices, as I don't eat breakfast. The pool was smaller than expected, but with Wet N Wild right at the corner, literally, and having tickets to Wet N Wild with my Universal Studios Tickets, it was a non-iss Mehr

This hotel was great! Javier, the Night Manager, was very friendly as was the rest of the staff. The room was great was a nice size room. We will definitely stay here again. The location was great too; although we didn't do Universal or Wet n Wild they were pretty much right across the street.

Nice affordable hotel overlooking International Drive. Close to restaurants and other conveniences. Will book again.
