when I checked in Anne was very helpful. The room was wonderful ! We had a great time while we stayed there. Keep up the great work!!!!!

Had booked a king room when I arrived at 1130pm the staff informed me there were no king rooms available. I questioned how this could happen when I had a reservation for a king and I was told "you can go across the street to Comfort Inn Suites and see if they have one". I'll just say that after a long day at 1130pm that was not the response I wanted […] or needed at the time. Mehr

Simply put: the hotel was affordable, stylish, and the service was excellent. The King room was comfortable. My stay was short but pleasant. I also had the benefit of working with management and found them to be very accommodating.

When a plane isn't going through your room the train is. No place to eat anywhere close. Worst place I have ever stayed.

The room was comfortable and very well equipped but the hotel in its close proximity to the airport is loud. And I was woken at 2 in the morning to loud train horns from the tracks that were close by as well. Other than that, no complaints on room or comfort.

Hotel is very corporate, great location near airport. Nothing close by (i.e. restaurants or shops). Nice small snack bar area to take away or take up to your room. Only complaint - can hear every door slam in your hallway whenever anyone goes in or out of their room.

Requested and paid for king bed,-received 2 double beds, room smelled like mold and smoke-requested nonsmoking, drain in tub didn't work, overpriced, could stay in a better hotel for half the amount spent at this supposed "nice" hotel

Was possibly in the best location to move around to different meeting locations in the Tempe and Phoenix metropolitan area. There is also a great river walk/bike path around the corner for morning runs (just beware of the heat :-)!

I have stayed a couple of Hyatt Places now and am always pleased with how well they are run. Everything is always in order, friendly staff (not fakey friendly either) and I really like the set up of the rooms with the living/office area and the bed area. Not as close to ASU stadium and downtown Tempe as I would have liked. Everything else about the place was altogether satisfactory. They were in the process of upgrading bathrooms and I was not sure if ours had been done yet. Didn't look like it needed a remodel, but didn't look freshly done over either. Breakfast was quite adequate and saved us wasting […] money going out. But then I am not a big breakfast eater anyway. Only other negative: I left some expensive flip-flops in my room. Sent an email to address on top of our bill but no one has responded yet after 48 hours. Will call to follow up, but shouldn't have to. Mehr

The service was great, we had a choice of all six floors and we chose the top. The hotel was under some maintenance and the elevators were dirty, in fact the whole 6th floor seemed to be VERY dirty; grime on the walls and discolored carpeting. BUT our room was great. I love the setup of the rooms and the that huge flatscreen in the middle is awesome. […] The pool was small, but it worked. Mehr

I thought the service was superb. The receptionist was so helpful and the room was huge for the price. Great bang for your buck. The only complaint is the comforter wasn't comfy but aside from that our stay was splendid.

Everything I needed for a business stay - internet, breakfast included. Bar and food available until 11. Quick from the airport and super convenient to where I needed to work around Tempe.

We only stayed for one night but I found the room very large and perfect for one night. The hotel itself was undergoing some construction but other than that, it was just fine. The parking lot is a little cramped but the room itself was clean and comfy. The location is very convenient to go anywhere in the Valley. I'd stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff are helpful and kind. The rooms are great for the price. Healthy, tasty complimentary breakfast buffet. The location is very convenient. If you don't have a car, the shuttle is available to take you anywhere within about a 5 mile radius, and pick you up when you're ready to return. It was a good rate, but all kinds of maintainence problems from bad refridgerator, bad elect plugs, weak wyfi. They were very understaffed says is off season, would promise anything but not always respond. They are under construction but some things should not have been. The owner needs to hire more help

Whenever a Hyatt Place in any location meets your price and geography requirements, you should stay there. The good thing about this brand is they are always the same. You could be in any city and they are always the same. Large suite like room, good bed, nice work area, huge flat screen TV, OK bathroom. The food is OK (quick service food), so if […] you want a nice restaurant, you are out of luck. they have beer and wine which is nice too. This one was good. Mehr

GREAT SERVICE and great rooms! I had to get my girls to the airport the next morning and we had a rental car to return. The front desk ladies told me to return the car that night, they came to pick me up from the airport that night. The next morning not only did they serve a great breakfast for us but they got us to the airport with out any delays. […] It was so nice not to have to worry about doing all of that by myself. My girls want me to write down that the Hyatt has a full kitchen 24 hours a day, so they got some awesome wings at 11pm at night and enjoyed them in the lobby. Mehr

The room was musty and had a couple dirty spots... Other than that, it was good. Quiet place and comfy beds.

I enjoyed staying here. The interior of the hotel is greatly decorated and designed. The breakfast was good, and the staff was nice. It's close to the airport but if you want restaurants or shopping, you will definitely have to drive.

The hotel was convenient to the airport and offered transportation within 5 miles. It was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only possible improvement I might suggest is that the airport shuttle begin earlier than 6 AM because several flights depart before 7 AM and there is not enough time to get to the airport and through security. […] But I would definitely recommend the hotel to others. I PICKED THIS HOTEL DUE TO THE FACT THAT LAST TIME I STAYED THERE IT WAS PRETTY NICE. THIS TIME WAS NOT SO GREAT.THERE WAS A WEIRD NASTY LOOKING SMUDGE ON THE CURTAINS.THE A/C ONLY COOLED OF THE PERSON LAYING RIGHT NEXT TO IT. THE BATHROOM WAS FALLING APART AND IS VERY TINY. I HEARD THAT THE FREE BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING WAS AWESOME AND DELICIOUS. THIS […] HOTEL IS CURRENTLY UNDERGOING BATHROOM RENOVATIONS SO IT CAN BE QUITE NOISEY AFTER 10AM. Mehr

Very good service from airport pick-up to check-in and back to airport. The driver dropped us directly at the car rental building so we didn't have to take the airport's shuttle bus. Buffet breakfast was good with lots of room to sit. Hard to beat the value for the price we paid.

Staying at the Hyatt was a fairly good experience. The staff was extremely courteous and kind, and the room was very clean and nice. Really, my only complaint is that the bed (while comfortable) was very noisy! It creaked whenever you moved on it. Other than that though, the Hyatt was wonderful.

Our stay was really nice...the staff were all very kind and helpful and the room was terrific! My husband's favorite part was the great breakfast. We will definitely stay there again! It was a great value for the money!

So far I haven't had a bad experience with Hyatt. This is no different than the other ones. Great customer service and comfortable rooms.

The staff was quite odd. Additionally they held $40 on my credit card for three days after my stay! DISLIKE!!!!

Helpful staff, quick and easy check in and out, all amenities required, not really a lovely location and nothing nearby for evening entertainment, but close to the airport.

We were very please with the set up of the room and the furnishings. Having a refrigerator and sink was a plus. The shuttle was available for us to take us to our destinations allowing us to not drive and find parking. The shuttle returned to take us back to the hotel as planned. We will definitely stay here again and look for other Hyatt Place locations […] where we travel. It was a pleasant stay. Staff downstairs was very helpful. Mehr

This hotel is great for being very close to the airport. There is no shops around the hotel but they do offer a complimentary shuttle to two shopping malls. The shuttle also runs on time to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
