We stayed at the Fiesta Resort and it was such a nice And comfortable place to stay. The staff greeted us immediately, check in and out was quick and easy. Bed was amazingly confortable. The downstairs restauraunts food delicious,and the prices were very fair. I would definitely stay there again.

What a Gem and the Tortilla Soup has to be the best in the World!!!!

This is the perfect hotel to stay at for a Spring Training visit. It is so close to the Angels Stadium and has a shuttle that will drop you off and pick you up in the parking lot. It is also not too far from many of the other stadiums. When I check in after booking on Hotels.com I was told that they did not have a room available with 2 Queens like I […] had requested. The staff was very accomidating and put me in a room with a King and a pull out sofa. Also they included free buffett vouchers for all 3 people out first morning. The buffett was delicious. Mehr

I reserved a room with two queen beds. When I checked-in I was told the only room ready had one king bed and a pull out sofa. I could take that room or come back later as the rooms with two queen beds were being cleaned. I said I would come back later to get the room I reserved. I returned two hours later (about 4:30 pm) to check-in and was told that […] there were no rooms with two queen beds available. The hotel clerk could offer no explanation or even apologize. The hotel clerk was very rude. I will not stay at this hotel or recommend it to friends or family. Mehr

The staff at the hotel was very friendly, I really liked that they had a shuttle bus that takes you where you need to go locally and picks you up when you call. I wasn't impressed with the hotel overall because I picked the hotel based upon the pictures provided by the site, when arriving at the hotel there was no valet, no one helped me with my luggage. […] The pool doesn't look anything like the pictures. I was unsatisfied with the cleaning service for the room as they did not give us clean sheets just made the bed with the same sheets. The hotel was decent but I expected more based upon the pictures. Great location. Stayed in Phoenix for business and this hotel was perfect for my needs.

The hotel was nice, I just wish I had known it was set up like a motel - with exterior doors to rooms and no interior single entrance/lobby/hallways. As a I was traveling alone - it would have been a factor in my stay.

My husband and I were only in the area for one night. We wish we planned an extra day or two into our vacation since the accommodations were so great. Next time!

The hotel was generally family friendly. Nice size rooms and comfortable. We enjoyed really enjoyed the pool. The downside is that it is an older hotel so there is some aging issues. The maintaince staff was friendly but I noticed some cleanliness issues as well. Overall a nice hotel.

The hotel was really nice for my fiancé an I. We were out and about most of the day but it was nice to come back to a huge comfy king size bed and a nice hot tub. You can tell the hotel was a little old but all in all it was a great experience.

They had to send a maintenance person up 3 times to fix the toilet and the TV. Could not get it fixed so they moved us to another room. The new room none of the outlets worked and the closet door almost fell on me. was supposed to stay there 3 nights, but only stayed one. I booked this partly because of an amazing special non-refundable low price, expecting shabby. What a great surprise - a beautiful, well maintained low rise hotel and conference center, designed by a student of Frank Lloyd Wright, and built 35 years ago. The dining room food was mediocre, but my no doubt bottom of their line room was superb - great […] linens, fluffy duvet, great mattress, very clean ( a few nicks in the furniture that could have been stained so I'd never notice). The best was a large pool in a secluded large courtyard with palms and acacias, heated to about 90 degrees, in immaculate condition! What a deal! I'd go again for triple the price! Mehr

The location was good and the room was okay, but the hotel was a very noisy place to stay. Traffic noise, birthdays & weddings kept the hotel hopping. If you are not a light sleeper then you are fine with this type of hotel.

hotel is nice, you can tell it was older hotel that was nicly remodeled - but big problem for us was noise. Doors and walls do nothing to stop noise. Woke up every time someone walked by with suitecase, nocked on wall, talked, etc.. Won't stay there again.

Close to airport. Property is very dated. Our bedding was dirty and had to be moved to another room. Not impressed.

The hotel was very nice, with beautiful decor. The service was great. We were very happy and comfortable there.

bed was very comfortable, not enough outlets, toilet ran the whole night, bathroom ceiling needs some work. Just a few touch up here and there and this isn't a bad place at all.

It looks good on pictures, but the true is totally different. The hotel is old and not really comfort for my buiz trip. The price is ok but there are more better hotels in Phoenix. Just for me, I don't think I will book this hotel for my next business trip to Phoenix. Thanks for reading and have a nice trip.

I actually only stayed one short night at the Fiesta Resort Conference Center however I was impressed with the service of the shuttle pickup from the airport to the resort after 11 pm and back again to the airport at 5 am. I felt safe and I was completely comfortable in the room. Next time I am in Phoenix I hope to be able to have a longer stay there […] to enjoy more of the amenities. Mehr

We stayed there one night to be close to a local show at the Marquee Theater. We had the pool to Ourselves and the room was awesome! So relaxing! It was Perfect!

When I made the reservation it was clearly made for a King Room w/ a garden view. The only garden was a parking lot and the queen bed somehow turned into a queen bed. When I found this out, I went to the front desk and the clerk stated that all their online bookings were for double queens but she would be glad to *upgrade* me to a king bed because they […] weren't booked. I showed her my confirmation and asked where in the agreement she saw this. Obviously she was lying which I detest. If you make a mistake, own up to it. I stated if she wanted to upgrade I would be glad to have a room overlooking the pool. -Silence- The room was clean and comfortable. The shower left a little to be desired in such an upscale place. The shower head was something one might see in a school locker room. Some of the grout was missing between the tiles. At the desk is a convenient multi-plug for all ones accessories... to bad only one of the plugs actually worked. And to be warned, if you plug your phone in and turn the light off at the switch it turns the entire plug off. If they took a little more time to check on the little things I would have given this a higher rating after all, they call themselves a resort. Mehr

Stay was comfortable; however, the hotel was not a resort! The pool had ceramic tiles missing. The A/C did not work properly. Ice machine was not operational. Will not stay here again only as a last resort. The hotel was not a resort.

Within a week we stayed twice- going & coming back from a trip (airport). 1st room, the couch was so dated and no support. Used no ammenities,so no comment for that day. (it was the night of the Haboob 7/11). 2nd time, I had to move rooms, the ones (north?) were so hot, I even had the ac temp to 60. Took two showers to cool down, and faucet continued […] to drip. New room the coffee table was right next to side of bed and large couch was blocking ac- but temp. worked fine for the night- (loud fan). The pool (not their fault) was more than bath water, but the condition of the pool, crumbleing sides, Kooldeck was anything but cool- burned my feet. - No security entrance, free for all pool. Dinner was nice (sunday) quiet! Chicken was very dry in my caesar salad, if it had been moistier, the quantity was amazing along with the fresh loaf of bread. Staff was wonderful and accommodating (saw another couple move rooms because of heat) My price was worth the room (very cheap) but can't say I will stay there again, even with the 24hr airport transport accommodations. We really enjoyed our stay....wonderful pool for kids and great breakfast buffet!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All was clean & nice... great pool and grounds Breakfast buffer was hot and good... our both families had a pleasant outing...Thanks to all

Great shuttle service includes others areas besides just the airport. Spacious rooms, okay workout facility, great pool and hot tub, centrally located to 3 major freeways.

The hotel was in poor condition and very dated. Even the lobby looked like it had not had any work in 20 years. The toilet leaked and the furnishings were very beat up. This hotel needs a major renovation!

Stayed 5 nights for ASU graduation. Restaurant and Lounge were great but a little on the spendy side. Bathroom was dated, shower was a little strange. Biggest complaint was noise. Very noisy AC unit we had to turn off in order to sleep. Walls are thin so you hear when ever neighbors flush or take a shower. Overall a good stay and would probably stay […] there again Mehr

I only stayed there because I HAD to stay overnight to catch an earlier flight the next day. I chose it because it had a shuttle to the airport. The noisy air conditioning machine in the room did not help me have a good night sleep.

I came here in an emergency because I had just had one of the most awful hotel experiences at the Twin Palms. I felt relieved to see a nice, modern room, a beautiful pool area, professional, friendly staff, and for a good value. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. I had a sandwich by the pool and it was delicious.

I've stayed here 2+ years ago and liked it well enough to stay again. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and the pool is very nice. In fact, I stayed here specifically this time for the pool. The hotel has a lot of amenities - restaurant, room service, fridge/microwave in the room. And it's in a good location, although not really within walking distance […] of anything. But centrally located for getting around Phoenix. Only cons, which are really minor, are when I asked for a microwave, maintenance had to send one up. I'm not sure why they're not already in the rooms. Plus there are not enough plugs. In fact, a lamp had been unplugged and I had a hard time getting behind the bed to plug it back in. If you're looking for a hotel with enough to offer, that you don't have to leave the grounds, this is definitely a good choice! Mehr

Comfortable enough bed, but awful showers, tiny bathrooms, broken furniture, very noisey, and not a great part of town.

While an older resort, the property is updated and very clean. Service was great as well. The location was rather convenient too, not far off the 202 loop, making it easy to access all of Phoenix metro. If flying, it's very close to Skyharbor as well.
