We recently took our first trip to Atlanta over a holiday weekend. Our stay at the Residence Inn was not a pleasant one. At check in, the man at the front desk was very unfriendly. I had to ask his coworker for restaurant recommendations. In our room, the blankets our daughters used on the pullout bed had numerous cigarette burns. When I called housekeeping […] for a replacement, no one brought one. Also our shower head was pulled out of the wall and our bed sagged in the center so I was rolling into my husband most of the night. To top it off, on our last night the people above us were fighting at 4am; throwing things, yelling, and stomping around. We will not be back to this hotel! Mehr

i travel to Atlanta every couple of months and this hotel is the only place I stay. Excellent value and service. The front desk person Bakari greets me by name and all the staff is very pleasent.

We stayed here for the Chick Fil-A Bowl on New Year's Eve. The hotel is 5 minutes from a Marta station, which was great. Upon check-in (btw, we LOVE booking with Hotels.com--we have never had a problem upon check-in since using them), the room they assigned us had not been cleaned. I called the front desk, and within 5 minutes they brought the keys […] to another room up to us; we didn't have to go downstairs to get them. Kitchen had a full-size fridge and even a 2-burner stove. The bed was wonderful, with lots of pillows, and the bathroom was spotless. The hotel is in a corporate office park, so there's no noise from nearby businesses and no traffic noise at all. Restaurants and shopping are a short drive away. Mehr

A wonderful way to spend the Christmas Holidays in Atlanta with my family. I could not have enjoyed myself more if I had been in my own home. The entire staff was fantastic. I am planning another trip to Atlanta for my grandson's graduation in May and am planning to stay at the facility. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!!!

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was awesome, but if you are a family or more than one person I would not recommend you staying in this hotel. Me and 3 of my girl friends stayed here last Saturday. We were playing the Wii and got a complaint to turn the noise down and we did. Next issue, the security guard comes knocking on our door and says he […] heard us talking and we had to leave. Apparently, no noise means you are not allowed to talk, laugh, or do anything you are allowed to do in a hotel room. If you have children or there are more than one of you in the room that requires you to talk to each other, you do not want to stay here. Mehr

Great stay at a Hotel in a good location. The breakfast was great and different each day.

This hotel is not right in the middle of all the action in Buckhead, but that is why we felt so secure. It was very convenient to all the activity in Buckhead as well as downtown. The staff were very helpful.

We always enjoy our stay at Residence Inn @ Lenox Park because it is conveniently located to most of the major things we want to see, do and go to while staying in Atlanta.

Breakfast, free parking, pool, basketball court, separate sitting area, full kitchen, CLEAN, just far enough outside of Atlanta to make it comfortable. We stayed there to go to the World of Coke, an Atlanta Braves game, and the GA Aquarium. The Aquarium was so crowded that we left immediately. DO NOT go there on a weekend/holiday!! My husband and I love to visit Atlanta, and this is the first time we've stayed in this hotel. It was very clean, but the hotel seems rather old. The kitchen possessed a very late '80s look, and the art and furnishings seemed leftover from the early 90s. Again, it was very clean and we were quite comfortable. Tania at the Front Desk was caring, responsive and wonderful. She and the night auditor contacted a member of management on my behalf to solve a problem and take care of my needs as a customer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our room. My boys were excited to see how big the room was as compared to a regular size room of just a bed and a bathroom. We liked that we had a fully functional kitchen with everything we need. The hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood and very close to the interstate and the malls. This hotel is centrally located about 10 mins from downtown, in beautiful buckhead surrounded by shops restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. we could not have asked for a better hotel. This will be my hotel of choice when I visit Atlanta.

The hotel had a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning including waffles. Parking was free which is rare in the Atlanta Ga area. The hotel was smoke-free and security was provided for an extra measure of safety.

I just had a couple problems with our stay at the Residence Inn. Firstly, when we checked in, the worker seemed annoyed that he had to get up from the lounge area to check us in. Secondly, the walls and doors of this hotel are paper thin, and you can hear everything from the hall and they can hear you. We have a 2 year old and a 4 month old, so I felt […] like we may have been bothering other guests with their occasional outbursts. Lastly, the "full kitchen," was lacking an oven. We specifically chose this hotel because we wanted to have some meals in the room, so we wouldn't have to take the kids out constantly. I was disappointed that we didn't have an oven. On the bright side, the room was very clean and nice. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of cleaning each day. The breakfast buffet was very lovely, and the location was superb! Highly recommend this hotel. Always stay here whenever I go to Atlanta and it has not disappointed. Safe area, clean, good service, comfortable.
