I stayed at this hotel for four nights, and only had one major complaint about the towels not being very clean, they were very apologetic about the issue and resolved it immediately. It would have been nicer if the kitchen was bigger as it has been in other Extended Stay's I have visited, but other then that everything was fine and better than I had […] expected given the price. Hotel staff was awesome!! The room smelled old and look like a cheap remodel...paint in the tub coming off, bathroom sink rusting....very sad. Great for one night

We were not expecting much for the price, and that is what we got. Bathroom and dishes not very clean.

Very reasonable, well maintained, and very suitable for the business traveler on a budget. Only problem was the noise level with people outside until late.

The hotel staff was nice, although the room key did not open door, the desk clerk came to our room and opened the door for us. the room was spacious, but the carpet wasn't as clean as i would have liked. the grounds seemed well kept and safe. The neighborhood also seemed quiet and safe. The great price made the room well worth what I paid.

Not happy with service at all. Had reserved 2 rooms, arrived at 3, by almost 4pm one was ready the other not until close to 5pm. Girls at front desk seemed annoyed, kids behind counter constantly interrupting conversations of front desk help and customers, very chaotic.

This room was nasty. paint peeling on the ceiling, bathtub was dirty and felt like I was going to fall through the floor. Carpet felt damp and sticky. TV had lines through it and the fridge did not work and smelled really bad. I will never stey there again.

I needed an inexpensive place to stay for one night during a recent visit to the Lawrenceville area. I picked this hotel mostly for the price as I knw I would be arriving late and leaving early and needed a decent place to "lay my head". The peson who checked me in was very friendly and courteous. She called the room later to make sure everything was […] to my satisfaction - something the higher end hotels have never done. The only things I can say negatively ablut the hotel was that some on the clientile were blocking the stairwell and smoking (which I had to pass by), and the carpets in the room needed either cleaning or replacing. I got in there at 1:30 am, my room was taken away because I came late. They asked me to come to another one close by. It took me another 45 min to get to the other hotel. NO ROOM AVAILABLE. I got back to the resevered hotel. I cleaned up 1 bedroom instead of 2 bedroom. The room smelled terrible. I did sweep the room by myself twice. The manager did […] not really try to help me at all. I want my money back ASAP. I spent 4 days over there, the maid did not clean my room at all. I did ask them to clean and they promised to show up but they did not. Mehr

I really had a good time at the hotel. I was very suprised to see the set up of the hotel, it was very neat and comfortable for the price compare to any other expensive hotel. For the price I paid on Hotel.com, this hotel will become my option one hotel for any gateaway weekend.

I paid an extra fee for a third person to stay in the room and there were only 2 towels. When we asked for an extra towel we were told that we couldn't have one because we were checking out that morning.

Their staff is a great group to work with

I found the property to be reasonably quiet, clean and relatively low cost. The only negative is that I found it necessary to drive a little distance for restaurants. I am unlikely to use this particular motel again, simply because it is too distant from the people I visit in the Atlanta area.

I was planing stay in this hotel for a weekend and i just stayed one night. Nothing looks clean. Towels and sheets supposed to be "white" i don't know what color they were.... i couldn't sleep cause there was a noise comming fron the kitchen and i saw cockroach. I simply do not recommend this hotel due to the fact, that upon my check in, my room was in total disarray. The bed covers were filthy (human hairs and food debris). The bathroom was quite literally falling apart. The room in general smelled horrible. If you can afford something slightly more expensive then you would be better off doing that.

I use this hotel because it is close to work and on days that I know I'll be working 12 - 14 hours the 45 mile one way commute is just too much for me. Each time I have stayed there it has been clean, the staff was is always nice and I feel safe. For the price this was great deal. The rooms were clean and location was very convenient. My only complaint is with a leaking fridge.

This place was a huge disappointment. I was even charged extra for wi-fi. At check-in, I specifically asked for a non-smoking room, twice-only to get to the room and find an ashtray on the nightstand. this place is not very hospitable, and needs a lot of improvement. there was water all over the kitchenette floor and no light in the bathroom. the bedding smelled smoky even though it was a non-smoking room and the carpet was dirty. tried calling the front desk with no response.

Not the cleanest place. Smelled like smoke even though non smoking room was requested. trouble checking in as it was 2 minutes after office hours.

It's clean, very cl9ose to important highways.

After driving all day from Ohio I arrived at 10:45 to check in-just before the office closed for the night! I'm glad I didn't decide to get food before getting my hotel room. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable, and there weren't any pictures hanging on the walls. Housekeeping services are only provided once every 5 days stay and only on weekdays. […] The kitchen and minifridge were nice to have, but the light in the kitchen made an annoying buzzing noise when turned on. I also saw two tiny ants in the room, which didn't bother me but might if you don't like bugs in your hotel room. Overall the hotel was quiet and I saw police offers patrolling the grounds at night. Also, the hotel is tucked away from the road and you have to be looking for it to find it, so this help with security also. Overall, if you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay for a little while with a kitchen, this is a good place. Other than that it isn't recommended. Mehr

I like the convenience of having a kitchen in the room. It made my recent stay quite productive.

No shampoo in rooms, when asked we were told they were out. No hair dryer in room. When asked for one, we were "loaned one" for immediate return upon completion of its use. Bed was old, sweeky and HARD. The bathroom had mold on the walls and mildew in the shower. The ceilings were covered in water stains.

Upon arrival at the hotel, going into the office the door was actually opened for me by the desk help and he already knew my name. However, the first room we were given the light would not turn on in the bathroom and in the kitchenette area the refridgerator was apparently leaking and was not on and had towels all in it. After calling we were immediately […] put into another room so that was really nice, no questions were asked. The room was just much smaller than I had imagined especially deceiving by the websites pictures and the bathroom and kitchenette were small also. Room was clean however, bathroom too. From desk manager was very polite and helpful. Loved the area, felt like the quite country at night. Very easy in-out, for our stay. no problem. Looking forward to use them again.
