"Tired of the Internet booking excuse?"
Booked 2 double beds, but was told because booked online they didnt have record we booked 2 beds. No roll-away available. Room was not cleaned and made up despite being away all day and evening @ ND game. Wonderful, firm bed with choice of firm or soft pillows. Screened window so able to take advantage of evening cool breezes. Breakfast cinnamon rolls are the best! They advertise free cookies, but I never saw any. Cleaning staff does nice job keeping rooms tidy (and the bed and towels don't have that "we're-going-green" sort of dullness). "So friendly and helpful!"
The Holiday Inn Express staff were so very courteous, friendly and helpful. Anything we needed was provided immediately. The only problem we had was some very rude, loud, foul-mouthed, unruly neighbors in the room next to us that didn't allow us to sleep our first night, but that wasn't the hotel's fault! One of the reasons we booked this hotel was the indoor pool (very nice) AND the hot tub, only to learn that their hot tub is not working, Pretty disappointing to all of us. All of the staff and workers we talked with were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is always a plus when traveling with children.
