Hotel Nymphenburg City - München

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage - 2 verschiedene U-Bahn-Stationen sind gut zu Fuss in je 10 min. zu erreichen. Mich hat gestört, daß das Hotel an einer sehr lauten Strasse liegt und man nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen kann. Das Bad war nicht besonders sauber (Haare im Becken und Dusche). Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. […] Das Personal war teilweise sehr nett, teilweise sehr reserviert. Durchschnittliche Gesamterfahrung. Sehr netter Service und freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer ist etwas eng, aber ausreichend und sauber. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es Leise. Alle Ziele in München waren gut erreichbar (U-Bahn oder Bus, Zentrum Neuhausen / Rotkreuzplatz zu Fuß). Parken etwas entfernt (mit Glück 100m, wahrscheinlich ca. 1/2 km) in der Landshuter Allee ist kostenlos […] (aus Richtung Olympiazentrum). Alles wunderbar! Mehr

sehr nett - allerdings straßenseitig sehr laut - ich hatte Glück hofseitig zu liegen - um zu Fuß in die Altstadt zu gehen, zu weit entfernt - an Öffis gelegen

Hotel was close to the U Bann. Our room was facing onto the street so there was the noise from the street even though we were on the 4th floor. The rooms were small but clean. The decor is dated though and the room, though clean, needed a remodel to bring it into the 21st century. The noise! The hotel is very noisy, plumbing, talking, walking in the […] other rooms is very apparent. Staff were very helpful, well done! Breakfast was ample and tasty, well done! On our arrival the staff where helpful pointing out the best places to dine in the area. The next morning after a good breakfast we were provided with a map and directions to the sights of Munich. The Hotel is situated between two u Bahn stations within a easy ten min walk, also a couple of good places to eat /drink within 5 min of the Hotel. Our room […] faced the main road and the traffic started to get noisy quite early, this did not bother us too much as we were up around 7.30. (But could be a problem anyone requiring a lay in ) Munich has a very good transport system which makes it easy to get around the sights (Check out the Bayern ticket if you are in a group or plan to visit other parts of Bavaria. EVERYTHING was great, except that our room was towards the street, and the noise from the traffic was disturbing. We were told, rooms the other side of the house were smaller and quieter, so it's your choice.where you want to stay, and ask for what you want. The owner and his staff were there to please us. The owner had and gave us the inside scoop on the metro and the places to go. The help was 24/7! The included breakfast was excellent and plentyful. The neighborhood was a clean, busy but quiet upper middle class area. I would certainly go back to the same place.thanks to Hotels.com.

Very good value for money. Clean rooms, good choice of breakfast, only complaint - coffee was not as hot as it should be.

We came for Oktoberfest, and I come every year (mostly). I always know to book WELL IN ADVANCE for this time of year as the prices & availability become crazy! This year was no different, however, on arrival, I had book 2x twin rooms for four people. We we given 2x double rooms. Not until we contacted the booking agency did something happen that gave […] us the rooms that we had booked (months before hand). Other than this, the hotel is clean, staf are nice and it is close to the centre, a big plus for resonable priced accommodation. The hoetl staff were all friendly and it is very clean. The hotel has all the relevant amenities with good restaurants close by and is conveniently located for both business travelers and holiday makers in Munich. The rooms are clean and tidy and the staff pleasant and extremely helpful

Spent three nights at the hotel. Located about five minutes from the subway station. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within a couple minute walk. Breakfast was typical fare for German hotels. Shower was on the small side and the room didn't have air conditioning. Had to open the window for cool air. Unfortunately, the window opened up to a busy street […] and had to shut the window to sleep. Staff was friendly and spoke good english. Free internet on their computer in the lobby. We arrived at the hotel an hour early and were met with a slightly moody front desk person who appeared not to want to check us in earlier. When we asked for a city map, he said that the information is in the room (it was in the room but the guest services book did say to ask reception). We stayed four nights and did not have a repeat of this poor service, […] including the front desk person. Everyone else was very nice. The hotel provides a good breakfast, which we took advantage of. The rooms are very small but it was fine for our stay, as we were out most of the day. Our room was facing the street and it was at times a little noisy. The pipes also made sound when other guests turned on water. These inconveniences were probably noticed by us because we were tired at the end of the day, but the value for the hotel (because of free breakfast and location to a metro station) was still very good. The hotel is farther than it looks from The center of Munich and from the Oktoberfest grounds. It was about a 30 minute walk to the Thereweisen and would be about 45 minutes from the old city center. DOnt get me wrong I am a walker and dont mind the exercise. But keep this in mind if you are not up for a hike. There is a U bahn subway station about […] 10 minutes away though. The beds were not comfortable at all and our room was near the elevator which was extremely loud. It clanged and banged everytime someone called it and I was up due to this periodically throughout the night and at about 7am without fail. When I complained the man at the desk said in a highly unconcerned tone "well I dont know...I would have to hear it for myself". That was it, not even a "sorry". Hotel halls are dark and dreary. Wifi was free for me at many other much less expensive hotels in Europe. Here it is 2 Euro an hour or 8 Euro a day. Way too expensive. I felt as my staying there was an imposition. I would not stay there again, especially for the price. On the positive side I liked the soap in the bathroom. And there are a few grocery stores faily close by. Thats about it though. Mehr

Excellent location (5 mins to the underground) and 2 stops to the central station. Hotel is basic, but good value for money. Room does not have AC, but you can open the window.

Trevligt bemötande av samtlig personal, bra rum, lite trafik ljud dock då vi hade rum mot gatan, bra frukost, lite sämre att Wifi i är gratis, eller att internet dator och skrivare passerat bäst före datum.

Gav inte ett så bra uttryck på utsidan och rummet var ganska litet men hade det man behövde och var fräscht. Väldigt trevlig personal och internet var billigt och fungerade utmärkt. Ligger i en ganska mysig stadsdel med nära till det mesta som ligger centralt. Frukosten var ok. Rekommenderas varmt för den som inte sätter så hög prio på det estetisk […] a. Mehr

Me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel for one night in Munich. For being a three-star hotel, I would say that the standard is quite high. Nice bed, clean rooms and the staff was OK, we didn't encounter them much due to our short visit. The breakfast was also good for being a three star hotel, but i never found the milk in there(???). One thing that […] is nice with this hotel, is that they serve coffee and cookies for free starting after breakfast continuing until 6pm. The bar is also open quite late, until 3 am. Et fint hotel til prisen. Værelserne var ikke store men helt i orden - pæne og rene. Morgenmaden var ikke så spændende men igen ok til prisen. Største ulempe ved hotellet var, at det ligger lige ud til en meget trafikeret vej, hvilket larmer en del, når man bliver nødt til at have vinduet åbent om sommeren - spørg efter et værelse ud til baggården, […] hvis det er muligt. Hotellet ligger ca. 20 minutters gang fra centrum men i et dejligt og meget hyggeligt kvarter med alt, hvad man skal bruge; restauranter, indkøbsmuligheder m.m. Der er gode forbindelser med sporvogn og U-Bahn tæt på hotellet.. Der er kun 1 stop til centrum med U-Bahn. Personalet var der 24 timer i døgnet og var generelt søde og venlige. Mehr

Отель очень уютный с приветливым персоналом. Располагается относительно близко от метро (пешком 5-10 минут). Всего в двух остановуах метро от центра, т.е. все достопримечательности почти в шаговой доступности. Номера чистые, убираются каждый день. Все очень понравилось.

5 minutters U Bahn fra hovedbanegården til Rote Kreuz Platz. så få minutters gang. Venligt og dygtigt personale. Selv om det er en befærdet gade, høres der ikke meget støj om natten. Kan anbefales.
