Embassy Suites - International Drive South - Orlando

Let me tell you I am picky, and this hotel for the price you couldnt find a better Hotel like this in the states. I definately recommend it.

This is my favorite hotel out of all Embassy Suites. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff are so kind.

It was very convenient to Universal and Disney World. That is what we wanted.

Stayed two nights for a Disney World trip and loved it. Great location. Very clean, and I am picky. Didn't have the hotel smell at all. Very comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Plenty of hot water for the six of us. Very helpful staff. Gave us good local info and advice on Disney World and went over and above in helping us send some complicated lengthy […] business faxes. Our only complaint was we had the heat set as high as it would go and were cold; in fact our three-year-old up in the middle of the night cuz she was cold. So the next day we just turned off the heating/air and were just fine. It's like no matter what the setting, it blows out cold air. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for being part of a wonderful vacation. Mehr

Very friendly staff, especially to my little one. Certainly made her first Disney World visit less stressful for all of us. The continental breakfast was amazing. I am considering becoming a member to stay here more often.

Beds were very comfy and great breakfast for free!

The Hotel is nice. 99% of the employees are great hosts. The Concierge is supposedly run by an outside company and they were less than professionally capable. Stayed nine nights and enjoyed thorougly. The breakfast is really good! Missed the Manager's Reception on all evenings. Very convenient location surrounded by comforts.

We stayed at this Embassy for 6 evenings. The staff was excellent and the hotel spotless. The hotel was nice and quiet. Beds comfortable and of course enjoyed the evening Manager's Reception and full morning breakfast. Right across the street is a fantastic lounge called "Howl at the Moon". WHEN I STAYED AT THIS HOTEL IT WAS A RAINY WEEKEND IN THE LOBBY WATER WAS LEAKING IN THE ENTRANCE WAY THE HOTEL LOBBY WAS 69 DEGREES AND SO WAS MY ROOM THE THERMOSTAT WAS SET TO 75 DEGREES AND NEVER ROSE ABOVE 70. One word....excellent. A great hotel.Staff were amazing and nothing was a bother to them.Very convenient for local buses ...shopping and for eating out....would highly recommend.

We had no hot water on the first day. When we called the front desk they said other people called to complain and they will look into it. Had hot water the 2nd day, AC made the room moist. Hotel is in need of some repair

The hotel staff in general were very courteous, but the make to order staff could be a little more courteous, and so grumpy. The cleaning of the room was not so hot. I was also disappointed they do not have the complimentary shuttle they had advertised. They did however, gave us complimentary passes for the I-Ride Trolley.

Pleasant enough hotel. The Fishhooks restaurant is very unattractive. Rooms that overlook I4 are very noisy. Ask for a front-facing room. Okay - if it's at a bargain price.

The title says it all. By far the best staff in the I Drive area. Comfortable and clean rooms that I enjoyed for a night of relaxation after coming home from Afghanistan. I'll recommend this hotel to anyone who's looking to have a nice relaxed getaway with an extremely nice staff. P.S. Thanks for the Bud Light.

This hotel had a beautiful lobby - the rooms were not as grandiose as the lobby but were roomy and clean. Happy hour was very nice and the breakfast buffet was good. The line for the omelets was very long because they were cooked to order, but the food was good.

Kids pool was great for my 4 year old and 2 year old. Room was very clean, breakfast was delicious and staff was very courteous.

The first night in the hotel they put us in a room directly above the machinery for the elevator. Every time someone would use the elevator the room would shake and it was very loud! When we called down to the front desk they acted like they didn't know what we were talking about. This made me very mad! They did give us another room the next day, but […] we were annoyed that they even put us in the first room! In general the hotel was very nice. The breakfast was good, but very hard to find somewhere to sit. We never got to use either of the pools, but heard they are nice too. The hotel is in a good location, also. Only a couple minutes to seaworld and about 15 minutes to magic kingdom. I would stay here again, but be cautious of what room they put us in. Mehr

This is very close to Universal but it is also very noisy at night ( street not hotel). The hotel was clean and breakfast is included and that was pretty good as well. Staff was helpful and friendly.

We arrived early and no problems checking in early. Staff very pleasant. Quick to respond when we needed extra linen. I also made a mistake and booked a night earlier then needed. The hotel helped to shift my lodging quickly and at no additional cost.

The per night was $50 USD less expensive than the conference hotels. The room was nice. The half-mile walk to the conference center was enjoyable in the morning and relaxing in the evening. Restaurants were directly across the street or just a short walk. The staff were friendly and accomodating without being intrusive. The no-charge breakfast was good […] with plenty of selection. I am Ebassy Loyal, however this did not live up to the Embassy name. The room smell of mold and the bathroom needs TLC as well as the entire hotel. The parking lot was full and had to drive around the lot three times until someone left. Breakfast is usually a highlite in an Embassy Hotel... It was cold and unappealing. I did not however had a chance […] to order an omelet. With a little TLC it would be a better Hotel. Mehr

The Good - This is our first time with this Embassy Hotel. Check in was fast (within 5 mins). The Bell Man was very nice and friendly. Parking was free. Our room came with free Breakfast. We have been around Orlando area a lot. This hotel provided one of the best Breakfast around (Quality wise). Over all stay was very nice. The bad - The King bed was […] very very soft. Wish was a little firmer. When we walked into our room, my wife and i started sneezing. Our allergy started to kick in. We always check the room out first. The room was not as clean as we had hoped for. Head board had finger prints and dust. The AC was loud and it ran all night. In the shower, there was a little pipe that that drains the out the water from the A/C. Cold water was dripping from their while we took our shower. (Room 323) Mehr

Great hotel! We are season pass holders at sea world. Travel up there a lot from s fla. Breakfast is fabulous. Free drinks at night! Great location. Would do it again
