Günstige Lage für die Keys; Umgebung nicht einladend. Strand bietet sich nicht zum Baden an. Mini Pool. Karges Frühstück in karger Lobby.

Wir hatten das Hotel Bayside Inn als Zwischenstopp zur Durchreise nach Key West gebucht. Hierfür ist es perfekt geeignet. Es liegt fast unmittelbar am Highway. Einige Restaurants, Bank und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen und das Ufer mit recht netter Außenanlage und Pool ist direkt am Hotel gelegen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber […] und gepflegt. Das Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich. Alles in einem für ein 2 1/2 Sterne Hotel mehr als gut!!! Mehr

Bloß nicht buchen. Es ist überall dreckig. Die Einrichtung vom Sperrmüll. Der Pool ist ein Witz. Wir haben auf dem Absatz kehrt gemacht und uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht. Mal sehen, ob wir unser Geld wiederbekommen

Das Hotel hat seine besten Zeiten lange hinter sich. Die Bilder im Internet versprechen mehr, als gehalten wird. Kein Strand am Hotel. Kleine ungepflegte Poolanlage.

Hotel ist ganz ok, obwohl ich mir sicher bin das es Milben oder sonst Tiere in der Matratze hat.

Enjoyed the pool and waterfront beach area. Room was comfortable and clean. Close to very nice restaurant from which to watch the sunset.

the breakfast was lame

A little rustic. No hotel parking, just public "good luck"parking.

Ok where do i begin? the "private beach" was nothing but a bit of sand raked and an inlet that had seaweed and rocks at the bottom. not to mention all the garbage at the bottom of the ocean floor! you really did have to wear "water shoes". The phone i had was in disrepair, and when the "fix it guy" looked at it, he said "just a loose cord,just stand […] up when you use the phone". The breakfast had some limited fruit ( a few bananas, maybe 1 apple). The pool area was dirty, but people still swam in it. poor views, as only a few people could be on the only 2 decks out to sea. An ejoyable stay.

the room was small,kept bumping into the table.we were placed in a handicap room.not enough room in bathroom to do hair and makeup. outside pier was nice and seating on pier was adequate. did not use pool.

Was close to my dad's place in the keys & priced better than chain hotels.

Stopover hotel on our way to Key West. Seemed overpriced for its age. Great beds. Dead bolt didn't work. Nice front office people. )

One word would discribe this place- FILTHY!!!!!!

Nice stay. Nice view of the bay. The TV's are huge flat screens so that's nice even though if you are in the Keys you should be outdoors.

Dirty bathtub. Doors and trim needed washing or painting. Dirt around top of shower and baseboards. Ants in room and coming out of around shower plumbing when used. Bed linens and towels dingy. Tile floors uncomfortable due to humidity in room that air conditioner could not handle. Breakfast minimal.

Hotel was great. People were very nice. And the food at the surrounding next door restaurants was fantastic!

Not a 4 star but cozy. Best part of stay...Sushi Nami is 5 stars..ate there every night.

This hotel is convenient when you have to stop somewhere on the road to Key West, however there is not much to do in Key Largo.

Room had heavy chemical smell. Did not get much better after airing out. Ended up sleeping with towels over our noses. Left ASAP in the morning!!! Notified staff

Small beach area was nice. Hallway and walkways were filthy. Overhead light in stairs out. Rommel smelled of mold and had Black mold in air conditioner. Near a great restaurant called Sunset Grille.

We thought the room was overpriced. Tile floors which I understand would be easier with sand nearby however, with recent rain and humidity they were very slick and grainy. Continental breakfast was stale danish and cold coffee. Wouldn't stay there again.

Because the motel is right on the ocean, it had tile floors to avoid carpet damage. But, if you preferred the trade winds to the A/C, the humidity collected on the floor tiles, making walking very hazardous. Also, for some unfathomable reason, they thought that their guests would like pillow-top mattresses, and approximated that by stuffing 2"-thick […] feather pillows just under the mattresses protectors, which kept pulling loose all night long. By morning, not one corner of the bottom sheet was still attached to the mattress. They could have saved themselves the expense, and left the mattresses un-pillowed. Mehr

We used this hotel for a overnight stay as we were driving to Key West. Hotel was a good stop on our trip. Hotel provided a small breakfast, which was perfect as we were getting on the road and driving. We didn't use any of the amenities. Pool looked nice.

The pictures on the internet must be very old, no beach at all, pool very small and I'm sure in the bed lives animals..... we has the possibility to see 3 rooms. All where the same....much overpriced for that. We left the hotel and searched an other one, Even not for one night.

It is a very romantic hotel, beautiful sunsets and small beach and pool. It is a little old and I was not expecting much due to the reviews I read here, but all I can say is that it is very cozy and my husband and I enjoyed our time very much, I hope you do too. If you think about it the best reviews are from people who were on romantic trips.

Our overall experience with this hotel was fine. The price was pretty good. The front desk people were friendly. The hotel is close to (walking distance) good food and right on the water. We only rated this hotel a bit low due to the fact that there were very tiny sugar ants in our room and our air conditioner was rather noisy. We enjoyed our stay overall […] though. Mehr

Had a great time. Great staff and the Sushi restaurant, Sushi Nami, is fantastic.

There was mold in the shower, no conditioner, and the photos made it look much cleaner and nicer than it really is.

The room was nice enough. Kind of small but comfortable. The beds were way too small for two adults though. The location was good, the private beach was very tiny. The tropical view was a bit of a joke. There was no view at all really. Not bad for the price and would recommend it anyone.

this hotel was nice,the staff was great they took care off all our needs as if it were a 5 star hotel. When we called they were there with in 5 min. the rooms were small but who wants to stay in a room while on vacation? the amenities were fine. The only true issue would be their breakfast- it should state very little snack or something to the effect. […] The sunset here is absolutely something to see. We will be visiting again. Mehr

the pictures were misleading...the beach was nothing two concrete slabs with salt water and pea gravel for sand.

Hotel was ok but half of the outside lights(including those on the stairways and hallways) were burned out. This made walking to our room on the second story difficult. Staff stated that they would be fixed/replaced the next day. Not sure if they were or not as we checked out but for safety concerns, I did not feel comfortable staying there.

Front desk would not answer phone in late evening (11PM and on) - office was supposed to open at 7AM, representatives did not show up until 8:30AM. Even after these issues were raised, front desk staff showed no concern about customer needs. Rooms were nice and clean, and location was good, but I will never stay here ever again.
