war sehr zufrieden, das Zimmer war sauber, ein bisschen klein, aber schön. Im Zimmer war eine Kakalake , danach habe ich das Leitungsrohr mit Papier ausgestopft. Das war die einzige Möglichkeit ,von wo sie kommen konnte. Würde das Zimmer wieder buchen.

Das Hotel an sehr guter Lage hat Charme, ist aber etwas schmuddelig mit einem einfachen Service. Die Betten sind kleiner als der US Standard.

Hotel staff was great. Hotel it self is run down. Needed updating badly. Was very clean for as run down as it was. The beds were not comfortable, if you spent your day walking all over the French quarter. The pools were very small and needed to painted again. I loved the location and the history of St. Pierre, but in the end, I would not recommend nor go back without major changes. I get to my room and the Internet does not work and I was there on business and needed the Internet. They moved me to another room the next day and it worked for about 85 percent of the time. Besides the young lady that first […] greeted me, it seems that everyone else seems to have an attitude and excuses for everything at the hotel. I was not informed that I had to wait 45 minutes to an hour to get my car when I needed it. The grounds were nice but when they water the plants, they also watered the ground so traveling my suitcase was not fun. When I told the gentleman at the front desk he was making excuses talking about the automated water system. I saw the groundskeepers watering the plants and the ground and he was arguing with me. When I was leaving there is no one to help me with the bags and the front desk clerk did not offer. There was no one to get my car and I paid $40 a day for parking and when I finally had to get my car I had to go in and out in and out because they had park it so tight. I am NOT happy what so ever with this place in especially the service. There is no training or respect. I can tell that the people there are used to tourists and do not expect loyalty for people to come back. Feel free to contact me. Mehr

I wanted a place close to Bourbon St. because I do not like driving in large cities downtown. The location was good . Be prepared for the extra fee for parking. It's like paying for a room for your car. It is so sad that every popular place in this country will milk you of every dollar they can get.

The place was clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of Bourbon Street and many other French Quarter attractions. The bathroom was tiny and we were charged an unexpected parking fee, but other than that we enjoyed our stay! So make sure not to overlook fine print when assessing price of hotels in the area. Loved the courtyard garden/pool area; […] enjoyed our morning coffee outside! I was a bit let down that our room didn't have a balcony to the courtyard, photos of the hotel layout were misleading - it appeared that ALL rooms faced the courtyard. The first room had four maintenance issues, so they gave me an upgraded room that was much better but even the upgraded room had a few maintenance issues - ceiling fan was missing the glass globe, one night light was not working and the tv remote didn't work. The breakfast was pitiful for a quality hotel - donuts and orange juice, not even a full selection […] of cold cereal (no fruit, not quality pastries) and finally the parking - $32.95 a night for valet parking - but there was no valet on duty. OK location since the last few blocks appear seedy and a bit scary! At first glance, the hotel lacks general upkeep and is in transition since we soon learned it recently was sold and the new owner has big plans for the place - good luck. It started off a little weird. The man at the front desk was not having a good day and was not that friendly. The bell man was the most friendly. The pool was ok for our kids. The walls were very thin and our family was awaken at 3am by our neighbors who came in partying and shouting that went on for a while and we had to call the front desk. The hotel was nice. Fairly priced for the French quarter. My room had two douable beds. An entrance hall had a single bed. No fridge. Two unheated pools. The hotel was being renovated. The workers had hit a water pipe, broken it, and flooded the area with the phone system. There was no internet, no phone service out or to the front desk, and no fax […] service. People who booked through online sites had to wait 1-2 hours to check in, because the websites would not/could not fax the guests' room confirmations. I'd driven, so I parked, left my number with the front desk (Yeah, John. Very nice.), hit the Quarter, and had him call me when things were straightened out. The hotel had fairly expensive self-parking across the street. Parking is also available on the street or in parking lots. I go again-if the phone system was up. The hotel is an assortment of old buildings melded together with a jazz theme. Irated the hotel service and hotel mainteance badly for this visit, but am sure they're normally excellent. Mehr

we enjoyed our stay in New Orleans but like all they cations we do not like surprises when it comes to cost we were told me check 10 that we would be charged approximately 37 dollars a day for parking which we were not told about this a head of time besides the rooms being very tiny sleeping in a double bed quarters were very tight but the staff was […] friendly the continental breakfast was good and we did enjoy our stay there at St Pierre.... I loved this hotel. The room was small and the furniture was outdated but I did not go to New Orleans to sit in a room. The courtyards at the hotel were great, the staff was great, the price was cheap and the location was awesome. True the breakfast was horrible ( good coffee though), the bed was not a queen ( very comfortable though) and the amenities […] were not modern ( as with many historical buildings). I can't say enough great things about this hotel! The location is perfect - just far enough away from Bourbon St. to avoid the noise and crowds. The setting is beautiful with inner courtyards and 2 pools, and tables to eat your complimentary breakfast. Rooms have such ambiance with high ceilings and balconies. This is an old building so it is not very sound proof. The bed was very comfortable and the staff helpful. They upgraded us to another room so we could check in early and they called out cabs for us.

We stayed in the rooms across the street from the lobby. The temperature dropped overnight and the A/C unit would only produce cold air, and the room stayed quite cold. Not a lot of amenities. The valet left my hybrid vehicle's battery on and we had to get a jump the next day. Very basic rooms.

Room was very disappointing. Room cleaning came early n the morning. Had to ask for more towels, toilet paper, and shampoo, and still had to walk across the street to get toilet paper from the front desk. The front desk was extremely helpful and pointed out what sites to see, very knowledgeable. Everything was very clean in the room and main area. It was nice not to be on Bourbon Street due to the noise, so it was nice to come back to a quiet Hotel.

The phone didn't work. Wire for picture hanging used to hold curtain over the windon on the door, room was the size of a nice closet. was told king sized room was all that was left and I paid almost 500 $ for 2 nights, this is not a specific rate so I expect to see this on the sight as people have a right to know what they will be getting and dealing […] with and I got a bed that didn't seem as big as a double bed. Wiring haning off baseboard with open box for the tv and telepone. The continental Breakfast that was to be set up by 6:30 had 4 bagels and a pile of cold biscuits out by 7 , no cream cheese for bagels later a few donuts a couple of pasteries showed up and a sack of apples was laying on the table not set up on the bar . Usually a continental breakfast has several types of fruit in a serving bowl with several pastery types as well as hot biscuits and cream cheese and bagels. For the money i spend this was a horrible vacation as far as the place we stayed was concerned ! A couple of the men at the front dest were not especially nice , rude and not worried about my displeasure with thier hotel . 2 of them were nice and offered to get another room the next day but it never happened. My husband and I chose this hotel for our wedding night. We were on a budget and there were a lot of people in the city that weekend, so this was the most affordable option. Some other hotels' lowest priced rooms that weekend were 4 times as expensive as ours! Being one of the budget rooms, it was TINY! The bathroom sink was about the size of a phone […] book, and I could close the toilet lid, sit on it and wash my face in the sink with moderate comfort. The tub was quite roomy though. The uncomfortable, full size bed took up about half the room. I didn't see any AC, but on a mild night in April, breeze from outside and the ceiling fan were adequate. The best part was our little narrow balcony that was right above the three flags on the front of the hotel. It had the tall, skinny double doors that are so characteristic of the French Quarter. The building is very old and the hotel is well situated in the heart of the quarter. It is close enough to all the entertainment, but far away enough that the night noise cannot be heard. The lemon water and apples in the lobby were a nice thing to have late at night or on the way out of the door. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially in storing all our baggage in a locked room after we checked out so we could wander the area. In all, it was a great experience for our first time staying in the Quarter. We are thinking of booking this hotel again for our one year anniversary, but hopefully, a slightly larger room next time! Rooms were quite large but old and stuffy. A mini-fridge in some rooms but not in ours. Staff was very friendly. Parking was expensive and took a long time - but that can be expected in the French Quarter. Hotel was just a few blocks from Bourbon Street and Jackson Square in a fairly quiet neighborhood.

Clean, quiet and charming. Close enough to everything, yet far enough away from the noise. Missed having a hair dryer in the room, but had one in the trunk, so no problem for us. Patrick, the busperson, was fabulous and put this place over-the-top in our book. Would recommend this place and will come back again!

Adorable hotel complex with 2 beautiful pools (we weren't able to use them, too cold outside). Staff was friendly and helpful. Every room has the name of a different jazz legend on it, which was cute. The neighborhood and proximity to the heart of the french quarter was amazing!!! Never got the feeling I was walking through some sketchy part of town […] on the way back to the hotel at any hour. 1 block away from beautiful Armstrong park with some awesome statues of jazz/blues legends. Yes, the room was very tiny... only 1 mirror which was a little annoying when i wanted to do my makeup and my bf was using the bathroom. Walls are very thin, could hear the room below's tv which made it hard to sleep but we just turned up the fan... don't go here if you're high maintenance or need a guaranteed good night's rest, but then again its NOLA and you have to expect that you could be rooming next to party animals wherever you stay. Overall, loved this place and DEFINITELY would go back! Mehr

The staff were not friendly at all except the Bellman. Staff acted as though they were very unhappy to be there and not friendly at all. Don't expect "hugs and kisses", but a smile would be nice. I spoke to a couple of staff and they didn't even respond. Also, I can park in New York cheaper than there. Parking is way overpriced.

When I booked by room I looked at the reviews that the hotel had recieved. They were not good so I called the main desk and asked about the holes under the doors that sm animals could run under. They assured me that I was in a renevated room and that it would not be a problem. Also I was told of the free parking available [first come first serve] Upon […] arrival I when to my renivated room that sm rodants could run under the door. I when back to the desk and voiced my displeasure showing them the wonderful picture shown on the site that I booked my room from, I stated that I wanted that room. They told me that I could up grade for another 75.00. That room was no better. The room in the picture was a fake, the said that they don't furnish the picture for the web sites that also book rooms for them.. On the second day the sewer from the upstairs started to leak and drip down into our bathroom and run out into the bedroom area. When we contacted the front desk they said that they did'nt know what to do. We told them to go shut the water off up above duh. The free parking turned out to be 35.00 per day because they recently had new owners and they changed the policy. We parked there and waited over an hour to get our car which we could see sitting directly accros the street. I left early and my kids stayed, I would not recommend this place any enemy of mine. Very well located. We parked at a nearby parking garage instead of the hotel because it was cheaper, and you can walk or take a short cab ride to the tourist attractions from the hotel. The hotel is older, but in a charming, New Orleans way. Just be prepared for the rooms to be a bit smaller. The hotel was clean. Would stay again.

This hotel was lovely, well worth the money. The location is exceptional. I was upset that they said they had wifi and when I got in my room was told the wifi wasn't working until morning. Aside from that I was pleased with the comfort and help of the staff. The free continental breakfast was enough to start my day.
