Ich war ziemlich zufriedem mit dem Hotel. Man sollte nicht lärmempfindlich sein, da das Hotel im Grunde direkt am Expw liegt. (Dallas ist als Stadt an sich aber recht laut). Das Hotel serviert ein Full Breakfast, das den Namen auch verdient. Wer zwei-drei Tage in Dallas verbringt, sollte sich dieses Hotel näher ansehen. Service und Freundlichkeit waren ausgezeichnet. Die Umgebung ist eine mittlere- bis gehobene Wohngegend.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Flughafen und bietet neben einem Blick aufs Rollfeld (Fluglärm bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht hörbar) einen kostenlosen (Tips USA-typisch nicht inkludiert). Wir haben es als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit vor einem Weiterflug am Folgetag genutzt. Hierzu eignet es sich wirklich hervorragend.

Sehr großer und guter Frühstücksbereich mit allem was man zum Frühstück braucht nichts fehlt kann man ohne bedenken weiter empfehlen ...

Nettes Empfangspersonal, gute Versorgung mit Dallas-Stadtplan & Umgebungsplan. Die Zimmer total in Ordnung, Betten bequem. Allerdings war die Toilettenspülung zum Erschrecken laut - scheinbar auch die der anderen Zimmer, was man direkt mitbekam. Wände typisch amerikanisch dünn. Das Frühstück ebenfalls typisch amerikanisch, der "Nachfüllservice" etwas […] träge. Die Zahl der Tische war für die Größe des Hotels etwas knapp bemessen - im Zweifel musste man eben im Stehen essen oder warten. Pluspunkt: Direkt an einer "Schlemmermeile" gelegen, ein Restaurant neben dem anderen. Allerdings auch direkt in der Einflugschneise, wobei sich die Geräusche (kleinere Maschinen & scheinbar Nachtflugverbot) in Grenzen hielten. Mehr

"Missing refrigerator"
A good value for the price except for the shortage of refrigerators in the rooms with double beds. It is odd that only the king bed rooms or poolside rooms have refrigerators.

"Good Service and facilities"
Good Service and facilities. The young man that checked us in could not locate a vaket cart so he helped carry our verry heavy luggage to our room and made sure to be available for our checlk out in case we had the same situation. We had lugage from a 3 month stay over seas!

Well initially the hotel @ first appearance was nice; however while there we experienced no tv. I mean black screen only limited channels came in for a short petod, this problem led to no WiFi service. "OK for the money."
Convenient location. Standard hotel breakfast. Lots of restaurants in the area. Room was OK. Carpet, TV, and fixtures were good. Heater was noisy. Tub drained slowly. Overall good for the price.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The room was large with a small dressing area outside the large bathroom. It was soo nice for the price. The breakfast bar had a good variety and quality food.

The shuttle doesn't run on the weekends which was not stated in the write up and this is one of the reason I booked there. The toilet seat had pee stains of it.

Very nice hotel. Lobby was extremely nice, and the rooms were very clean and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel, as it was a good value for the price.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise in design. Nice open area for the breakfast and nice landscaped courtyard. The area the hotel is within is full of trees, so the overall location is pretty and a bit shaded from the sun, which in the past few weeks of over 100 degree temperatures, was a nice benefit. "Clean, good location but hard to get to..."
The room overall was clean, smelled clean, etc. The location was decent but being not from the Dallas area I found it a bit confusing getting there via their Toll Roads, etc. Other than that, it was a good stay (no micro or fridge but we weer told there was some available outside of room if needed).

I have stayed at this hotel several times for business travel. The rooms are very clean, the staff is wonderful and very willing to help with any requests you might need. I was pleased with all aspects of this hotel and highly recommed it for business or pleasure travel and the location is perfect. Very pet friendly.

The hotel location was ideal for shopping and access to neighboring site seeing, and not far from esxcellent restaurants.The staff were very helpful. The bathroom was dirty but the staff were extremely apologetic and quickly upgraded us to a better room. I would choose this hotel again.

Loved the hotel and location! We were thrilled with our room, and the lovely courtyard/pool area. Breakfast was good, and the lobby very attractive. The location is perfect for Dallas North Tollway access, and for any type of restaurant anyone could ever want. We loved it, and hope to be able to stay there again in the near future!!!
