Hotel location was excellent! The appetizers and breakfast was good! Overall experience was great!

Had a pleasant stay but hotel either needs major renovations or needs to be torn down and rebuilt to suit modern traveler (e.g. Green technology).

This hotel is great! A good deal and you get an all you can eat hot breakfast and all you can eat dinner including alcohol drinks. You can't beat this deal. The free food/drinks almost pays for the cost of the hotel. Pool and hot tub were great! If you visit San Antonio, stay at the Drury--San Antonio Airport. You will not be disappointed!!

THIS WAS OUR SECOND STAY AT THIS HOTEL. WE ENJOY EASY ACCESS TO 410, BREAKFAST AND 3 FREE ALCOHOL DRINKS DURING THE FREE KICK OFF AT 5:30PM. FAMILY FRIENDLY AND JUST REMODELED. ACCESS TO ROOMS THROUGH WALKWAY THROUGH COVERED FREE GARAGE PARKING. NICE ENJOYABLE POOL OUTSIDE WITH HOT TUB. YOU WONT REGRET THIS STAY.

Everyone was friendly and helpful even when we thought we booked a smoking king bed but hotels.com reserved us a nonsmoking king, the front desk staff went out of her way to get us a smoking suite. Location kind of hard to find. But the staff made up for it. Wonderful service, staff, loved the drinks and food.

Where to begin, from free breakfast and free dinner. The WiFi was smoking fast (12 down and 11 up, if you understand what I just said, you will love this hotel too). The layout of this huge hotel is very confusing. When walking in the back door, there is not a sign to tell you where the elevator is. Without the help of a fellow traveler, we would not have found our room. The front desk gave very unhelpful information about how to navigate around this place. great location to the airport - shuttle to anywhere in 1 mile radius (Northstar mall, Walmart, airport, etc). got upgraded to a suite my last night - (pretty nice). breakfast - standard fare. Hotel located in airport area. Close to lots of shopping! Loved all the extras! The breakfast was good. Snacks in the afternoon will easily replace dinner. The time frame could be a little better, but still a great deal. Will definitely be back!

arrived at hotel at 4 and our room was not ready til 5. The room that they first gave us, still had beds undone so they had to give us another room.

My daughter and I were just finishing up our vacation and wanted to spend our last night close to the airport. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfy. We're were right on the highway and it was a little bit of a pain driving around, but we managed. Would go back for a night stay, but not a long term vacation....

The rooms are a little bit too small. Complicated to go from your room to the dinning area

Nice breakfast and after work snacks. Room was nice, just a bit cramped in the bathroom area.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay kick back is a must! My best time was shopping everything was so close walking distance really.

Perfect for quick access to the Airport. Shuttle was there within minutes to and from the Airport. Suite layout was idea for our small family with an infant. Staff was helpful and courteous. The 5:30 kickback was a nice surprise. Hotel was going through some minor renovations but it didn't impact us on a weekend stay. This was our second time to stay there and both times it was great. The staff was very professional and very nice. The cleaning personal were understanding about giving me a couple extra bath towels. Thanks Thanks

I stayed there for one night and was outstanding. The hotel provides shuttle service tot he airport hotels and as directed, I called them from their coutesy phone and picked me up in about ten minutes. The pilots and flight attendents from my flight were also going to the hotel. I arrived and found that from 5:30pm to 7pm they offered food and drinks. […] I was given a ticket which allowed me three alcoholic drinks, couldnt believe it and had three glasses of wine and so much food that was more than enough for a dinner saving me money whereas I did not have to go out and purchase the meal. Next to the hotel is an Applebys but there was no need to go. The room was very nice, king bed was wondrful, huge flat TV. Wifi worked well which was important to me. They provided a full breakfast. I needed to book a hotel by the airport for my departure and booked another night here as I will be arriving at dinner time. I cannot say enough good about this hotel. There are no negatives, hae tried to think of something but there is nothing. Mehr

Been looking for a regular hotel to stay at when in San Antonio. Good location, free wi-fi, parking and breakfast are good extras.

The entrance is under construction so check in parking is tight. The happy hour is great! 3 free drinks and a complimentary snack bar per person with check in!!! You have to loop around if coming in on 410 West but the location is great with the airport, pappadeaux, and texas land and cattle close by. I've stayed here three times and will be back […] again! Great service - free wifi, free breakfast, free light dinner and drinks if you want it. Safety deposit boxes. Upgraded us without extra charge. A pleasant experience. We have been coming here for a couple of years, every 6 months.

No complaints I can think of. Staff was very friendly. Nice Pool! Kids loved it. Only recommendation would be to have a sofa sleeper. I liked the Televisions.

Other than it was convenient for our flight the following morning at 7:00 am, I've been in closets that were larger. The room was so small, there was not one extra inch of room. The bathroom was the smallest room I've been in and the only reason it was as big as it was, is the tub couldn't fit otherwise. If we were going to stay more than one night […] I would have demanded to be moved to another room. Setting us up in the parking lot would at least have not been as claustrophic as this 'dark man cave' was. The only reason I would recommend this hotel, is in hope that someone else would get bigger room than the one we had. Lots of room in the foyer and all the halls were nicely lit and walls were covered with paintings but something happened with the accomodation..... Mehr

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and since they permitted us to take the shuttle to the airport, we did not have to be concerned about parking out car at the airport when meeting out daughter. The staff were very helpful to we who are not familiar with the area.

The Drury is great in that you get 3 free drinks at Happy Hour along with a nacho bar and other snack foods and you get a free hot breakfast in the morning! Don't let the name fool you, the staff is very friendly here. The only thing is that fifth floor can smell like smoke because the 6th and 7th floors are the smoking floors. and you have to exit […] and do the loop around if you are coming from 410 West. Otherwise this hotel is a great place to stay for the price. Mehr

The Hotel it self has very good personel very friendly but the room it self have carpets that need to be washed and deodorized. The room we received was a non smoking room yet the room smelled just like strong cigar could not even sleep do to the smell. When I asked if I could switch rooms they were very kind and did switch us very quickly, even though […] the other room was a bit cleaner I would not let my child walk barefoot in those rooms. Mehr

We had a very nice stay. great location to airport and downtown about 15min drive to Lackland AFB very clean rooms .very helpful staff.

My kids and I really enjoyed our 5 night stay at this hotel. My 9 year old daughter even cried when we left. Breakfast was really good and kickback at 5:30 was exellent. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Housekeeping very honest, left valuable things in my room, and thats where I found them when we came back. Thanks Drury!!! For my stay!!

I have stayed at Drury Hotels before and as usual it was a plesant experiance. Staff was very helpful.

Drury had a good customer service and the employees at this location are the best and deserve much appreciation. Now for the bad part, the hotel is old and outdated. I was not pleased with the 1970's hotel room decour. The rug in the hotel rooms look worn out and outdated with stains at times. The free breakfast and kickback were pretty good. The only […] good thing about the hotel was the location, it was near most of our destinations in San Antonio and New Braunfels. I would not visit the hotel again until it updates its internal decour. For the same price the Hampton accross the street is a much better stay. Mehr

I was very impressed with this hotel chain...their afternoon reception was like having a meal in itself! I've stayed at other hotels where they offer beverages and "snack" items only so when I saw that they had actual food items such as chicken strips, baked potatoes, salad, nachos, hot dogs, etc! Great place to stay... we only had an overnight, and arrived late but very easy check in. The free perks at Drury Inns are great....free long distance, and the breakfast is super (especially when traveling with two hunger teenage boys!). Will surely look for other Drury Inn's as we travel again.

My husband and I took the kids to SA for vacation and we enjoyed this hotel. The breakfast could have been better, but the 5:30 kickback plus the alcoholic beverages for the adults was GREAT!. Will definitely stay again!
