Eines jener Unterkünfte, wo man absolut nicht Nächtigen möchte. Der ekelhafte Fußboden im Zimmer stinkt und man möchte die Schuhe gleich gar nicht ausziehen, das Bett war eine "Schaukel".

Alles in allem für 2 Nächte Ok. Die Travellodge in Homestead ist etwas besser. da sollte der Preis entscheiden.

Das Motel liegt in einer Art Gewerbegebiet neben anderen Motels, war gut zu finden und man hat nachts keinen Verkehrslärm gehört. Das Motel wirkt insgesamt recht einfach, aber das Zimmer war sauber (was uns wichtiger ist als Komfort). Es gab einen Kühlschrank. Der Airconditioner hat gut funktioniert, war jedoch recht laut. Morgens kann man sich an der […] Rezeption Kaffee/Toast/Müsli holen - es gibt dort auch zwei kleine Tische, die jedoch bei weitem nicht ausreichen. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis zufrieden und finden das Hotel gut geeignet für einen Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg in die Everglades. Mehr

Nicht besonders sauber, ein paar Tierchen an der Wand. Für eine Nacht aber vollkommen ok. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ok.

Ein sehr einfaches aber sauberes Motel. Die Lage ist gut geeignet für den Start auf die Keys bzw. Einen Besuch in den Everglades. Ein kleiner Pool ist vorhanden und morgens gibt es Kaffee und Toast oder Muffins im Rezeptionsbereich, ohne Sitzgelegenheit. Für meine Begriffe gut geeignet um nach einem langen Flug noch mit dem Mietwagen 30 min. zu fahren […] und sehr billig die erste Nacht zu verbringen. Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut. Mehr

Wir waren auf unserer Rundreise durch Florida eine Nacht in dem Motel da wir von Everglades City nicht bis nach Key West durchfahren wollten. Dieses Motel ist echt o.k, es ist sauber und ein typisches amerikanisches Motel, mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Fernseher usw.

Für eine Nacht okay als Durchgangsstation auf der Durchreise. Einfacher Motel-Standard, kleiner ungemütlicher Pool, reudiges Bad.

wer keine hohen Ansprüche stellt,ist in diesem Motel gut untergebracht.Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um von dort in die Everglades zu gelangen

I picked this hotel because its cheap and a good plce to stop before driving to Key West. It was clean, no bed bugs, and quiet and VERY close to Walmart! I was VERY satisfied and will stay here again.

I've stayed here many times over the years and the place is MUCH improved since the last time. I've never had a problem here with safety. Seems to be recently remodeled.

We were given a room which was clean, but the deadbolt was broken, the toilet door did not close properly because of a problem with the hinge and while there was a coffeee maker, the supplies were never replenished during our two night stay. Mornings found a breakfast area in the lobby with about seating for 3-4 people and with little in the way of […] food or drink left, even though we werer there an hour before the end of the posted breakfast time. We had reserved two rooms, one of the rooms noisy at night but the telephone did not work to complain

Older hotel, walls had been repainted in room and bathroom. It had a refrigerator and microwave. We found it to be convenient 'on the way'. The reason we chose this hotel is because we thought there was an entrance and seperate exit because we had a boat in tow. We found out that it was tight getting in , and had to really work at turning around and […] backing out to depart. We were locked out in the morning, apparently the battery died to the lock system to our room. Maintenance came within 15 minutes and they were nice and apologized for a lock system that gives them much trouble. All in all, we would stay there again, but not with the boat in tow. Mehr

Three guys rented the room as we were on a Bicycle tour and needed a cheap place to stay. It was well worth the money and the Hotel folks were very friendly. The room was clean with plenty of towels a fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. Now if my wife was writing this review she would not rate it as good as us 3 did but then that is to be expected. […] There was not much in the area but we were only there for one night and back on the road the next day however there was an Excellent Italian restaurant which was just down the road across the street which we walked to and had a Great meal, Good drinks and a fairly cheap bill so for us it was a GREAT deal and all 3 of us recommend this Hotel and feel it was much better than the two stars as stated in the review. Although as clean as it could be, had ants in the room coming from a crack in the wall and under the door. The toilet "whistled" all night-- had to turn off water to tank to get any sleep. Not ok for the price of the weekend.

Never stay here the room I got had a broken cieling and mold in the room. The room was filthy and the faucets were not working properly.

Good clean place to stay. Nothing fancy, just a quiet place to sleep.

The stay at the motel was great. My only issue was i had requested a king size bed and got two smaller beds instead.

I have stayed at budget hotels up and down the coast, from Maine to Florida. Normally, these types of hotels (Super 8, Motel 6, etc) are pretty dingy, sometimes dirty, and located in either very poor, or very strange neighborhoods. However, I continue to stay in these types of hotels because, well let's face it, they are the cheapest around. That being […] said, this hotel is GREAT for the price. Clean rooms: no weird smells, no mold, ceiling cracks. The pool even looks acceptable (I didn't swim in it, though) Decent neighborhood: no loud neighbors, or suspicious characters hanging around. Fantastic location: close to the Everglades, Biscayne, restaurants, Walmart, and a good stop before the push to the Keys. Overall, stay here if you want a really CHEAP place to stay in this area that isn't a rat hole. In fact, it's pretty nice. Mehr

We stayed here after arriving at Ft. Lauderdale in the evening on the way to Key West. We wanted to be past the city traffic in order to head down the Keys early the next day without fighting traffic. This was a good choice for that, close to Highway 1. The room was decent, good water pressure. Everything seemed clean but the carpet, which needs to […] be cleaned because it was icky. It met out needs for an overnight stay. Very disappointed in this property. I can not comment on condition of room, as we did not stay there, after we saw it. It is located In a questionable area and we were concerned with safety. The property has gates that are closed at night at the driveway. The gates appeared to have been bashed in. This property should NOT be rated 2*.

Free parking, and somesort of breakfast was good

Looked OK from the outside. The pillows were lumpy. Once i flushed the toilet, water started seeping out from in between the floor tiles of the bathroon. The "friendly" front desk clerk Regina didn't want to give me a different room and suggested i wrap a towel around it for the time being. There's probably a 6x6 area in the office area beyond the front […] desk where the complimentary "breakfast" was served. THIS HOTEL WAS SUPER CLEAN. STAFF IS FRIENDLY. WILL BE BACK.

I'm not used to fast service in miami but I was greated and checked in in less than 5 mins. I was amazed. The room was clean and bathroom was clean. When we booked the room it didn't even mention they have a mini fridge and microwave. That saved us a lot of $. If your on a budget this is a great place to lay your head!

This hotel is very clean. The bathrooms are spotless. The staff is super nice and friendly. It's a great place to stay. Oh by the way the pool is super clean and warm. I look forward to coming back.

Very buggy; guest laundry area is gross. Room was fine.

We stayed here in July 2011, i paid through hotels.com for 2 rroms but when i got there they had down that i'd only paid for 1, luckily i had my receipt with me so if you're staying here make sure you take all your documents. The room was clean and comfortable if a little outdated. We did find a small lizard in the room lying next to my husband on the […] bed but it didn't bother us and we caught it and removed it from the room. Free breakfast in the mornings is offerred even though it says on Hotels.com that you don't get it - cereal, muffins, pastries, toasts and jam, bagels, coffee, orange juice - all good. The location is very close to the everglades and we found we got bitten alot and the bites got swollen so make sure you take mostquito spray! All in all for the price we paid we were happy, the only thing we idn't like was that one night on the way back to the hotel there were hookers standing on the corner a bit furtehr up the street. We arrived about 01.00 and check in was still possible. Staff was very friendly and the rates are great!
