Comfort Inn Executive Park - Charlotte

Well maintained and clean in room and public areas. Air conditioning, bath, sink, lights, wifi all worked well. Good free breakfast with eggs, sausage, and waffles available. Good location for attending conference at convention center.

Toilet wouldn't flush properly - not fixed after complaining. Maid service was very poor. Day of check out was not informed that power was to be shut off for maintenance, so ended up showering in the dark. Definitely will not stay at this hotel again.

The room had a odor to it poor view out the window a dumpster packed full of over flowing trash. Bed uncomfortable. Poor pillows very little support

The bedspread had stains on it that should have been washed away. The toilet didn't flush well. The security light from the parking lot was bright in the room at night. I could hear another room's TV. The faucet at the sink was partially removed.

The staff is always super friendly and attentive at this Comfort Inn. There is a rather nice selection of breakfast foods and the dinging room is clean. I go to Charlotte every 8 weeks or so, and each time I stay at Comfort Inn, I have never been disappointed.

No upkeep, surraims were filthy, you can't open the door if you hang clothes. The sink counter is supports by unpainted plywood. With so Many nice hotels in the executive park, this should be the last choice. Breakfast was pre cook omlets wrapped in plastic on ice. I suppose you were to cook them In Microwave.

I stayed here because there were no rooms left at the hotel where I was attending a conference in the Southpark area. The people that stayed at the conference hotel said their rooms were overpriced and the service was not good. My room at the Comfort Inn was clean and quiet, and less than 10 minutes directly down the road. And I paid a lot less for […] the room. Comfort Inn was "you get what you pay for." Staff was very nice. Bed was very comfortable and room was very large and accomodating. Hot water took forever to get warm/hot. Fitness room was well equipped but drapes and equipment parts were broken. Thankfully it was only one night stay. I would recommend for just sleeping and short stays.

I paid hotels.com for a single room with King bed and pullout sofa for two adults and two children (11&13). What I received was a small room with King bed and a recliner. After going back to the counter and explaining this, I was provided a different room. I got to the second room and it was a King bed with a pullout sofa. But the mattress in the sofa […] was so messed up, it wasn't even functional. I decided to go to my car and dig out a blow up mattress to place on the floor. Then we discovered the room had no sheets, blankets, or pillows for the pullout sofa. We also found there were only two towels in the bath. Yet another trip to the front desk. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with more than two people in your party. HORRIBLE! Mehr

Pros- newer up to date comfort inn 32 flat screen TV, Refrig/microwave in room, comfy beds Cons- new people at checkin/checkout took too long, morning breakfast buffet on Saturday closed promptly at 930am. got there at 9am and stuff(scrambled eggs/ sausage) was out or low. We travel a lot on business and found the Comfort Inn to be Clean, Comfortable and Convenient. Good value for the money. We had a non-smoking room and were able to pay the pet fee and bring our dog too. The room was nicely appointed, lots of hot water for showers. There was a fridge, microwave and TV. We will go back and recommend it to others.

The room I was assigned had a strong pet odor. The staff moved me to another room - same scenario. Third time was the charm! Everything smelled fresh and clean.

I was staying at the comfort inn for just one night as my flight was cancelled that night. The entire staff was very niceand even the airport shuttle driver was courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean, smelled nice and had been warmed up for us which was nice since it was freezing cold outside. The complementary breakfast buffet was wonderful and […] we could order any style eggs which was wonderful (not the cheap cereal breakfast some motels offer as complimentary breakfast to look good on paper). The shuttle from the airport took more than an hour to arrive (airport was about 15 minutes away), although the driver was very friendly. Hotel staff did allow me to to check in early, but it would have been nice if Expedia had allowed for the jacuzzi room option--I would have taken it. The taxi cab referral they made charged me $30 for a 3-mile round […] trip ride because he got lost! Construction seemed to be going on, creating possible safety issues. Hotel staff were thorough about checking in to see if room needed cleaning--and nearly caught an eyeful of naked because I didn't hear their knock. the hotel was terrible.dusty, dark. moldy-smelling, ill-kept, unclean. rough towels, lumpy mattress, old 70's style carpeting,noisy, peeling paint over peeling paint, subpar breakfast .The computer for guests not blocked for adult sites and in full view of children.

If you plan on using the wireless, better move in the hall. I changed rooms from the secound to the first floor and the wireless was almost inpossible to see.
