Perfect place to stay, room was comfortable, free hot breakfast, short drive to Frankenmuth (10 minutes), easy location off I-75, around the Birch Run outlet mall, well worth the money A+. Special thanks to the front desk staff for suggesting Tony's restaurant for dinner. Anytime we return to the area, will book this hotel again.

"Worst room ever"
Our room shared the wall of the elevator, ice machine, vending machine, and near the stairwell and outdoor entrance. I have never been in a worse located room in a hotel. We slept horribly with all the constant noise. The hotel staff were not able to relocate us. There were people constantly running through the halls and making a racket which just added […] to our frustration. The hotel staff were ineffective in stopping this. When I voiced our concern that night and the next day, the net result was a $20 off coupon for that same hotel. No Thanks. Mehr

excellent service , very clean pool very warm and clean, excellent full breakfast.....
"Not worth it...."
My girlfriend and I arrived at 4pm. There was a couple in front of us. It took almost 10 minutes for them to get checked it. When we were finally assisted, we were told we could pay for the room but that we couldn't get our keys. We asked why and were told that they needed to check to see if the room was available. I stated that I thought checkin was […] 3pm and she told me "no, check in is at 4pm". I thne asked her what time it was and she stated "4:10". I asked why the room wasn't ready since it was after 4pm and she stated she didn't know. We were told to sit in the lobby and we waited about 15 more minutes before we were given keys to our room. When we finally got into the room, it had an order to it. The blow dryer didn't work, the water in the shower was at best warm....never got hot. Overall, just not satisfied as the price is extremely overpriced. I would not recommend this place unless you are desperate for a room. Mehr

"convenient and comfortable"
our stay was very comfortable. the staff was very accommodating, especially when we had family members all meet us at the hotel for a get together! would definitely recommend this hotel and will absolutely put it at the top of my list for an economical, yet comfortable, place to stay next time in in the area.

This hotel was good for the price, but not as nice as other Holiday Inns that I have stayed in. The fitness center had broken equipment and no sanitizer. The accessible shower got water all over the bathroom floor. Overall good for the price.

This Hotel is located a short distance from the Birch Run outlet mall, Tony's !-75 Restuarant(that was featured on Diners, Drive-in's and Dives-Try the BLT). This Hotel is located 10-15 minutes from the wonderful town of Frankenmuth , Michigan's Little Bravaria and the Worlds Largest Christmas Store Bronner's.
"Comfortable and Nice"
This was one of the nicer hotels we've stayed at recently. The beds were comfortable and clean, the pool area was nice, and everything seemed well taken care of. My only complaint was the hot tub. It was so hot that I couldn't even get in it.

"Great hotel to stay at"
Staff was extremely friendly. Hotel Pool was very warm for kids-excellent on a cold day. Walked across the street to restaurant (although i wouldn't recommend the restaurant across the street-cheap-but not very good.) Right off of the Expressway, easy to find. Shopping right across the street and movies next door. Bathroom corners need fixing.

Our family has stayed at this hotel the 1st or 2nd week end in January to celebrate the holidays with my wife's family for 10 to 15 yrs. The hotel staff always goes above & beyond what they should to make our stay memorable
"Excellent value"
We were very pleased with our stay. Location was great as we went to both Frankenmuth and Birch Run Outlet Mall. People were very pleasant and the breakfast was GREAT! We especially liked coming back to the motel and relaxing in the hot tub after walking and shopping. We will definitely be returning again next year.

Hotel provided good value for our family. Very affordable option. Complimentary breakfast bar was terrific and basically saved us $20 per day. The beds were very comfy and the room was very clean. the downside: the pool was dirty (all kinds of dirt on the pool floor) and the hot tub was even dirtier (nasty yellow ring). Also, it was VERY annoying thet […] there was no option for in room movies. We travelled with our 7 and 3 year olds and there was nothing appropriate to watch on cable at bed time. when we were leaving the room on Saturday morning, the woman cleaning rooms asked us if we were checking out or staying and she wanted to know if she needed to clean our room or just put clean towels, we did not feel this was appropriate.
