Gutes Hotel ,leider viele Geräusche aus anderen Zimmern sowie der Eismaschiene.Mindert etwas die Freude über den guten Optischen Eindruck des Hotels.

Ohne Auto nur sehr schwer an irgendeinen Touristspot zu gelangen. Rezeption bischen schwerfällig bei Fragen oder Informationen. Hotel aber super gepflegt, tolle Zimmer und tolle Hotelmarke.

Sauber und komfortabel. Allerdings etwas laute Zimmer. USD 16 für einen Parkplatz pro Nacht ist eindeutig zu viel!

Leider ist der Parkplatz für eine Nacht von 16 Dollar zu teuer

Aufgrund der Lage ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen. Seaworld ist allerdings in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar und so ist das Hotel ok für 1-2 Nächte um die Highlights von San Diego zu entdecken.

Love the hotel. Did not like that my room was on the same floor of a bunch of high school kids that were in town for a competition. Every morning they woke up around 8am and woke me up by running up and down the halls. Would have been nice for the hotel to ask if I was ok with being on the same floor. Hotel is very close to outdoor mall and great food […] places. Movie theater close by. Love the pool and hot tub. Mehr

The parking was kind of odd but other than that it was nice. Valet would have made it perfect :-)

overall satisfied with my experience.....the only thing that was not pleasant was that the front entrance way always had flies in the air and there was no place to pick up any food in the area....had to drive on the freeway to pick up food

got a room with adjoining room and you could hear people from the other room. overnight parking of $16 is unexpected since you're a guest in the hotel

Love the cookies the pool was great warm all the time

Bunk beds were the key reason we chose the property and our kids just loved having own room with bunk beds! Parking at $16 was high when they are free at all the other hotels around us including breakfast. Pool was heated and kids were allowed in jacuzzi. Front desk gave good recommendations and always gave kids an extra cookie! . Great central location […] and would return. Mehr

We've stayed on Hotel Circle previously and knew what to expect. Not the best location if you'd like to explore the area on foot. It's a good place to be if you don't want to stay in the city centre. It's less than 10/15 mins by car from the major attractions. The hotel was fine. We asked to be moved after a few hours as our room was close to a plant […] room area & the constant humming became intolerable. Whilst nothing could be done there and then, they switched rooms for us and moved all of our bags for us while we were out the next day. Service was great, no dithering about our request. I never feel that its appropriate to rate hotel service as outstanding, so I won't start here. However, Double Tree's staff were particularly efficient though. Mehr

I definately would recommend this hotel. Our room was very clean. The decor was up-to-date. The furniture and fixtures were in good condition. The room was spacious and it was great to have a fridge in the room. Great swimming pool and spa. Excellent customer service. The hotel is also centrally located. I totally enjoyed my stay.

It is so inconvenience without any hotel shuttle service

My stay was very nice and close to many attractions. My only concern, it was very close to the interstate and there is no view.

The hotel was nice, and room service was speedy. Had trouble getting cream for in-room coffee service. Exterior walls were virutally soundproof to freeway close by, but interior walls were thin. Could hear crying baby and movement in the next room.

the room was clean and the beds are AMAZING!! Only thing i sthat the food was HORRIBLE, dont even bother eating at the hotel.. other than that it was fine

Parking charge too high. Toilet overflowed and had to plunge it myself. Fridge did not work and was not repaired promptly No heat in room in March. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. It was a great deal with the bed and breakfast option added. Overall, ok, but hampton inn that I have stayed in before was better.

This hotel is a great place to stay. The rooms are nice and all have balcony's. They are all very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the plumbing needs some work. Both our sink and tub became clogged during our stay. Engineering admitted they had a problem but quickly fixed the issue. The pool and fire pit are a pleasant place to relax […] and use. Parking maybe an issue if your vehicle is over 6'0 since the parking garage clearance is low and only a few dozen uncovered spots are available. During our stay a wedding and a prom took place at the hotel's ball room and outdoor event tent. I am pleased to say even with all this activity occurring we were not disrupted in any way. Overall if your going to stay in hotel circle this would be in the top 3. Mehr

Stayed here for our Sea World trip. Lots of restaurants and a mall near by. Sea World was also a few miles away. We were upgraded to a suite that had bunk beds (which my son was excited about)! Had the breakfast buffet downstairs one morning and really enjoyed it. Pool looked nice but not warm enough outside to use it. We love staying at the double […] tree! Mehr

Stayed at the hotel for one night. We were satisfied with our stay. Hotel was clean, front desk was courteous, got our free cookies, and it was quiet. Would recommend staying here.

Overall the hotel was great but had a problem with the A/C. The worst part of the stay was eating at the on site restaurant.....food was pretty bad! A mall is just a few miles away and there are many choices of food places!

This was a lovely hotel in the Hotel area NE of San Diego. It's close to the airport and the local attractions we wanted to see (Sea World, the zoo, etc). Downtown is about 10 min, Old Town is 5 min, La Jolla is about 20 min (due to traffic). Overall, it was a good experience. The room was as advertised and we enjoyed the small balcolny, which was a […] surprise. There were 2 issues. First, the second day we were there the power went out in the morning around 7:30 and didn't come back on until after 5PM because the power company had to put in a new transformer. This was not due to a storm or anything else and it was only our hotel. Being on the 8th floor made it a long climb to our room. The next night, the hotel decided to resurface some tubs in the room below us and the smell of paint thinner came thru the air vents. We solved this by opening the sliding door onto the balcolny, although that let in traffic noise (the hotel is right off of I-8 in an area filled with other hotels. The hotel did comp us a night for the day the power was out as well as our parking charge for the other issue (at $16/day that was quite nice), so I do feel they take good care of their guests and I would stay there again. My only concern with the hotel was it's location. Unfortunately there was nothing that I could access from the hotel without having to drive to it. I did not like the location at all.

The Hotel was very nice. Service was excellent.

We were overall pleased with our stay. The only disappointing thing was the room service. The room service consisted of gentleman handing us a brown paper bag with our food in to go containers. It wasn't our idea of room service. For the extra $6 service charge, we could have easily walked down 2 flights of stairs to the restaurant. Everything else […] was great. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions on where to eat. They even printed out driving directions to each restaurant they suggested. We would definitely stay there again. The receptionist was kind enough to let us check in at a very early hour with no charge. My family appreciated this a lot because we came from a nine hour drive and were in desperate need of a room to rest.

We have stayed in many different hotels in the San Diego area, and this one was the best by far. Clean rooms, close to all attractions, great service, attentive staff. My only complaint would be a $16.00 parking fee. That seemed a bit expensive.

Hotel was clean, updated and staff was friendly. The beds were super comfortable. We loved our stay here!

Our stay at the Double Tree in SanDiego was very memorable. We enjoyed the amenities very much and the overall quality of the hotel. There was a rucus one night on our floor but it was dealt with very well
