Es ist alles vorhanden um einen unbeschwehrten Aufentalt zu haben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schönes Swimming Pool und ruhige Zimmer excl. einige die unmittelbar am Freeway liegen. Sonst ist vom Strassenlärm nichts zu hören.

gutes preiswertes Hotel, ohne Luxus aber sehr empfehlenswert

We stood at this hotel about 3 years ago with my family and it was really nice so decided to go back and stay again...was really run down this time and knid of ghetto. People sitting in the back parking lot drinking beer. Not a good family environment. Dont think i will going back.

Good location and area, close to Knotts and convenient to the freeways for Disneyland. Price was right. The room itself was fine, clean and fairly comfortable although a little small, especially the bathroom. Housekeeping was hit or miss ~ forgot to leave towels and supplies 2 of the 3 days. I opened the door n was very disappointed. It was dirty! Old n run down but the dirty is what had me crazy especially since I had my 7 and 5 year olds with me. There was hair in the sink and stuck to the side of the tub. The carpet was stained and the bedding was old old old...the curtin didn't close all the way and was ofcourse stained and dirty to […] match the rest of the room. The free breakfast was ok. The staff was friendly, especially the front desk lady Rachel & the breakfast was okay...didnt lik the bedding. Ours was dirty had to ask for new bedding and our toilet handle was broken and had to be fixed twice which was annoying

Other than the fact that the light in the bathroom was out, it was a great value. slept like a bear in the comfortable bed! Nice, clean, and cozy.

The fact that the hotel accept pets not convenient for us at all....We've found some leftover dog hair on the floor, in the carpet.....The hotel should have a special wing for those clients, .....Very old warm blanket that smell dog or cat.....I had to ask them to change one of my cover.....

Within walking distance to Knotts...

Customer Service was probably the only great thing that I think this hotel has to offer. They seem friendly to talk to and willing to accommodate your request. Other than that, the rest like the amenities (no fridge or microwave), which offer free internet access (no wifi), free parking, and compliment breakfast (just basic cereals, toasts, waffles, […] donuts, juices, milk & coffee - no eggs, sausages, or bacons), were just average. The floor carpet were not clean that I would not recommend you to take your shoes off while you're there. Mehr

My family and I stayed there for 2 nights. Lobby staff was friendly except didn't know operating hours for Knott's (right down the street). Location is perfect for walking to Knott's, and the dinner theatres that are even closer. VERY dissapointed the 2nd night when we got to the room after a full day at Knott;s to find out the maid skipped our room! […] Called the front desk, said maids had gone home, but was willing to give us another bedroom suite to use. Overall, for the value, awesome. Be careful about the rooms in the very back, where the freeway exit is. A little loud. Game Room was locked up, and the breakfast ran out by 8 am both days we were there. BK and Mickety D's right next door. Thank God! Definitely will stay again, but will make sure I make "friends" with housekeeping"! :) Mehr

I give the suite a good rating pros are good size and quite and comfort. Cons suite are far from pool and front desk the regular rooms are far to loud

We were very satisfied with this hotel. It was convenient and easy to find, near the freeway's to get to Disney and other destinations. The room itself was nicer than expected. Had a fridge and microwave that was extra helpful for we always had leftovers and extra drinks. Also the free the continental breakfast which was a plus, there was more than […] I anticipated as well. We needed to print out something, the internet and printing was complimentary. We were able to park our car right outside of our room which was another perk. We had a delightful stay, we actually liked this hotel better than the Holiday Inn we had to stay at on our last night. Th only one little complaint was the pillows, they were thin, other than that everything was perfect. Mehr

This hotel was a very good deal. It wasn't anything fancy but you really can't beat the price. The room was clean and there wasn't much noise. It worked well for our family of four. Free breakfast was good but no eggs or meat. Knott's Berry Farm is about a ten minute walk. We would stay here again.

this hotel is pretty ghetto. the sofa bed had bed mites or something; my husband was itchy all throughout the night. the sofa and the chair/ottoman were dirty-- you can tell by how black it looked. the queen size beds werent too bad, except one was too close to the window so i felt pretty cramped. i also asked for more housekeeping items; there was […] only one guy at the check in counter and he was handling 3 other people from a "check in window." i told him what i needed and he almost yelled in my face. the day time crew was much better though. overall, i would pay a little more extra for comfort and good service. i do not recommend this hotel. This was a perfect place to stay at if your going to Disneyland and your ona budget. Breakfast was decent... waffles, oatmeal, muffins, coffee and juice. Staff were nice.

Great location, close to everything, very nice turistic area and close to the freeways. 10 min away from Disneyland. I will definetely stay here next time I come down here. Felt very safe, family oriented.

We looked forward to our get deal we found online. Front desk clerk was nice, but nothing special. He didn't seem to be real thrilled about anything. We asked for a second floor room and got it, not realizing we would be sharing the floor with a bunch of loud people. The room was big and roomy. The carpet needs to be replaced. Lots of stains!!! Room was nice...just a few problems with noise within the gurest staying there. Outside sauna worked and the breakfast was complimentary and good. I would recommend this hotel and stay again. Hotel was close to everything and the price was very reasonable.

We had a good time at this hotel. Customer service was good and location of the hotel was very convinient.

Good location, it is close to the theme parks and to the a lot of places to eat.

this is the 2nd time we have stayed here as it is close to Knotts Berry Farm, The location is great as close to Knotts anda choices of places to eat. Will always stay here when traveling to Knotts

Outdated, old fashioned, provides bare necessities without any fluff but for the price, can't complain. I'd pay the same amount for the location alone but seriously, is it that difficult to get some working irons, tv remotes, lightbulbs, alarm clocks, and decent toilet paper? Anybody? Please?

Friendly staff, very responsive to requests for a plunger and additional towels. Carpets could stand a shampoo and we found a little girls sock under the mattress pad of the pull out sofa bed. Prices were reasonable, the place was quiet for being right next to the freeway. Lots of fast food choices and a Target near by. Half a mile from Knotts main […] gate, could hear the train and riders screaming from time to time. Met my expectations for a value hotel. Clean, quiet and good for sleep. Don't expect luxury but it is a good option to stay while you are in Disney Land trip. We use our car and go to Disney Land, we pay $15 for parking. We return at nearly midnight and immediately sleep. Breakfast is complimentary but not great. It is a good and cheap option if you go to see Disneyland.

Overall this was a very nice place to stay since I didn't spend much time in the room. My only real complaint was the lack of towels. For 3 people, we were only given 1 bath size towel. I had to keep asking for towels before we were finally able to get 3 on our last night there. I would recommend this hotel though because of it's convenience.

Close to disneyland. Knotts berry farm, a wax museum, medievil & prates dinner shows all within walking distance. Outback steakhouse & Burger King right across the street. Has a continental brkft and nice gift shop in the lobby. All staff very nice and helpful except for one I came across at night that was very rude to me. Overall nice place and I would […] stay again. Needed a quick hotel close to Disneyland. Yes it was close, but the hotel room needs a MAJOR upgrade, the room was big and spacious yet very very hold. Carpet had cigarrette burns in it. Everything was old. The beds were as hard as the floor, the bedding was old and the sheets were so old that they had holes in them and they were thin as a sheet of […] paper. Too many loud guests (if they even were guests) at outside sitting areas, talking, laughing and screaming way too loud for hours after 10:00 pm up until around 2-3 am; very disruptive and disrespectful to hotel guests in rooms right at those sitting areas trying to sleep. May not choose this hotel again for this reason.

We were happy with the hotel our room was clean, beds were comfy, and it was walking distance to medieval time, pirates dinner adventure, about 2 blocks from knotts, and many restaurants...The hotel even had a good free cont.breakfast. Just what we needed, nice to have free breakfast and the clean ppl were nice...Easy to find too! Just needed to have cleaner carpets, stained my socks on them from being dirty.

For the prize, this hotel is amazing. I would suggest bringing your own pillow, the ones provided were flat.

Great stay...very clean, nice staff.

I found the room to be very adequate for my needs, which was just an overnight stay in the local area so I didn't have to drive home. The room was clean and the staff was VERY nice. Bonus, this hotel has a whirlpool/spa, has coffee in room, and has a breakfast service included in the room price.

InnSuites front desk refused to cancel a same day 7PM reserversation 1 1/2 hour later at 8:30PM. According to their rules, all reservations should be cancelled by 5 PM, 24 hours in advance. The reservation was made on the same day after 5PM (the 24 hour in advance does not apply). I never had any problems with this hotel, especially for the price. You can't beat that. Nothing super fancy but they do have a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The bed is also clean and comfortable. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Right off the 91 freeway. Easy access and easy to get on the 91 or the I-5 if heading to Disneyland which is where we were heading. Close to all the Knotts Berry Farm sights, gas stations and restaurants. Target is nearby for forgotten toothbrushes.

The family executive suite was very spacious and comfortable. The continental breakfast was great as well. The walk on the way to our room had cigarette butts and tobacco scattered on it but everything else was great.
