Wow, pictures very accurate! Huge rooms, mini fridges standard, modern look, pool amazing, hot breakfast, bacon waffles ham. Overall 5*s

Great Place to stay, close to MOA, Clean comfy, quiet with a great continental breakfast, I'd recommend to others.

The staff needs an overhaul..The desk clerk was outside smoking when we arrived and made us wait 10mns till he finished, the manager/owner was not friendly. EVERY SINGLE coke machine on every floor was out of water. We had to goto Walmart across the street. The Breakfast was bland microwave food. The pool felt like swimming in ice water and the hot […] tub was overheated. The room was friggin HUGE! We had a non-smoking kingsize room that was bigger than studio apartments. The place was very quiet and clean and very close to Mall of America. We will stay again if the staff gets a personality and is friendlier. Very Clean and quiet! Mehr

I was very dissappointed when I found the dirty socks in the bedding in the sleeper sofa, it was late so we did not call room service, and they would not take anything off of our bill when checking out the next day.

Very nice hotel for price. Included a good breakfast buffet. Close to Mall of America and Waterpark of America - only a couple minute drive. Had complimentary shuttle to MOM. Have already recommended it to family members.

We stayed in a King Bed room it was a very large room with a sofa, chair, desk/chair and night stands on each side of bed and still had a lot of floor space. It had a nice belcony (weather was not cooperative to enjoy it but it was nice). Temp control in room was easy to keep comfortable. Room was clean. Good: room comfortable, conveninet to airport, light rail, mall, downtown. good breakfast, and Denny's onsight. Shuttle went out of their way to get me to convenient light rail stop. Lady in morning was delightful personality at checkout. BAD: night man was horrendous..... hung up on me two times when I was calling about the shuttle. AND worse than […] that was when I heard him say "that lady has issues" to a person (non employee) as the lady was walking up to the counter. I heard it and know she must have hear it and understood it too (even though she was not US citizen) It was embarassing to me and insulting to her! Absolutely uncalled for! Mehr

Pool area clean and well maintained, comfortable king size bed, nice continental breakfast, clean all around. Would stay in again.

I had stayed there with my three small children and it was great the staff was great and every nice and friendly to every one that came in...I would stay here again and every time I come to bloomington.....

We called ahead prior to our arrival to make sure that we could park the car there for free as it was advertised but when we got there the women said NO we do not allow that and the parking lot was full. We explained that we called ahead and she said that was not possible because she was working and would never say that. We ended up payin $57 additional […] dollars to leave the car there. We could have paid the same amount at a nicer hotel and left the car for free. I would never recommend this hotel...the front desk day staff was rude and unaccomdating! We will never stay here again! Rooms were clean, but the staff was slow and disrespectful. We thought we reserved a suite, but when we arrived the staff informed us that it's just part of name for their standard room. They walked away from the conversation before I fully understood. Later when I my daughter was ill, they stated they didn't have the key to the linen closet. Really??? […] I will not return. Mehr

Location is a few blocks from MOA, IKEA, across the street from Walmart and right off 494. We were in a King suite with a sofabed. Room was clean, had a coffee maker, an in-room safe, and a balcony (but no patio furniture). Breakfast included waffles, bacon, bagels, donuts, toast, yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs, cereal, juice, and coffee. Pool and […] hot tub were nice. Website said checkout was at noon but was actually 11 am. The only negative was that there is no frig or microwave in the room. I would stay there again! Mehr

We were very pleased with our room, Continental Breakfast and cleanliness of the motel. We also appreciated the shuttle service provided to the Mall of America since we did not have a car.

The improvements I would recommend are outlets for laptop/cell phone, etc. easily reachable from bedstand and desk. Also the pool is small and the fitness area has nothing very useful other than the treadmill. Overall a good experience, however.

We stayed here for one day only and Thank god my daughter and I wanted a place to swim and be close enough to go to the Mall of America. The Pool was absoulty freezing! The wall paper in our bathroom was falling off the wall the ceiling was pealing away from itself. The breakfast was the only highlight of the stay. Other than that the place was a d […] ump! Mehr

hotel was clean, continental breakfast was good, clerk was helpful, decent neighborhood, and within a few minutes drive to Mall of America and Veteran's Hospital. We will stay there again

The location was good and the free breakfast was very good. The hotel is reasonably priced for the condition. the condition is not bad but its not detailed/polished. the tub drain pop up was broken so it would not pop up. The doors were not correctly trimmed so the result was delamination. Over all though clean hotel and pleasant staff definitely made […] this a great and comfortable stay. Mehr

The location is excellent! It is close the airport and to the Mall of America--both were on our list of necessities for this trip. The continental breakfast was good, nice variety and options. Our only issue was door slamming from other guests late into the night. If folks don't catch the door as it closes, it is really loud. It kept us up the first […] night. I can't imagine someone hasn't figured out how to still have the door close behind someone and be quiet at the same time. I travel once a month and stay in hotels, I've not had this problem before. The overall room was fair. I was skeptical on the safety of my room because the balcony connected to 2 other balconies and the screen door looked as if someone had been attempting to break into the room. Also, the room smelled musty when I arrived. I was also disappointed when I found out that they do provide shuttle service to the airport at no cost, […] they charge you to leave your car. Super breakfast buffet! Enjoyed working out, exc ept the bike was not 100%. Great room, clean hotel, very pleasant staff. No complaints at all.

We weren't sure what to expect because we got it for such a great price! It was clean and comfortable, and the room was huge! The room smelled a bit like old smoke, but besides that it was fine! There was no microwave in the room, but the girl at the desk let my husband into the breakfast room to warm up our leftovers, and gave him a plate and napkin […] etc, so we thought that was nice! This was an excellent stay. The rooms were clean and kept-up. The exercise room was serviceable. The pool and hot tub both worked well and were clean. The warm continental breakfast was a nice touch (and free). Wifi worked seamlessly. Good location with a short 5 minute drive to the MOA. With the express way right there, you are minutes from any other […] major attractions. Walmart across the lot was an added touch as well as many other Meneties in the area. Mehr

Me and my boyfriend recently stayed at the hotel for a four day weekend. The room was great, the free breakfast was also very good and the hotel was very clean.

I really appreciated the wireless and breakfast included in the room rate. The only issue I had was the stirway door always closed with a bang. Since my room was next to the stairway it woke me up a couple of times as folks left the building.

We had 15 people staying here for the fall marathon. The hotel staff was great and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. It seemed like many of the rooms were occupied, but the place was still quiet. The beds are standard doubles in the two-bedded rooms, so you may want to remember that fact. Four plump pillows per bed and the bedding was immaculate. […] Bathroom was spotless, but tub did drain slowly. I mentioned that to maintenance so it is probably fixed now. No other room had problems with slow drains. We were all pleased. Mehr

We went to Minneapolis to go to the Renaissance Faire and do some shopping at Ikea. Location was great and the hotel was clean but the bed was uncomfortable and we could hear everything in the next room. Overall not a bad hotel but I doubt that we'll stay there again.

Great shuttle service to mall of america. Staff was friendly and rooms were great!! Took the shuttle to mall and then light rail to Twins Game. Great stay and would return!!

We were very disappointed in the fact that we were to have two queen beds and were given two full beds. The room 132 had DIRTY bed sheets but we were given clean sheets to MAKE our bed again. We were told we would be given an adjustment on the rooms {130 and 132}. Also, both rooms were to be given a wake up call and neither were called and we had to […] scurry to make our flight. Mehr
