Schönes kleines Foyer, man findet die Rezeption schnell. Freundlicher Empfang, das Einchecken ging fix. Unten im Restaurant bekommt man auch Frühstück, was in Australien aber fast nie im Zimmerpreis enthalten ist. Dafür ist es, wie auch hier, sauteuer, weswegen es ich es nicht genommen habe. Tipp: In ganz Sydney gibt es Frühstücksbars, wo man für einen […] Bruchteil lecker essen kann. Banana Bread, sage ich nur! Zum Zimmer: Größe okay, sauber war es auch. Ein starker Wermutstropfen waren die braunen Flecken in der Badewanne, die sich bei näherer Betrachtung als Brandlöcher von Zigaretten (im NR-Zimmer) entpuppten. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, aber warum müssen die Wannen aus Plastik sein? Ist aber ebenso in fast allen Hotels in Australien so. Der Harbour View war toll, man sieht direkt auf den Darling Harbour und das National Maritime Museum. Eine Schnellstraße vor dem Hotel ist durch die Schallschutzfenster nur wenig zu hören. Aber leider gilt auch hier: Andere Hotels gleicher Kategorie sind oft etwas laut. Das Bett war für meine Ansprüche völlig i.O., die Vorhänge haben das Zimmer sehr gut abgedunkelt. Vom Flur her habe ich keine Störgeräusche wahrgenommen. Im Zimmer war ein großer Flachbild-Fernseher, der leider - wie auch in anderen Hotels - nur recht wenige TV-Programme zeigt, und die oftmals noch verzerrt. Da es nur eine vereinfachte Fernbedienung gibt, kann der Gast das Seitenverhältnis nicht einstellen. Optimiert, d.h. richtig eingestellt ist es natürlich für die Pay-per-View Filme. Sonstige Einrichtung: Neben der Minibar gab es auch einen Steckdosenadapter, den man für eine unglaubliche Summe auch kaufen durfte. Weiterhin Teebereiter, Bügelbrett und -eisen, Safe, Fön. Gutes Preisleistungverhältnis. Die 3te Nacht ist gratis. Die Lage ist um alles zu sehen einfach perfekt.

Liegt sehr zentral direkt am Darling Harbour. Hatte ein Zimmer nach hinten, was wirklich preislich günstig war. Großes, schönes Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, hervorragender Service. Internet ist sehr teuer (12 AU$/h); es gibt allerdings in der Lobby 2 Computer, die umsonst genutzt werden können

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr umfangreiches Frühstücks Buffet. Sehr zentrale Lage. Waren 4 Nächte dort haben es sehr genossen. Mich hatte erst die Hauptstraße in Front des Hafens abgeschreckt, im gesammten Hotel merkt man aber nichts davon.

This hotel is outstanding by it's extremely high quality standards and service provided by all it's staff. Nothing was left wanting.

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton for 3 nights in january 2012. The room was nice and large but without much light. The staff was friendly and helpfull.

Overall was happy with Sheraton, had small issue with delay in getting baby cot then issue that they werent alound to supply bedding for the cot for health and safety regulations, which is fine if they had of advised us when we made the reservation. Couldnt supply cot bedding but could supply queen size blanket for cot which with the weight of it would […] be more danagerous. Requested this at 4.oo received at 10.20 what time do they think babies go to bed ! Also dont even consider room service was feeling like desert for lemon tart $17.00 plus $6.50 for delivery. Ridiculus..... $ 5.00 for can of coke from mini bar. Mehr

Im pretty satisfied with the stay, the room is clean n the bed was very comfy, except the location is not that convienient if u want to go to the city centre like Chinatown or the other side. I stayed on the city facing side n its not noisy too..Overall I would recommend this hotel!

This hotel is in a perfect place for a first time visitor to Sydney. Walking distance to everything and right at Darling Harbor which is fantastic. Clean rooms and courteous service. The restaurant manager went over and above great service by accommodating our family Christmas tradition of cracked crab! Even though we bought it at the fish market (a […] must see) the restaurant cleaned it and let us eat it at our own table at the pub! It was perfect!! Mehr

Our room was pleasant but nothing special. The staff was exceptional, offering useful help at every turn. Location is excellent, adjacent to Darling Harbor. Would stay again.

Booked a Deluxe Harbour View King room. Very disappointing after previously staying in a Harbour View suite for about the same price. The room was clean but a bit tired. Service efficient but lacking. For example, there were no slippers or bathrobes in the room on arrival - when we could work out who to call (the in house directory doesn't tell you) […] the missing articles were delivered quickly, but without acknowledgement of a mistake or an apology. The quilt cover was stained as was the sofa. Not good enough for a 4 star hotel charging 5+ star prices. Overall the hotel was ok, but definitely not value for money. Mehr

Me and my wife stayed at Four points by sheraton earlier january this year and a wonderful experience of the same. The hotel is beautiful and is located centrally to the darling harbour which is accesible walking (2-3 minutews walk). The view from the room is awesome. The breakfast was also excellent. The only flaw was that the bathroom was a bit ordinary […] and looked old. The hotel provides free internet access at its lobby 24*7. As a whole the stay was perfect. Mehr

Nice hotel, actually quite a bargain. Food is very expensive, but there are several places to get a breakfast. Weekday seafood buffet is a good deal. Room was comfortable service good, staff helpful, and it's in darling Harbor about 1.5 mile walk to Harbor Bridge, Opera House. Darling Harbor has lots of amenities.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was very easy. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included in room package and was very enjoyable. Hotel is in great location near Darling Harbour

Hotel Service is great and friendly staff. I like the central location of the hotel. The train stations, bus routes and Paddy's Market are within walking distance. Darling Harbour is a short walk across a bridge at the rear of the hotel.

excellent location close enough to the rocks to walk bach after dinner. staff very good being attentive and sincerel helpful. excellent breakfast. overall a very nice experience and would certainly book again and the rate was excellent.

The staff were fantastic and couldn't be more helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect and a short walking distance to main shopping areas and to Darling Harbour. We will certainly stay at this hotel again.

We chose Four Points by Sheraton for its proximity to Darling Harbour and were not disappointed. Fantastic watching the fireworks from the terrace after a delicious seafood buffet there. The Concierge suggested viewing the midnight fireworks at Bangaroo, a walk down the road, and was most helpful with directions. Wonderful view! Great hotel in a great location, tons to do within walking distance. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Room has a slightly musty smell but it was not overpowering, king bed was also 2 twins put together. Other than those two minor things-a great hotel.

This was great. Very close and convenient to the harbour.

I booked a Darling harbour view room for two nights as the base for a 'boys weekend' with my six year old son. What a view! My boy spent all his time in the room sitting on the window ledge watching, and insisted on sleeping on the window side of the room with the curtains open so he could fall asleep to the view. The room itself, room service, check-in, […] and all other aspects of the stay were excellent, and the staff welcoming and friendly. THe breakfast buffet is something to be seen, and the concierge staff were nothing but helpful, including supplying us with an umbrella for the day when it rained. Great location overloking te Aquarium and perfectly placed hotel for a family holiday type stay close to many of the amenities you'd be interested in, including a ferry and monorail station. Mehr

Dirty shower room. Mould on the tiles.

Stayed in City side room with view of car park nearby. Enjoyed room service breakfast as buffet breakfast a bit expensive. Seafood buffet dinner was good but didn't have as much selection as some other hotels I have stayed in, however there were lots of dessert choices.

Good hotel. Nice buffet breakfast. Quite new. Rooms were basic but modern interiors and very clean. Couldn't fault hotel and would stay there again, but at same time, wasn't amazing. Guess it was right on par for a four star hotel.

loved this hotel for bed comfort, excellent bath tub and the convenient location to everything. The seafood buffet on saturday was excellent and pricet reasonable. The buffet breakfast could be a bit better. Overall excellent hote.

great hotel,setting fantastic,staff very helpful during the quantas strike. only drawback was that we arrived very early in the morning on a long distance flight and we could not get checked into our rom for a couple of hours

The hotel was in a great location. Overall the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only concern was that for a 5 star rating hotel in my opinion, the rooms should have a shower cubicle not a shower/bath combination. And it certainly should not have a shower curtain. Bathroom was a bit too cramped for my style. As a personal preference, the only […] reason why i would hesitate on staying here again would be because of the bathroom facility. Thanks Mehr
