Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen, um die Stadt zu Fuss zu erkunden. Die U-Bahn ist aber auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer - alles wunderbar!

Die Mtiarbeiter im Hostel sind sehr nett und die Zimmer sind soweit auch okay. Die Bettwäsche schien sauber, wenn auch abgenutzt. Die Waschräume waren nicht immer geputzt, besonders die Böden in der Dusche waren oft gewöhnungsbedürftig. Alles in Allem kann man aber im Maze übernachten.

Nettes und sehr hilfsbereites Personal am Empfang. Zimmer etwas klein, aber ausreichend. Frühstück übersichtlich aber für ein paar Tage o.k. Vom Hotel aus alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen bzw. fahren die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe ab (Bus zum Bondi Beach, Bahn zum Flughafen). Die Gemeinschaftstoiletten und -duschen waren sauber und ausreichend vorhanden. Wer genau liest, was er bucht (Basicfrühstück, Gemeinschaftsbad) wird zufrieden sein.

"Nice, reasonably priced"
Our room was pleasant but nothing special. The staff was exceptional, offering useful help at every turn. Location is excellent, adjacent to Darling Harbor. Would stay again.
"Four Points Sydney"
Booked a Deluxe Harbour View King room. Very disappointing after previously staying in a Harbour View suite for about the same price. The room was clean but a bit tired. Service efficient but lacking. For example, there were no slippers or bathrobes in the room on arrival - when we could work out who to call (the in house directory doesn't tell you) […] the missing articles were delivered quickly, but without acknowledgement of a mistake or an apology. The quilt cover was stained as was the sofa. Not good enough for a 4 star hotel charging 5+ star prices. Overall the hotel was ok, but definitely not value for money. Mehr

"An apt Hotel at an apt location"
Me and my wife stayed at Four points by sheraton earlier january this year and a wonderful experience of the same. The hotel is beautiful and is located centrally to the darling harbour which is accesible walking (2-3 minutews walk). The view from the room is awesome. The breakfast was also excellent. The only flaw was that the bathroom was a bit ordinary […] and looked old. The hotel provides free internet access at its lobby 24*7. As a whole the stay was perfect. Mehr
"Sheraton 4 Points"
Nice hotel, actually quite a bargain. Food is very expensive, but there are several places to get a breakfast. Weekday seafood buffet is a good deal. Room was comfortable service good, staff helpful, and it's in darling Harbor about 1.5 mile walk to Harbor Bridge, Opera House. Darling Harbor has lots of amenities.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was very easy. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included in room package and was very enjoyable. Hotel is in great location near Darling Harbour
"Four Points"
Hotel Service is great and friendly staff. I like the central location of the hotel. The train stations, bus routes and Paddy's Market are within walking distance. Darling Harbour is a short walk across a bridge at the rear of the hotel.
excellent location close enough to the rocks to walk bach after dinner. staff very good being attentive and sincerel helpful. excellent breakfast. overall a very nice experience and would certainly book again and the rate was excellent.
The staff were fantastic and couldn't be more helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect and a short walking distance to main shopping areas and to Darling Harbour. We will certainly stay at this hotel again.
"New Year's Eve"
We chose Four Points by Sheraton for its proximity to Darling Harbour and were not disappointed. Fantastic watching the fireworks from the terrace after a delicious seafood buffet there. The Concierge suggested viewing the midnight fireworks at Bangaroo, a walk down the road, and was most helpful with directions. Wonderful view! "4 Points/Sheraton-Darling Harbor"
Great hotel in a great location, tons to do within walking distance. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Room has a slightly musty smell but it was not overpowering, king bed was also 2 twins put together. Other than those two minor things-a great hotel.
This was great. Very close and convenient to the harbour.

"Top Notch Hotel"
I booked a Darling harbour view room for two nights as the base for a 'boys weekend' with my six year old son. What a view! My boy spent all his time in the room sitting on the window ledge watching, and insisted on sleeping on the window side of the room with the curtains open so he could fall asleep to the view. The room itself, room service, check-in, […] and all other aspects of the stay were excellent, and the staff welcoming and friendly. THe breakfast buffet is something to be seen, and the concierge staff were nothing but helpful, including supplying us with an umbrella for the day when it rained. Great location overloking te Aquarium and perfectly placed hotel for a family holiday type stay close to many of the amenities you'd be interested in, including a ferry and monorail station. Mehr

Stayed in City side room with view of car park nearby. Enjoyed room service breakfast as buffet breakfast a bit expensive. Seafood buffet dinner was good but didn't have as much selection as some other hotels I have stayed in, however there were lots of dessert choices.

Good hotel. Nice buffet breakfast. Quite new. Rooms were basic but modern interiors and very clean. Couldn't fault hotel and would stay there again, but at same time, wasn't amazing. Guess it was right on par for a four star hotel.

loved this hotel for bed comfort, excellent bath tub and the convenient location to everything. The seafood buffet on saturday was excellent and pricet reasonable. The buffet breakfast could be a bit better. Overall excellent hote.
"sheraton darling harbour"
great hotel,setting fantastic,staff very helpful during the quantas strike. only drawback was that we arrived very early in the morning on a long distance flight and we could not get checked into our rom for a couple of hours

The hotel was in a great location. Overall the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only concern was that for a 5 star rating hotel in my opinion, the rooms should have a shower cubicle not a shower/bath combination. And it certainly should not have a shower curtain. "Four Points by Sheraton, Darling Harbour, Sydney"
Hotel is well located and generally good service and value for money. Not happy, however, that our room was not ready at check in time. We were told by staff that it would not be ready for 60 - 90 minutes after check in time. Not up to required standard for a hotel of this rating.

Hotel is very conveniently located for shopping. Bus and train station are just round the corner. Room had all essential amenities. It is fun to stay that is right in heart of Darling Harbor.

The location is excellent and the view overlooking Darling Harbour is fantastic day and night. It's just a minut walk to the monorail which very nice and clean. Great staff, customer service, and friendly hotel staff made us feel home. I recommend my family and friends. Great hotel equals great holiday, remembering rest of your life.

We were actually staying at the Four Points by Sheraton for our weddning anniversary and upon talking to the receptionist Ellie when I mentioned that is why we you staying she gave us a late check out and also had a bottle of wine and chocolate sent to the room, in which we were very impress. We look forward to stay there again :o).

loved this stay, would definately come back to this hotel. the room was fantastic, bathroom was abit small, but the bed was soo comfortable, had the best sleep ever waking up to the sun and harbour in the morning! great treat for a romantic getaway. couldnt find the bar but the staff was definately polite and well mannered. would definately recommend […] this hotel to anyone looking for a special night to remember ! :) Mehr

I was in the city for only 36 hours to attend an event at the Entertainment Centre. Everything was within a 15-20minute walk from the hotel, including the Entertainment Centre, Darling Harbor restaurants, Opera House, Star Casino, shopping areas.
