Everything was ok. The man in the front desk was so kind. Just one thing. They need to change the furniture. The furniture lost the color in some parts. The service was fine, the breakfast is ok, The hotel is clean. I will definitely stay again in this hotel. This is our 2nd time in this hotel and I like it. No noises, very comfortable hotel.

Ratty towels, holes in curtains, frayed bed linens, stains on walls, scratched up furniture. Locks on door barely functional- disturbing as a lone female traveler. Children loudly running in hallway all evening.

Very nice, clean and comfortable, restaurant on site and they sell wine at the front desk!

The lobby is clean and looks good but the room is something to be desired. The hair dryer almost started a fire, it wasn't exactly clean and the hotel should consider updating to better quality items. New beds, new and fresh linens, better comforters and bad appeal with all the patches on the walls. In a pinch its ok but not for an extended stay of […] over a night. Mehr

Hotel Days Inn Hillsborough where we spent this past New Year's Eve was somewhat disappointing.On entering the room I noticed a puddle of water on the dressing table, but more disappointing was that in the morning we found that the bath tub had gunk in it and refused to drain. We called the front desk who sent someone with a bottle of Draino. This was […] applied, and the water slowly drained leaving the gunk on the floor of the tub. We again contacted front desk and asked to use another bathroom but were told there was none available. My husband and I cleaned it with a towel and managed to take a shower. After going through all this, at 10:16 am we went to get breakfast and was told breakfast was over. We are good tippers, however we could not find a reason to leave one this time. Mehr

Aside from initial confusion upon my arrival (the hotel clerk made me call Hotels.com because he said he only had one room reserved, when he could have just asked me for the last name on the other room in my reservation), we were satisfied. Strong WiFi signal (free) and decent free breakfast, with a waffle iron, which is always a selling point. The hallway leading to my room was so stinky you make think you are going into a smoke house. I had to walk to the front desk to get a towel because nobody wanted to bring it to me. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked this hotel since this was a convenient location for some work in Somerville. I must say I found the business king room to be clean and comfortable, much to surprise of my low expectations from a Days Inn. There are restaurants conveniently nearby that worked for me. All in all, it worked out well.

Stayed here one night for Thanksgiving. Perfect for our needs, great price! Staying here again for Christmas for two nights.

I was lucky to find a room at this hotel considering the number of people in the state who were without power and taking up many of the hotel rooms in the 50 miles radius. My only gripe is that they have let people smoke in their rooms. Even though the second floor is smoke free, the smell permiates through the floors and walls and leaves a stench in […] the whole hotel. Every hotel needs to be smoke free and they need to try hard to get rid of the stench. Mehr

I was less than impressed with this hotel. The foyer was filthy with some kind of dirt all over the dirty carpet which is what people see as soon as they step into the door. Still, I remained hopeful that the stay might be OK. The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke, so at this point, I had a creepy feeling about the place, and started thinking that […] it might be one of those roadside, short-stay, sleezy joints. The desk clerk was pleasant. After checking in, and my husband loaded our bags onto the cart he informed us that the elevator didn't work. It was late at night and we were tired. I really wanted to just turn around and leave but we didn't know where to go. We were in town for a funeral. We had to carry our bags up to the second floor and although it looked a lot better than the first floor (at least the carpet looked clean), I was still smarting from my first impression. The room wasn't bad, but I could not get comfortable. The bathroom had sand-paper towels and moldy jets in a bathtub that I hated to step into to take a shower. In my head... I'm thinking 'you get what you pay for'. Needless to say, I couldn't wait to check out the next morning. Mehr

Hotel was okay. you get what u pay for the only hidden part Hotels.com forget to tell you about this hotel nor does it get described in the hotel accomidations is that they charge u a sur charge on ur credit card when u check in of 50 dallors for accident cases beforte hand. they only use that money if there has been accidents in the hotel made by […] u while ur stay there, but the trouble is that it takes like 1 week for them to refund it back after they finally realized okay this guest did not damage our hotel. so be carfeful about this hotel. they take 50$ for accidentral charge in check in and it takes about 1 week to get it bak to ur account. The motel appeared to be reasonably well maintained though there was a pervasive smell of cigarette smoke especially in the stairwells and, oddly enough, in my room, even thought it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The staff was courteous, polite and professional. Arriving at the hotel was a bit tricky as the signage coming south on 206 does […] not clearly indicate how to get to the motel property. The hotel was clean but the whole place smelled of stale cigarettes and I didn't even realize I booked a smoking room until I walked in but for the night was ok. I WILL KNOW FOR FUTURE REFERENCE TO CHECK and make sure for who I'm staying with

All in all you get what you pay for cheap rate = cheap hotel. Room was clean and breakfast was the bare minimum.The hotel was further then hotel.com stated.It said it was 30 min from Yardley Pa but was closer to 50 min. Bathroom cleanliness was poor, hair all in tub and all over shower. Beds fairly worn, not overly comfortable. Smoke odor in nonsmoming room. Breakfast was lackluster and not maintained, out of almost everything. Stayed here 5ish years ago when it was mostly new, went downhill quick

very nice ..just stayed overnight..nice and polite people ..the bar could have stayed open longer.....chuck

This was my second stay at this hotel. I even got the same room both times. Staff was courteous, breakfast was great, room was more than adequate. I really don't like the location of this hotel, but all in all, a great stay for the money.

Had a lovely evening.

Not a very good stay. Room reeked of cigar smoke, broken toilet seat, very little shower water pressure, outdoor pool was dirty with broken tiles laying about, and the only available food was take out from other eateries as the attached restaurant was closed. Would not recommend to anybody.

We had a nice stay, but the service from the front desk was poor. I was questioned when I asked for towels and told that we had already been given towels. We had a family of two adults and two children and a dog and was only given three towels to begin with. Unacceptable service from front desk attendants.

My stay in Hillsboro was excellent. The service was good and the rooms were clean. The neighborhood was not the cleanest and nicest I have seen, but was okay for our stay. I am sort of confused about the charges and room rates. When I checked out I was given a receipt for payment that I had already made by Visa to Hotels.com and the prices were different. […] I am waiting until I get my Visa statement to see if I have been charged twice, or if I have been charged the amount I was supposed to be charged. When I made the reservations, I was quoted a price and I accepted that price, but was told if there was a lesser charge i would be credited that amount. When I get my statement I will analyze it and call if necessary. Mehr

The hotel was one of the lowest price wise in the area which showed in its slightly run down condition. The hallways smelled like smoke, but the room did not. The front desk staff was very nice, breakfast area was clean. The walls though, are paper thin. Let me just say my neighbors next door had a 'wild' time till 3 am. No amount of banging on the […] wall had any effect AND you could hear them out in the hall. Top that all off with a really weird U turn you have to make to get to the hotel itself. it was as expected. i needed a clean/quiet place, nothing fancy, and this place provided that. it is not a 5star hotel, so it is not 5star in ambiance and features. it was clean and quiet - although the quiet was a function of low occupancy more than anything else. the breakfast station was pretty lame, with styrofoam cups and instant coffee -- but […] again - you get what you pay for. overall no complaints at all. I only stayed one night to be close to my son who lives nearby. The room was nice and quiet with a good tv and refrigerator. Breakfast was the same as most hotels and fit the bill. I would stay again.

Not a 5 star hotel, but fine for the price. No major complaints. I wasn't too thrilled about the traffic in the area, but it is what it is.

I hate being negative, but I was really disappointed in my stay at the hotel. The dressers and tables were scratched and beat up, the rugs were dirty and the sheets and comforter had "stains" on them. I had to pull towels from the bathroom to lay on the bed and pillow to feel comfortable enough to fall asleep. I also slept in my sweater because of my […] disgust of the sheets. I usually have a good experience when staying at a Day's Inn which is why I chose to stay there, however I may reconsider. Mehr

We were on a trip to NYC during New Year and could not find reasonably priced accommodation anywhere around NYC, so we resorted to this hotel, although it is about 45 miles away. But for the experience, it was well worth what we paid for. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, ample parking space, breakfast is ordinary, but couldn't expect more.
