Nice hotel. My only issue was the fact that the front desk phone was ALWAYS busy.

It was the worst hotel I ever stayed at and if I hadn't paid in advance I would have demanded a refund. The room was not clean to my standards at all when I walk in and see a big stain on the rug. My stay was pleasant and I do not have any complaints. I was surprised; however, that Quality Inn was actually a motel with exterior entry doors versus a low rise hotel. When I got to […] the hotel I immediately recognized the smaller scale of all common areas. The lobby, though it had 2 comfortable chairs to sit in, was tiny. I often like to sit in a hotel lobby in the morning just reading or watching the news. Connected to the lobby was the breakfast area. It featured only 6-8 tables. I was worried we wouldn't have a place to eat in the morning. The breakfast was adequate for a continental breakfast. It consisted of muffins, breads, cereals, juices, coffee and tea, make-your-own waffles, fresh fruit and yogurt. We were quite full and satisfied when we left. Our room was clean. The furniture was sturdy, functional, and modern. The very long sink vanity was a beautiful marble. Overall, I had a good stay at Quality. If you are fine with this type of accommodation, I would recommend it. I needed to be at the Sheraton for a competition so this hotel was quite far from there. If you need to be on that side of AC you might be better off booking a hotel on Black Horse Pike. If you want to be within close proximity to the marina, Quality Inn was a charming place. Mehr

I let the name make my decision and that was a mistake. The room was nasty. If I could have switched hotels def. would have. There were cobwebs in all the corners of the ceilings, stain on the sheets and bedspreads, the mirror even had something smeared on it. The bed was like concrete and the alarm clock didn't work. My husband and I asked for a non-smoking room and it smelled like smoke. There was a hair in the bath tub and on my bed which I was immediately disgusted and turned off.

OK for basic accommodations. Comfortable bed and nice TV with a good number of channels. Short drive to casinos. However, lots of minor annoyances. The tub and sink drains did not work, so no way to bathe or fill the basin with water. Insufficient racks or hooks for towels in the sink area. Black smudges or stains on 2 of the 4 pillowcases and 2 of […] the towels. Refrigerator broken so no way to control level of coldness. No safe in room. Chipped and stained tub. Toilet in room with no sink; awkward if you're a clean freak since you need to open door to get to sink to wash hands, etc. Bathroom was cold as though no heating duct and open to air, maybe through the vent? Free breakfast ended at 9:30, so you'd have to be an early riser to get that. Mehr

There was food in the air condition vents. Spots of blood in the bathroom. The whole room smelled of cat urine when you walked in! Not a place I personally would go back to but the rates are cheap.

The hotel was located about 8 miles from Atlantic City. It was not expensive and clean. The road situation was annoying because you had to go one way and take U turn exits to get back to the hotel.

Pluses were the simple continental breakfast , wifi, and firm beds. Minuses were proximity to main highway (noise) , ability to occasionally hear louder sounds from neighboring room, and a front door that actually didn't seal at the threshold, leaving a large airgap.

The staff at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful, that is the best thing I can say about my stay. I originally booked for two nights but checked out after one. I found sand under my daughters pillow, dead bug remains in the bathroom, walls and floor and a corn chip on the floor under the bed spread (we didn't have any corn chips in the room […] at all). In addition the furniture and bedding was outdated and the towels/linens were well beyond the standard hotel age. Overall it was fine , but the toilet was very loose and wobbled when you sat on it and the remote control fot the TV would not work properly and had to press very hard on the channel selector and would not accept number input at all.

The hotel stay was comfortable except that the room was smelly - it needed some ventilation. In expedia it said it was walking distance from boardwalk which is wrong it is more than 7miles away.

I booked the room online so just assumed a "Quality Inn" would be decent. The rooms were old and smelled musty. There was a mummified moth next to the microwave that obviously, if the room had been cleaned recently, would have been seen. It was a reasonable price and a safe location. The first motel, Empire Inn was just awful. But the Quality Inn took us right in with no problem. We were pleased. The staff was friendly. And I liked the fact they had surveillance cameras in the parking lot. I didn't have any pets with me, but they are rated the #1 pet friendly hotel.

The room had cobwebs on the ceiling. There were dog biscuits on the chair from previous guest that was never cleaned. The bed was hard and not comfortable at all. With all the other hotels in that area, I will not be staying at this one again.

This was probably the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The room looked very different than the pictures on the website. As soon as you walk in the room the smell of 30 year old hotel room hits you. There was a 1 inch gap below the door so the room was very humid, all night long. The place smelled like a "Wet dog. The carpet was damped, bathroom walls were stained, the wallpaper were peeling and the bathroom doorknob won't close all the way! This place sucks. The room we had was nasty, LARGE cobwebs over the sink, rust and grime in the tub, dingy sheets, pillowcases and towels. Holes in the sheets and musty blankets. Wall switchplates that were lose and falling off the wall, massive rip in the wall paper exposing plaster. Dusty carpets. A fridge that leaked, toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall, […] shower rod was hanging off the wall. We tried to report these things to the front desk clerk, he seemed uninterested, but wrote some of the items on a yellow post-it-note, which I'm pretty sure he threw in the garbage as soon as we left. The room was a it worn out. The pool was near the road but very clean and after a hot day in the car it was wonderful to go for swim. Breakfast was fare enough and there was plenty of food. A bravo for the manager who was vert helpful. The only very negative point is the awfully noisy road in front of the hotel also during the night

Good car distance from AC, maybe 15 minutes from Borgata. You pay for what you get, it's an ok hotel, nothing special nothing wrong. Free wi-fi is great and so is free breakfast.

The window curtains had dust from ancient Babylon. Ants had come out to visit while i was laying on the bed. The sheets were itchy and that was making us paranoid. Very disappointed with the condtion of our room.. Read the online comments before booking and felt comfortable making the reservation but I was disappointed with the room and staff! Room was run down and dirty. Did not want to ruin the trip by trying to find another hotel or room but will never again stay at a Quality Inn.. I know these are franchises […] but someone needs to do spot checks on places like this.. Comforters had holes in them and looked stained and dirty.. Floor was not swept and carpet was worn and stained throughout the entire room. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Had three people in the room and had only 2 small towel for showering, when I phone the front desk they told me I could come and get another towel. Saw the cleaning person outside my room and he refused to just give me a towel, I had to go to hotel lobby for a towel. Pay a little extra and stay elsewhere! Deluxe breakfast included waffle maker, OJ, Milk, muffins, coffee, toast, dry cereal in a very cramped area to eat. Continential breakfast but not deluxe by any means!!! Mehr

I stayed here on Aug 18th-19th & the room was awful. It smelled horrible, the bathroom smelled worse. The clerk at te desk stated that they were sold out so he couldn't switch the room all he could do was spray air freshner. When we got back to the room from AC we noticed the sheets were damped so my BF & I just slept with our clothes on & got out of […] there bright & early in the morning.
