Im Westen der Stadt, ideal gelegen zu oder von den Rockys kommend. Ideales Hotel, auch kurzer Weg nach Downtown.

The place was clean however the mattress was just too hard coil spring style . Not firm

The price is right, but a comfier bed and working AC would have appreciated.

On two separate days I asked the main receptionist for an early morning wake-up call at 6:15 am. No wake-up call was received. Also a bus was running its engine in the parking lot below my hotel room for almost an hour.

It was a comfortable hotel right next to the lrt (C-Train) that takes you everywhere. The only thing that was disappointing was that they had so many people there that for breakfast they ran out of everything super early because so many people showed up (some taking more than they should) and we didnt get breakfast even though we were there early. There were 2 elevators and only one works, the pool is very cold.

My stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites University was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and welcoming. The location is great if you are planning on visiting Calgary without a vehicle because it is right beside the C-Train which can connect you with basically all parts of the city.

We stayed in Comfort Inn for 3 nights in April 2012. Our rooms were average however we had 2 rooms booked and there were a few issues. Our tap leaked heavily when turned on fully and we had toilet plugging and slow sink drainage. The toilet issue was addressed but not fully resolved. The desk staff and breakfast lady were very friendly and helpful. […] continental breakfast was good with adequate selection and helped save on food costs. The pool and waterside were very clean with lots of natural light. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. Nothing fancy but it has great beds and is very affordable. Being a first time user of Hotels.com I was apprehensive about what kind of hotel choice I made. From check-in to check-out the stay was a good experience. The hotel was primarily chosen to be close to the Foothills Hospital. Calgary's C train was located directly across the street affording us the opportunity to use it to go the the Calgary Zoo. The […] 4th floor hotel room had a view of downtown Calgary. The staff were courteous and helpful. A draw-back was only one of the two elevators were working at the time of our stay. Friendly service.Dirty carpet and bed spreads ,bathroom fan hanging by the wires-small room.Need more waffle irons-long line up in small space.Price not great.Grand kids loved the pool slide.

everything was fine except the phone was broken and the cord came out when you picked up the reciever

Building was noisy. Not counting the fire department who were called to to free people from the elevator.

The pillows were so uncomfortable it was a good thing we had our own in the car. There was garbage under the bed and the bed wasn't all that comfortable either but we really liked the location and that was what kept us there the 2 nights.

My bed was comfy and I really liked the breakfast bar. My favourite part was the cereal tins and the make-your-own waffles. I was disappointed that the pool was being fixed when I was at your hotel with my parents. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time. My family and I have enjoyed our stay each time.

The waterslide was more fun than an adult should legally be allowed to have. Great time here.

Close drive to central Calgary. Stayed here before and found the front desk service very helpful and friendly. Clean room, comfortable bed, safe environment around the hotel. Close to LRT across the street. A little noisy when there is a floor above, but not unruly. I will definitely return. Price was right and very affordable.

Clean and helpful staff. There was a mix-up with the allocation of rooms soon on my arrival.

The cleanliness of the room was poor but at least the staff were friendly. The hot tub did not work properly. This hotel has gone downhill from past stays!

the best thing about this hotel is the location to transportation - the hotel needs a major update - the rooms are clean but cold - turning on the heating was extremely noisy - unable to sleep with the heating on

My hotel stay was decent. The room was clean, but the comforters on the beds as well as the beds themselves were a little outdated and not too comfortable. The hotel is not new, no fancy decaration, but it is clean, nice staffs, safe area, reasonable price ... if you are not those people stay there entire day, but just a nice place to sleep, it is clean and quiet!! Great value, why not!!

I felt that the hotel.ca rate for this room was high...regular rate must have been way over what it should have been for the simplicity of the room.

The hotel was nice and clean, the pool slide was great for the kids. The only down side was the selection of breakfast items. More healthier options, i.e. more fruit, yogurt, etc would have been nice.

The value of a suite rental just isn't there. The room was crowded. The furniture was frayed. The side chair and desk chair was uncomfortable. The bedding was not to Comfort Inn standard or experience. The air conditioner was loud and did not get into the setting room. The bathroom had black mold in the corner of the tub and wall. Hotel was well-appointed and close to light rail line and medical services. While posted and advertised as a non-smoking room, room 402 smelled of smoke and the front desk admitted that from time-to-time guests did smoke in the n/s rooms. We would only stay again after making sure the smoke smell was absent.

Stayed for 1 night. Overall my wife and I were very pleased with this hotel. Being in a less expensive category we thought it was a good value for the money. Room was clean and the King sized bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was very basic with coffee, toast, cereal, etc. There are a few restaurants within a 5 minute walk. for the price this is simply a place to sleep. Needs updating. Amada at the front desk was super kind and put me on the top floor corner unit. Very quiet. Breakfast chaotic and simply ok.

We paid for an upgraded 'suite' and the room was small and gross. All of the amenities including linens were old. There were spots of blood on the wall and the bedside lamp appeared to be splattered with pasta sauce.

Stayed here with my daughter while on a trip to Calgary. I was very pleased with the service and the accomodations! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Nice continental breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.

For the price of the Hotel room we were very pleased with everything. Front desk personnel were extremely friendly and helpful with recommending a good place for an evening meal.

Room was not ready when we arrived. Also there was noises, possibly water pipes that kept us all night. And also had too many people hanging out in the lobby at all hours

The hotel was clean and neat. The staff were great. The heater in the hotel was very loud when it click on and off. There were strange noise in the wall as if the pipes where creaking. The bed was good except the pillows where very small and hard to use.
