zwar ist das Hotel sicher schon älter, aber dennoch gut. Die Zimmer sind wirklich angenehm groß und vor allem sehr sauber. Es gibt eine kleine Bar, in der man auch etwas zu essen bekommt. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe eines Einkaufszentrums und Baltimore selber ist schnell erreicht.

Das Sleep Inn liegt relativ zentral, so dass der Hafen gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist, hat einen sehr guten Service und ist dabei sehr günstig, d.h. das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist klasse. Nur zu empfehlen.

Hotel nicht mehr ganz neu, aber OK! Liegt ausserhalb am Highway, Auto notwendig. Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit, mittelgrosse Zimmer mit Microfridge + guten Betten, laute Klimaanlage. Sauberkeit i.O. Gutes Frühstück! Supermarkt, Restaurant + Tankstelle auf dem Weg oder mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Nachteil: Pool war ohne Hinweis wg. Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen und somit nicht nutzbar!

Overall it was ok. I've stayed at another Ramada in IL booked thru hotels.com that was much nicer than this one; that experience is why I made this reservation. The carpet was peeling up, the table and one of the chairs were broken, and there was a large gap gap between the door and the door jam that made me scared for safety reasons. Although the breakfast was nothing to brag about, there was a coffee maker in the room if the cleaning person didn't forget to leave a replacement pack for the one used! They did always take away the soaps, shampoos and conditioners, which could have lasted us for the weekend. I felt this was extrravagant and wasteful. The beds were soo soft, we had to put mattress on floor to firm it up. Bathroom area was very small and very outdated. Can you believe the shower water was too HOT! Carpet was dingy and tattered. "Serious Upgrading Needed"
The bathroom and decor needs some serious upgrades. About the only two things that are new are the TV and AC unit. Other than that, I was very unhappy with the fact that the tub dripped all night, shower pressure left a lot to be desired and the bath had mildew/mold that was older than I am.

As my companion and I were walking to the office, we walked by the Double rooms, which were much nicer than the King room that we had. Our room had a microfridge, a nice surprise. The bedspread was stained, the blanket had a cigarette burn in a non-smoking room. Only three pillows for a King bed and they were of poor quality. The worst hotel that I have stayed in within the last 3 months.
"Not a happy stay"
For the first room, it took 3 trips back to the lobby because the key would not work. Was given a 2nd room....which took 2 trips back to the lobby before getting into the room. Cobwebs in the corner. Hard to regulate the a/c unit. My bath towel was very stained...smelled clean...but looked horrible. Will not stay again.

The first room they sent us too was already preoccupied, so we have to go back down with all our bags to see what was going on. I am just glad that me and my fiancee did not walk in on anyone, just a messed up bed

The fast food client pounding on the door the morning of the first night at 2:00 AM wasn't as unnerving as gun shots in the parking lot the evening of the second night at 11:00 PM.
The beds were too soft. The lights at the sink and bathroom took forever to turn on once you switched them on. I submitted a maintenace slip and their comment was we've told maintenance about this problem and they say the lights work fine. The carpet was dirty.

We were travelling in a group and booked 3 rooms in this hotel. Do not be fooled by the pictures on the websites.. All rooms were smelling bad.. The complimentary executive continental breakfast has only coffee/tea/corn flakes and donuts that are at least a day old. The bathrooms are really small. It was Preakness weekend and we arrived late on our first night. We were placed in a 'smoking' room with a jacuzzi that took up so much space we hardly had room to move. Booked it relying on the Ramada name. First mistake. The front desk person was rude and lacked any kind of personality. We obviously put him out by making him wait on us. The room was old, dingy and filthy. Second mistake was staying there. When we saw the dirty scummy room, we should have checked out right then. "Great Bargain"
I arrived quite late in the evening and the staff was very informative about sites and restaurants in the area and directions to my appointment the next morning. Like many motels around the country it shows its age if you look closely, but it is also clear that the owners are doing a good job of maintaining this older building. "DO NOT DISTURB SIGN UNCLEAR"
I received a non too welcome visit very early in the morning, after I had hang the sign DO NOT DISTURB in the door the night before, someone from maintenance came inside the bedroom and did not even knock in the door.. just to make sure I was going to stay 1 more day???.... that was very disrespecful, I can't Imagine if I was getting changed or something […] like that... I also found a tissue with blood laying on the floor close to the fridge.. YUCKSS!!!... I have stayed in other hotels from the same branch and never had any issues.. .. "Decent Cheap Hotel"
I have stayed with my family twice at this hotel. It;s location is easy on and off to Rt 83. Although carpets are not new, the room is cleaned adequately daily and restocked with towels, soaps, shampoo and coffee. Breakfast buffet is very basic basically some bagels, cereal, coffee and muffins. had to argue to get safe fixed,wanted to extend extra day, was told room not available even though it wasn't booked with the reply "none of your business" they'll get none of my business, ever again.

"15 minutes to Inner harbor, much less expensive!"
We usually stay downtown but it was all booked.. found the Ramada...15 minutes to downtown, free parking, and very continental breakfast. Lots of restaurants/stores within walking distance. Will definitely use this hotel again!
"Will never stay there again!!"
The room smells bad, fire alarm went off for no reason and power went out in 1 afternoon. Management was called, after he came to the room and was told what's going on, his response is "that's it?", and he did nothing!!!! I would give this place -2 stars if I can!!!! Stay at ur own risk!

Room and bed were very comfortable, although there was an odd smell that was soon ignored. The phone was not on the nightstand next to the bed, but across the room. The coffee maker was on the left side of the sink and had to be moved to the right side every time one wanted to make coffee. The pool did not open until noon, not very convenient for those […] of us used to swimming in the morning and who had to be out and about until 11 p.m.. A/C was the typical noisy hotel style.
