Overall very pleased and surprised. Plan to stay there next time in Indy.Clerk was friendly and very helpful. Although hair dryer was not in room, it was available at front desk and worked. Appreciated king size bed, clean room, hot water, soap/shampoo, etc. All for a very reasonable price!

Guests were nice and staff was also great

I was very impressed on the cleanliness and space my room had for the price I paid! I highly recommend this hotel and I will be staying there again on my next overnight in Indy!

I was happy with the customer service of the girl who checked us in. She was extremely helpful and pleasant. The next day, on a Tuesday, there was an older lady working behind the desk who needs to learn how to smile if she is going to be in customer service. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this motel was. My room had updated fixtures and the check in clerks were very friendly. Ideal location just off the highway. Lots of restaurants in the area and a few clothing stores. I will stay here again!

liked the hotel clean and the hotel staff was great.My daughter left her ear rings in the room and they called us to let us know they had them at the front desk for us to pick up on the way home.will stay hear again next year.

Good inexpensive place to stay clean and well maintained. As a long time road warrior you stay at a hotel/motel for two things hot shower and sleep. The only thing I would like to have change at this hotel is a better bed/mattress. That is why if the company is paying for my stay I move up to a better bed a three star hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. Easy access to the interstate.

Stayed for business trip. All other hotels/motels were much more expensive and further away then meeting location. Great customer service. Great price. Great room. No complaints. I stay an average of 275 days a year in hotels/motels and have experienced some of the worst. This place is ok in my book.

the only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars across the board was that i heard doors slamming REPEATEDLY starting around 7am. i think it was coming from a cleaning supply closet or something, it woke me up much earlier than i had planned and kept me up. aside from that, very clean, polite, and i felt safe.

We booked two rooms, and had a very late arrival. At 3:00 in the morning, after driving for hours, the last thing we wanted was for the front desk to mess up our door keys. We had to walk back to the office, in the rain, to get them fixed. Then, our second room key still did not work- because the room was already occupied. Needless to say, the occupants […] were very upset with the sound of someone trying to get into their room at 3:00AM! No apologies from the front desk, no offers to make it right. The front desk clerk was amazingly friendly. She went above and beyond to print out something for me. The only complaint I have, is the room was classified as a non smoking room, but it sure didn't smell like it. There was a very distinct smell of cigarettes and I am NON smoker. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The room was clean and had been recently remodeled. The gentleman at the desk (3rd shift) was fabulous.

Great value for the money, will stay here again. Could use some updating, but nothing serious.

The room was nice and clean, however, the bed was very uncomfortable. Couldn't sleep well and woke up with a backache. However, it was it was in our price range for the weekend.

Hotel is to close to I-465, if YOU get a room on the north side, good luck sleeping, 24/7 traffic. Close to many places to EAT. The first room I was booked in, was NOT cleaned, but they were working on it, this was at 6:00 p.m. at night? I was looking for a stay that was affordable and this hotel delivered a good price and a decent stay. It was right off of Interstate 465 which made it convenient for travel. The room was clean and the only complaint I would have is that there was no iron or blow dryer.

Hotel wasasexpected. It was clean and comfortable. Nothing very special. Nice for just staying the night.

Having stayed at other Red Roof Inns, I come to expect a certain level of quality. Basically a clean comfortable bed and working utilities. The bed was great, however the hot water was not working. Of course, I didn't notice until I tried to take a shower the next morning. After reporting this to the front desk, they simply told me to let the water […] run for 10 minutes because the boiler had gone out a few days ago. Typically I would have expected to pay much more for this room. I was very happy with the room and would stay there again if I were needing a room in that area.

I was surprised at being locked out of check-in when I arrived, but there was a sign saying "back in 10 minutes" and it was more than 10 minutes. The heating unit worked but if it wasn't heating it was blowing cool air so I heated the room and then turned it off for the night, turning it on in the morning to heat up so I could take a shower. The North side if Indianapolis, is a better place to stay while visiting or going through. Good Shopping very close, and MANY good places to EAT.

Surrounding area was nice plenty of choices for food. Location is close to highway. A nice simple hotel for a great price. I would definitely stay again.

Was surprised with the need to show driver's licence even though it was booked and paid in advance. Ice in parking area was bad but understandable with the storm that hit. No coffee in the room and one ice machine a long way from our room.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff is great.

The hotel is older, but rooms have been updated. It was a good location for us as our son was in St. Vincent hospital 15 mins. away. The staff was very nice. No extras in the room, such as coffee maker or frig. But the room was acceptable for the price. Pet friendly and lots of space for our dog to exercise and do her thing.

Hotel was a little outdated, but very clean and carpet looked new. Batth was small, they had installed a nice wood laminate floor and the shower stall looked new.

although I generally think the hotel was excellent, the remote control was lost ... found it under the bed .... along with dirty tissues ... only complaint .. but it sucks ...
