The front desk staff begrudgingly got up from her TV watching chair to check us in. There was some confusion about the number of rooms we had reserved and she offered no assistance and did not attempt to resolve the problem. She simply kept repeating that we had only reserved one room. I had to ask her if she had other rooms available. I finally figured […] out the problem and she gave us the rooms we had reserved. When I aked about breakfast, I was curtly told, "No". She did suggest the Bob Evans across the street. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I slept great, but would not return here due to the rudeness of the staff person. Mehr

I usually stay at another hotel a few miles away from this motel. But tried it this time to save a little money. It is very easy to access and is right at the exit to the interstate. Staying here cost me right at half what I have spent on previous trips. I will stay here again. The room was clean and well presented. Very clean, great customer service, highly recommended for the price

I was looking for an inexpensive hotel for a short business trip. RRI was very convenient, clean and suited my needs well. Internet access was nice but a little slow. No problem for emails but didn't stream Netflix very well. Overall, I would recommend it for what it is; I nice clean, inexpensive place to stay. (It is not a 4 or 5 star hotel)

This hotel is clean and the bed mattress nice and firm, but earplugs and/or leaving on the fan are needed if your room faces the interstate. Bob Evans restaurant is right across the street, and many other stores are easily accessible. Staff is polite and efficient.

I found this hotel served our basic travel needs as a stop over, reasonably priced and well suited for an overnight short stay trip to the areas. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would reccommend the facility and will consider staying there again on my next trip to the area.

Work out well right off hiway - clean room - Easy price

Our stay at redtop was peaceful.(just what we needed)! for friday night. Upon returning to the room the bathroom was not cleaned. the sheets on our bed hadnt been changed(appeared not to be changed). their was hair on the sheets(not mine) but the bed was made . Just be sure to check linen if staying more than two days.

Red Roof in Cincinnati is a nice hotel to stay in at a low price. It has customer service and a peaceful atmosphere. You can't beat the value, and the location is wonderful!

WE DIDNT SPEND MUCH TIME AT THE HOTEL EXCEPT FOR TO SLEEP, WHICH WE DID COMFORTABLY. IT WAS A SMALL ROOM BUT PRICED RIGHT. I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN IF EVER IN THE AREA.

Fantastic!!! I cannot say enough. My son and I could not get there till 4am and had no trouble with getting our reserve room. Then when I asked if we could get it for another night, at 8am, there was no hesitation and no massive price increase. The room was just as good as the service, with no trouble with noise or disturbances as we were sleeping during […] the day. I would stay here again in an absolute heart beat. This was my second time staying here, and the service was good, room was clean and has a nice atmosphere. Downsides were they only provided firm and rather large pillows, which were abysmal compared to my down pillows at home; and the wifi might as well be non-existent - was so slow I switched my iPad back to 3G service... This is pretty bad, because […] it just so happens AT&T only has 1-2 bars of 3G service there, so even the 3G is slow. It's like the Bermuda triangle for tech. If you're a business traveler, plan on heading to the Starbucks less than 10 min away for decent Internet service. Good hotel - meets the basic standards well.

Very convenient. Just what I expected from a Hotel like this. Good value!

This hotel is a good value, the location is convenient and the room was nice. It had a slight odor of smoke, but wasn't bothersome.

I liked the fact that I wasn't required to provide a credit card or cash for incidentals since my room was prepaid. The room was nice with the expected desk, fridge, microwave and coffee pot. It also had a thermostat for the heat and the free wireless internet was a bonus.

Very disappointed in quality of the bed pillows, First night lead to a very sore neck & back the following day. Missed the in-room coffee maker. The room and bath very functional & clean. Easy access to Interstate. Nice to have Bob Evans across the street. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to others with above notations.

this hotel was just what i needed. it was not only centrally located within the area of where all my meetings took place, it was easy to get to, near gas station, breakfast place and very clean. i was a nice hotel for the money and the staff was very friendly. i would return to this hotel if i had to travel to this area again.

Typical room 2 dbls. Clean. Needed iron, called down they brought one immediately.Beds a little stiff, but not too hard. They seem to keep up with the place; so I recommend this one for the traveler on a budget!

No frills here, but we had a clean, adequately-sized room at a reasonable price. This hotel is convenient to one of the nicest shopping malls in Cincinnati, and there are lots of restaurant choices in the immediate area. Access to downtown or the suburbs is readily at hand via the interstate nearby. We will stay here again.

i found the hotel to be extremely convenient to all of the blue ash meeting places. the staff is very helpful and friendly. the air conditioning was excellent and the room very clean.

reservations were for two queensized beds, we got two full sized beds.

Nothing fancy here but a good choice for a place to stay on a visit to Cincinnati. Just off the highway at the exit just south of the intersection with I-275 which makes it very convenient. We booked 2 full-size bed rooms in this hotel and found them to be clean and well maintained. They were not spacious by any means, but all we were doing was sleeping there, so it was more than adequate. Beds were comfortable. There's no breakfast supplied, but there's a Bob Evans directly accross the street, and quite a few other restaurants within […] a short driving distance My only complaint was every time the heater cycled on it rattled - enough to wake me up. If you are looking for a no frills hotel this is more than adequate. You simply cannot find a cheaper hotel that suits your needs. I figured I would try it based on the reviews I read and the reviews were correct. If you are traveling and looking for a place to rest your head you cannot go wrong. Very Nice hotel....I ordered a 2 bed room but really only needed on it was just cheaper and the clerk at the desk gave me a King room the bed was comfortable. The hotel was all around nice.

I was really hesitant to stay at a Red Roof Inn because where I live nothing good (or legal) happens there. I stayed here because of the ratings and they were correct. The place was surprisingly updated (granite counters??) and perfectly adequate for a nights stay. I gave it a low rating for comfort because when I got to my room it felt like a sauna. […] I turned the heat off, after a couple hours turned the fan on, then after a couple more hours I turned the a/c on and I finally got to a comfortable temp around 4 am. Otherwise it was just what I needed-a place to sleep that was close to my meeting location. Mehr

We had two rooms and one had a toilet problem. They immediately move us to another room without any questions. Rooms are adequate. Nothing special but if you just need a place to sleep and watch TV this is the place.

The room was not the cleanest, a sock and child's hair tie were found under the beds and is was not vacuumed. But the room otherwise was very nice. They had very comfortable beds. The room was bright and well maintained. I spoke with the manager about the items that were found and she apologized and said that the cleaning staff had been cleaning around […] 40 rooms a day and that was the excuse for them missing the items under the bed. They were very nice and did offer me a coupon for my next Red Roof Inn visit to any of there hotels nationwide. So I was quite pleased with that. Overall it was a very nice hotel and I would stay here again and recommend it. Mehr

It was very clean & nice inside & out. Only thing I didn't like was there wasn't a fridge in the room. Other then that, it was great! (:
