Travelodge College Park - College Park

This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Although it needs LOTS of work, it looks like the management is making an effort to spruce the place up. It is very close to the airport. I will try them again in the future....I hope they continue to make improvements.

First the hotel is to close to the airpot that's a plus, but the service is bad I flew from Chicago with my wife for a business meeting, when we got to the hotel it was 12:36pm the lady at the front dest told us that we were there too early cause check in is afeter 3pm what???? then while she was taking to us there was this man arguing with the other […] staff about his money, the phone rang she picked up and she was getting upset with this man that wouldn't leave his room to check out while she was serving me. So we end up going to the business meeting without checking in cause she said it was too early, then came back at 8pm to check in. The staff coulnt tell you where things were in the area, OMG terrible. Wont go back there ever Mehr

I wish I would have asked to see the room before I checked in. The hotel is run down. I was hit on every single time I walked out of the room. The ice machine didn't work in the rear building and I felt like I was walking a gauntlet made of pimps and hustlers while making my way to the main building to get ice. Don't stay here.

THE BEDS WAS THE WORST THEY WERE UNCOMFRONTABLE THEY DIPPED IN THE MIDDLE. THE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK WAS RUDE. I CALLED AND ASKED FOR A IRON AT THE FRONT BECAUSE THE DESCRIPTION SAID ALL ROOMS HAD THEM SHE TOLDME ALL THE ROOM HAD IRONS AND I TOLD HER THEY DIDNT AND SHE HUNG UP. I asked for a copy of my reciept and the front desk person became rude and refused to print a copy for me she insisted I had to call the online service. Extremely rude as if she was personally paying for the paper. Air condition did not work properly.

it's rough but it's cheap, the second day the heat went out so it was a cold start in the morning.

I stayed at this hotel during New Years. It was a fantastic price and very convenient to Downtown Atlanta. The bed linens were filthy and I got an allergic reaction on my skin from the sheets. It is not worth it.

this hotel is a complete dump...i found things in the room from guests that were there months ago. my room smelled like a wet dog. evrerything was falling apart. there was an unknown substance all over the head board i will never go back

Travelodge served its purpose and I got what I paid for

This hotel was what I expected in terms of location, but the maid service was poor.

I RESERVED THIS ROOM FOR MY SON AND ME,AND THEY GAVE US THIS LITTLE BITTY PIECE OF SOAP,BARELY ANY SHAMPOO,THERE WAS NO HAIR DRYER,THE PILLOWS WERE BARELY THERE, BUT IT WASN'T EXPENSIVE AND IT WAS IN A DECENT LOCATION,MARTA ACCESSIBLE. I FEEL LIKE YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO TAKE YOUR COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST TO YOUR ROOM,BECAUSE MY SON IS IN A WHEELCHAIR […] AND HE COULDN'T EVEN FIT HIS CHAIR IN THE BREAKFAST AREA,SO I COULDN'T BRING HIM ANY OF THE COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST!! the bed was is very bad shape, one side was already caved in like someone slept there for a year. stinks inside the room.

Other reviews also cover the sometimes disjointed character of this hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, excellent breakfasts (much more than the usual 'skinny' continental breakfast) good range of eating and drinking places nearby are the best points. They are counterbalanced by the need to check your room before accepting it, the need to ask for a non […] smoking room on the ground floor otherwise smoke comes up through the ventilators from below and the lack of a courtesy bus to and from the Airport (Tip, ask the drivers at the stand for one going to another hotel at the Old national Highway . . . My stay was really nice considering my circumstances at the present. It was better than being outside.

Finding this hotel at an extraordinarily great discounted price, I wasn't expecting too too much but to have a top bedspread that was slashed all over like someone took a knife to it. Come on. The bed was comfortable but made your back hurt...huh. I had to go to the front office, leave my ID to use the iron but it was in a great location for all the […] areas we planned on visiting. did not like this hotel at all, 1st off Roaches in the room no iron, no nothing, i will never stay at a traveloge again

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. This is a party sight for the local residents. Load music guest argueing at 3am. We stayed three doors from the front desk and they don't hear nothing going on until I called to complain. We left a day early. the hotel is what you get for the price. parking lot was very busy with people walking around very suspicously
