Overall I enjoyed my stay, except for the fact that the dresser was missing a drawer and also the websites states there are game consoles in the rooms and there was not a game console in my room. This was very dissappointing for me AND my children that were with me at the time because there wasnt much for them to do.

everything was good....

Just remember no iron, no fridge, no in room coffee. The floors have a wood vinyl floor perfect if you are concerned about what a carpet can hide. Oh don't expect 5 star at a red roof they are not cut out for that type of expectation. CLEAN, GREAT MATTRESS AND NICE PILLOWS, MODERN. great way to save on lodging so you splurge elsewhere.

it was quite easy and relaxing

It was a good place to sleep and relax for the night. I think they should take their no smoking policy more seriously though and put out customers that smoke in rooms. great staff.

Hardwood floor makes the room looks nice and clean. Noisy neighbors on my second night but the hotel security took care of the problem in due time. As you can expect, people who stay at this hotel are not really "professional" people. But I saw nice cars parked there. I will stay at this hotel again.

It was a reasonable price & clean.The only complant I had was no sugar or cream for the coffee in the room.They had no hair dryer.I didn't bring mine because every hotel I stayed in had one except this one.So be sure you bring your own.

The 1st room that we went into was not cleaned, the sheets were tossed the tv was on. It looked with someone either was just in the room or it was not serviced that day. The outside of the building still has that "old" look about it, but the rooms have been remodeled. Although some items like the tube and a/c are still original (20+ years old) The interior furniture and decor are very modern. It is a strange mix. The Hotel does not offer any breakfast, but the location and easy access more than make up for that.

On Thursday, the cleaning staff left a bag of trash in the sink of trash collected from the trash cans in the room. Never vacuumed the room.

Hotel was ok for the price they did not have regular sugar for coffee and advertised free Wifi but the did not have any

I would not recommend this hotel. There were strands of hair on the towel. Just gross

I would have rather slept on a sidewalk than paid to stay there.

I was looking for a relatively inexpensive hotel in a good location and this is all I could find. Luckily it was a nice, clean hotel. I would definitely recommend it to others who are looking for the same criteria.

My husband and I chose to stay in this hotel as it was in our budget and pet-friendly. When we made the reservation, we were slightly concerned that the only rooms available were smoking, but at check in the hotel staff informed us that the hotel is now completely non-smoking. Our room had also been recently renovated and was satisfactory for the price. […] This obviously isn't a luxury hotel, but it is a clean and comfortable place to stay the night. No complaints here! We had a wonderful experience at our recent stay at the Red Roof Inn. The staff was very helpful with the questions we had. Only two little complaints the towels where small & rough feeling and the remote did not work with the tv. For the price we paid, it's a steal!!

I was very impressed with the price especially for New Years Eve and a weekend however the bathroom really needed a thorough cleaning as there was dark hair in the shower and in the floor. The room we were given was newly remodeled with laminate flooring,new paint,new pictures, etc this was very nice. The problem was the noise at night fromm other guests […] hanging outside. We were oon the third floor and there were young men staying a few rooms down who were very loud, spitting over the balcony, running back and forth untll well past midnight. This was very diisturbing. This would make me rethink staying here a second time. They need to be a little more selective of who they rent rooms to. Mehr

1. our room keys had to be re-programmed at least once a day 2. one night the night clerk was gone for at least 30 minutes. my room key didn't work, lobby was locked. it was very cold and I had to sit in car with motor running till he returned. The hotel was easy to find using the directions provided by the desk clerk. The room was clean and neat for a budget motel. Room heater not adequate. There was trash not emptied in the hallway during the entire day. Overall what I expected and would not stay for more than one night.

The only fault I found with my hotel room was that there was mold in the ceiling over the bathtub. Otherwise the room was clean, comfortable, convenient, and a very good value for the price.

Generally, it was what I expected. Although, the nonsmoking room did smell like smoke.

Stayed here for a conference I had nearby. I would use this place again. Great price. Clean. Friendly desk help. Free coffee and tea at the front desk. Hotel is somewhat elevated on a bluff, which keeps it above most traffic noise. It was quiet and it felt like a safe neighborhood. Good Wireless Internet connection. Restaurants nearby. Hotel was a bargain for one night in Buckhead. The room was very small but in decent shape. They forgot my wakeup call in the morning. Wireless connection was weak.

We had to change rooms because the people staying in the room above us would not stop pacing and stomping on the floor.

My remote didnt work, the front desk never answered me so that I could move to another room so my tv stayed on HBO because I couldnt change the channel, there were sheets and comforters with something "red" on them what it was I have no idea, the toilet leaked when I flushed it. It was just an overall bad experience for me.

Great place to crash, no frills, which was fine, we just needed a clean bed and a shower. There was an upgrade package available, with refridgerator, coffeemaker, hair dryer etc., but we did not need it and were glad we did not have to pay for it.

The management needs to get their act together! I had no remote for TV, no housekeeping, and prank phone calls. I tried it all to fix the negatives but nothing helped!

the hotel was clean and the service was good but i'm spoiled and used to staying in W hotels so i wouldnt recommend it to friends, it was jus a clean ok spot to crash for the night

Sketchy and dirty. Non smoking room stinks like an ashtray and so did my stuff when I left. Ok if theres absolutely nothing else but be careful and don't go out at night or bring valuables. Sketchy area and very sketchy people staying here. At east one lady of the evening and her master spotted staying there.

I was very pleased with the quality of service we received from the staff at this particular hotel. The area was very clean and neatly kept. The room was comfortable, clean, and convenient. It was close to the MARTA station and food restaurants. It was a short distance from the interstate but not so close that it was a nuisance. Room smelt like pee, looked cheap on the inside, spots on the towels, scared to sleep without fully clothed on the bed. Good thing, Cheap rate and warm shower.

It was a wonderful stay, the staff was nice, the room was cleaned and you can tell they remodeled it. We only needed one night and it was close to lenox, only 10 mins! Also close to restaurants and gas station! Great price definitely recommend!
