Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 20. Feb. 2013Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Sauber, ruhig, in der Nähe einer Mall und direkt am Interstate. Ansonsten eher abgelegen, ohne Auto geht da gar nichts. Das einzig wirklich ärgerliche war, dass das karge Fühstück bis 9.00 Uhr gehen soll und z.T. schon 10 Minuten vorher abgeräumt wurde. Für solche, die auf den letzten Drücker kamen: Pech. Und das waren einige.

"Airport easy to reach"

We booked Castleburry Inn because it was just 15-20 minutes walk to down town Atlanta and the airport is easy to reach with MARTA. Breakfast was a little bit disappointing for the price more a stay&eat area. Otherwise our suite was clean and quiet.

I booked this hotel because it was cheap and the rooms looked good enough for 3 early 20's ladies to stay at for one night out on the town in Buckhead! Upon arrival I was a little put off by the location of the hotel and the outside. However, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The lady at the front desk called a few minutes after I had gone to […] my room after checking in to see if I made it to my room okay because I was alone. So nice! "close to where I needed to do business"
It was fine except for the social standing of many of the hotel guests. This is a prpblem especially if they are in the room next door, and your sleep is totally disturbed. Such a pity cause the room was in good condition and the clerks service was friendly. Its tough to stay in a hotel like this if you are on business and need a good undisturbed nights […] sleep. "Great for the price with minor issues."
Overall, I recommend this hotel. We had some minor issues such as: 2 days in a row when our room was cleaned we had no towels or toiletries. There also was not a hair dryer in our room and though they have some at the front desk- they were all out for our 5 day stay! "RUDE MANAGEMENT"
Toilet was clogged upon arrival. Room was soo loud I couldn't sleep. When I asked for a new room. Management told me its too late my old room had already been cleaned. Which makes no sense, they r gonna have to clean the room anyways after I leave. Terrible will never return. "Nice hotel overall"
I know it is April, but it was about in the 40s outside and the working heat woould have made the room more comfy. The duvet had a huge stain on it that would likely come out with soap and water. But the bed was otherwise clean and comfy, and the bathroom and the rest of the room was immaculate. I really love the laminate flooring in Red Roofs. It helps […] the cleanliness, and I sometimes travel with my dog. I like that pets are welcomed. This hotel has no other toiletries but soap and a 2-in-1 shampoo. I was assigned to a room, but upon entrance discovered that it had not yet been cleaned, so I was given a different room. The room itself was ok, about what you'd expect for the price. But what ruined my experience was about 5 am another guest had apparently been assigned to my room, given a key and tried to enter. So I awoke to the noise of someone […] trying to enter and see someone peering in at me. Fortunately I had engaged the mechanism that prevents the door from opening more than 3 inches or so. I rented a King size bedroom and I was pleasantly surprise at the rooms. They were VERY nice. I even had a desk that was in my room that I could sit at and do my work. I had a ground level room and other people staying there hung out in the parking lot and talked all night outside my room. I got ZERO SLEEP. I called the front desk and they did nothing about it. "Good Hotel"
We stayed at Red Roof Inn this past week for Spring Break. Hotel was surprisenly nice, Rooms were clean and they had lamminated floors instead of your standard carpet. I liked that, The only thing i did not like was that you could feel the springs of the bed, With some better beds this could be a really good hotel. Staff was very nice and helpfull. […] The housekeeping did mess up on of the nights that we were there by not cleannig the beds but the manager was very nice and took his time to correct the mistake. the beds are comfortable and the staff was great, however if you are a non-smoker, this hotel is not for you. Everything I owned smelled of smoke when I let this hotel, the smoke is in the carpets and sheets and clear that smokers do not take heed of the NO SMOKING hotel signs or fine. If the hotel could thoroughly re-do an re-clean everything and smokers […] would smoke in the designated smoking areas this hotel would be great for the price and great location. Hotel is close to a place I visit often. After looking at all the hotels in the area, this one is the best value to revisit each time and keep costs down. The radiant heat is a refreshing change from noisy units and I like the hardwood floors. it was a means to an end. What I mean about that is that if I were staying more than 1 night I would stay at another hotel. Please do not miss or take what I am saying out of context. "Easy access to bus line / downtown"
The hotel is clean, but it is old. It's actually a motel (with the doors on the outside) I was downstairs in room 128. There were people sitting in their cars in the parking lot when we arrived sunday evening. There was no hair dryer, no ironing board and not enough wall outlets available to run my laptop and charge my phone conveniently in one place. […] The internet connection was very weak (I had trouble pulling up google maps) There were large gaps in the weatherstripping under the door, large enough for a small rodent to enter the room. The room has a large bathroom, and a refrigerator and a microwave which is very useful. Also, the TV was a new flat-screen tv. The bedding smelled fresh and I had adequate pillows and towels. The heater and AC worked well. The staff were very nice, there is a vending machine on the property and a CVS across the street to get refreshments. If you don't have a rental car, getting to downtown was an easy 40 min trip by bus/metro. No continental breakfast, but there is coffee and a free newspaper in the lobby each morning. "Poor conditions, checked into another hotel."
Dressing up a room does not make for a decent hotel. This is a motel, not a hotel. Rooms were cheaply converted, everything exterior is in poor shape. Felt disgusted, I checked into a different hotel. Did not even bother to ask for a refund. Just wanted out.Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung
