Great location. Price was ok for what you received.

the room had hole in floor,thebed frame stuck out of mattress kept hitting my leg. so bad i left one day early and could not get a refound very bad neiborhood.

Room was very small. Smelled of mildew. Pool area was not clean. Nor was it inviting. Breakfast was either cold or not fully stocked. Only day breakfast was nice was on check out and the manager was presence. Staff seemed to be on point at that time. To late by then my 1st impression was already tainted. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wow, We arrived at around 1040 pm after a long drive. We asked for a roll away bed and the guy in the office said ,$10.00 extra. then states they are all gone without even checking. We then asked for an infant bed he turned his head around and said nope.i said we have a 1 year old can I have extra blankets and he said no, I'm the only one here. We decided […] to go to the Holiday inn Express down the street and they were great taking us in. We payed a little more which was well worth it. The staff was awesome and the place looked a hell of a lot better then the Ramada Limited. You get what you pay for even if it was only a one night stop over. Mehr

I read p[revious reviews prior to booking my stay and I almost went somewhere else. I was running short on time so I went against the odds and booked here and I'm happy to say that it was a good choice. The price was excellent and I only had a 15 minute drive to where I needed to go. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to save money. Close to shopping […] and dining. Mehr

When we first got there the people at the front desk were rude not good service at all. The ac in the room was not working properly. The tv wasn't working properly either. Don't recommend it to anyone at all.

The hotel grounds were dirty and run down. The included breakfast was almost non existant. Housekeeping service was terrible, room was not cleaned. The only thing housekeeping did was pull bedspread over bed, and throw towels on the bed. Trash was not emptied, or floors vacumed. I will not use this hotel again

Reading the reviews on this hotel, I was expecting the worst from this hotel. When I arrived at the location, it worried me even more. The check-in office definitely needs to go in a renovation and so does all the other buildings. When I entered the room I was ready to spray Lysol everywhere. To my surprise it was very clean. There was a flat screen […] TV, a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee machine. I didn't find any stains anywhere and the bathroom was fairly clean. But I was disgusted by the pool. The pool was located behind one of the hotel building and it was fenced. This scared me a bit. The pool didn't seem clean at all. During my stay i saw people sit around the pool but no one was ever IN the pool. I would recommend this for someone who is on a budget looking for a one or two night stay. Mehr

Before you look for those high motel's and hotel's away's looking Ramada limited in Norfolk. They away's look out for you when things are down and out.

I was not happy with the condition of some of the furniture and the uncleaniness of the rooms. I blocked eight rooms and 5 out of 8 rooms had something wrong with them. Breakfast was also lacking.

Everything was fine with check-in and service. Rooms were outdated and need renovations. Walls are VERY thin so you hear EVERYTHING. Cable went in and out due to weather.

I love Ramada hotels and my stays in the Northeast were all good experiences. This place is worst than filthy, it is disgusting.The sheets were not well cleaned. The furniture was old and the room had a horrible stench and this was the second room we got because I asked them to change the first room. I could have stayed at other hotels in the area at […] a cheaper price and I am certain they would have been cleaner. At three o'clock in the morning there were a bunch of people in the parking area talking loudly that kept my wife up. I canceled my next night and went down the block to another hotel. At 9AM, while checking out, some guy was lying down in front of the reception area and the manager and the receptionist went casually about their business as if this was a normal scene for them, but shocking for me. I have never ever experienced such a horrible hotel experience. Mehr

RAMADA LIMITED,worst hotel that my wife and i ever stayed in,rooms are so not clean, we got there and they had to move us two times because the drapes were so wet from the storm going on outside that it drip on heater and we did't have heat in one of the rooms that we were in,the next room that they moved us to the lights went out,we called about that […] we were told that ours were the only ones out in the whole motel,now understand if the whole motel went out but at that time ours was the only one,because there was a bad storm at that time,so they move us again to another room, nasty as hell,floor wasn't clean,bugs everywhere,tub nasty.Then the lights went out and stayed out until the next day.Now understand that time it was the storm so we did't hold that one on them,we had two rooms we paid for,one through hotel.com,and one we paid for when we got there for my wife father,his room was fine he says,but we had to move twice in the storm,It Was a Nighmare!!!!!!!!!! Never Again,we ask upon checkout would we be receiving anything back,all was said that i could understand was we are sorry,and that was what the hotel was to us SORRY.We would't recommend this hotel to the devil if he needed some were to sleep.No More RAMADA'S At All For Us In Our Future.
