Das Hotel bietet in Relation zu dem Preis ein sehr gutes Leistungsverhältnis. Es war sauber, in der Nähe einer Interstate und hatte alle notwenigen Komforteigenschaften.

We stayed a couple nights and had nothing to complain. We were out and about a lot and therefore cannot say anything about the bar, pool, gym etc., but the room and service were great!

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel, saubere Zimmer, nettes Personal. Wir würden immer wieder dort übernachten.

"great stay"
Our family came to knoxville to go to a concert which was very close by to this hotel. Room was clean. Beds were comfy.Front desk people were polite. No complaints. If we come back 2 Knoxville i would stay here again. Thanks 4 a great stay :).

"Convenient and clean"
I stayed here over Thanksgiving when my family visited my grandparents. They all stayed in every nook available and I ponied up for a hotel room. It was close by and clean. Front desk people were nice and helpful. Shower was hot with good pressure. There were less/more expensive places in the area but this seemed like a good value.

Stayed here with my son to visit University. Continental breakfast had very little. I wouldn't want to stay more than a couple nights here. Probably wouldn't bring my wife here.

we were only in town for the night and needed a bed and a shower. it deffinately served the perpose. room was nothing special, but it was nice to have a fridge. room was clean and water was hot. location was perfect. maybe 10 min from neyland stadium with lots of restaurant options near by.

The property was well kept, the room was clean and quiet, the beds were very comfortable, and the price was reasonable. A good choice for football weekends as it was less than five miles to the Neyland Stadium.

This was one of the worst experience in my life t a hotel, it was not clean, we foind medication on the rug next to the bed, and black feathers on the side arm chair, they did not clean our room, and threw the the clean towels on top of the night table. When we reported this , the clerk at the front desk said that may be we had left a do not disturb […] sign on the door. We said that was not possible because they went in to leave the clean towels on top of the night table. Terrible, terrible experience. The manager was no where to be found saturday and sunday. Mehr

"Eccono Lodge Knoxvile, Tn"
This is an older hotel. Very small building, Also Very Cheap. We only stayed for night and thankfully the place was clean. Not much to really expect from this establishment. For the cost it was well worth what we got. Plenty of restaurants in the area. A grocery store and a couple drug stores. If you need something you'll probably be able to find it […] nearby. In closing, if you're like us meaning just needed one night to stay on the way to our main vactioning point and just need a place to lay your head. Then this place will do. Just don't expect much for the free breakfast. But you can always go to the Waffle House a few blocks away before getting on the road again. Mehr

"Pillows"
Did not like the personal pillows brought by our family being placed on the floor after the staff made the beds.
"Not as advertized"
The room was comfortable enough, but I wanted to save time in the mornings by getting the continental breakfast that was advertised. It had to be the most nothing breakfast I have ever experienced, so eventhough the room was comfortable and the staff was helpful, my stay did not meet my expectations.

We were traveling on our way home from Ohio. Looking for a clean place to stay that was not an arm and leg since we were only staying overnight to cut the trip in half. Staff was very helpful and friendly at check-in. Room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely make this a stopping point on future trips. The hotel was nothing fancy, but the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Hotel was located in a safe and convenient area of town.

The hotel location is good. Its easy off and easy on the interstate. There is a good restaurant selection within walking distance too. i wouldn't make an extended stay with the family at this hotel, but for a quick stop over traveling somewhere this was an economical, clean and simple choice.

"Excellent value"
The quality level was everything one could expect and more for this price range. Clean, well-kept, comfortable.

After a last minute decision to take a trip we needed a hotel room for a overnight stay in Knoxville. Since we wouldn't be there long we wanted something inexpensive. We were pleasantly surprised to find the hotel room very well maintained. The beds were super comfy. Everything was perfect for a passing thru stop. Would definitely stay there again.

convenient location. Shopping only 1 mile away. Easy to get to downtown and UT. Helpful staff. Breakfast only bagels and cereal. For the price, could use some improvement on the breakfast.

"Outstanding location"
Not too close to the UTK Stadium so as to run into lots of traffic. But absolutely GREAT location for restaurants. Whatever your fancy, it was within a 1/2 mile radius.
"clean good stop over"
The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The night attendant was very nice and professional. The hotel does sit close to numerous business establishments and extremely close to two roads. I tend to be a light sleeper so the traffic bothered me as well as the early morning business things. The hotel in and of itself was quiet, I never heard anything […] out of any of the other guests. "Great!!"
This hotel was wonderful for the money. I only paid a fraction of what nicer chains were asking but went with this hotel because of the reviews. Boy, am I ever glad I did. The bedding was comfortable and warm, the A/C worked perfectly, the office people were very accomodating. The room came with a tv and a microwave. Awesome room for the rate!!!

"ok for the price"
If you are looking for a clean, inexpensive place to stay a night while travelling then this hotel will work for you. This particular room needed some repair of the popcorn ceiling in the bathroom, other than that clean and in decent condition.

The first room we were given reeked of smoke, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. But the front desk person was very nice when we asked for a different room and immediately went to "spray" the smelly room. The vent fan in the bathroom made a very loud sound when it was turned on, and the light didn't work sometimes when it was turned on but […] then later it would come on. The showerhead was not fully functional, either. It was supposed to be adjustable with different kinds of mists, but it didn't adjust at all and only had one small stream of water that came out from the middle. But despite these issues with the room, I would consider these minor inconveniences and would still recommend the hotel for its convenient location and its reasonable price. "Good for the money"
Rather clean, easy to find, agreeable staff. Would have liked to have easier access to downtown. Was there for a concert but all nearby hotels were booked. Took two hours to get a taxi back to our hotel. Obviously not the hotels fault. But if you're lookin for something close to town, this is not exactly it.

Some friends and I booked this hotel to see a concert in knoxville. They arrived first and phoned to say that the rooms were basic but clean. The room was solid, the shower was great. It was close to everything and right off the interestate. Will stay in again next time I am in knoxville and would recommend to anyone.

Just needed a place to stay on a business trip. Price was good. Room was clean with outside access. Wireless internet access was easy to connect. Could have been a little faster. Don't expect a big breakfast but the location is good with plenty of places around.
