Nice clean rooms. Quiet location. Will stay there again.

Location was close to our work site. The manager had a great suggestion for a breakfast diner on Rt. 20. You being pet friendly was super. I impressed with the room and it's cleanliness for a "budget" motel. The only issue was the ice machine near our room was inoperable. It was a great value for the price.

We just needed a place to sleep while driving across country. It wasn't as clean or well maintained as the Red Roof in Syracuse we stayed at on the way west. You can't beat the nightly rates. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay at Red Roofs again for the price.

The Superior Business Room is excellent. The hotel was quiet and almost full of guests. I did ask for a hair dryer - as suggested by other reviewers. The front desk was understaffed with only one person. When that person is called away to deal with a guest's needs, the front desk puts out a sign to wait 10 minutes. No complaints.

We just needed a bed and a clean safe building to sleep in. We were in Buffalo for a quick shopping weekend and this was exactly what we needed. For the money we paid, we weren't expecting the W or the Four Seasons. While it wasn't exactly pristine and sparkling clean, it was not horrible.

It was ok

Most comfortable king size bed I slept in at a hotel. Wish bed and desk were rearrange. Shopping areas within a mile or 2. Will go there again

Fine for the budget contous traveler.

The hotel was clean and very quiet. Parking was free And we also got a refrigerator and microwave.

Front desk staff is always very pleasant and helpful. I love that I can back my car up to the door and not shlep my stuff up the stairs. It was very cold when I got there, but once it heated up, all was good. The room and bed is comfortable. And the price is right. Just wish I didn't have to bring my own coffee maker.

needed more towels. It was very noisy and when asked front desk to deal with noise we were ignored. We were going to change hotels if the same group of people were staying another night. There were children running up and down the corridors at 1:00 am in the morning with no parental supervision.

My wife and I always stay at economical hotels when we go to horse shows that are pet friendly. This hotel was definitely above the typical quality of hotel that we stay at for the same reasonable price. The surrounding area is very nice, the hotel room was very up-to-date and maintained and the staff was friendly. We were very pleased.

Excellent: a great place to stay if yo're going to Niagra.

Have been there just to visit Niagara Falls and it was convenient for that.

We stayed mostly all red roof inns during our vacation and prices were reasonable. We never had any problems just a good night sleep

The king size bed was very uncomfortable and needs replacing. I woke up stiff. The in-room fridge was noisy and had to be turned off. The A/C did a poor job of regulating temperature. It either blew icicles or nothing at all. We could hear other people slamming doors and talking loud into the night. Even though the room was clean, you could see the […] motel is getting run down. The TV had funny lines near the top of the screen and the numbers were worn off on the remote. The toilet seat was an oversized replacement that kept catching the bathroom door! Plus, there was no hair dryer. We stayed in another room at this location last year that did have a hair dryer. (My wife forgot hers.) I wonder what we would have got if we spent a bit more. Mehr

The room is okay. Not much services provided. No microwave in the lobby. And no refrigerator in the room. If you need to stay just for one night, this is perfect. I just stayed here to sleep before my day-long picnic at the Niagara falls. I chose this one for the memorial day weekend as other hotels closer to the falls were very expensive. However, it is quite a long 40 mins drive from there. So, if you are not visiting Niagara falls during Memorial or 4th July, you will be fine staying here

Our room was a very basic room but we only needed it for 2 nights. For the price we paid we definitely had an enjoyable stay. It was quiet the whole time we there and close enough to make a trip to Niagara Falls. The room was clean but did smell of stale cigarette smoke as it was a smoking room. Other wise no real complaints. I wouldn't recommend this […] room if you were planning a trip for more than 3 days though considering how basic it was, no mini frig., iron, etc. But if all you need is a place to lay your head for a day or two, this is perfect. The hotel was clean and comfortable but the traffic on the main road is heavy and if you have to cross traffic coming out is very inconvenient. We have stayed there before. It's nothing fancy but I didn't need fancy. Just needed somewhere to sleep and shower. It is that.

I wasn't expecting too much based on the great price, but I was certainly expecting cleanliness. In the first two rooms we were given the bathrooms/washrooms had not even been properly cleaned and there was urine all over the toilet area. The third room they gave us was a bit better, but one of the beds was very uncomfortable and there was a big hole […] in the mattress. Although the staff was courteous and apologetic, and the price was good, I would never stay here again because of the filthy dirty state of the bathrooms. It is very unsanitary. They need to hire a new cleaning staff. Mehr

Our room was overall clean, smell free and ready for us. Despite not having enough towels we were very well please. We stayed in February and while it was very cold outside, the inside of the room was warm. Warm enough that we turned our heat off at night and still were comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. Staff called our room about 1/2 after check-in to make sure we were happy. Room was clean and quiet. Only complaint was the lack of a hair dryer and coffee maker in the room & the experior door needs to be weather proofed as the large gap let in a fair bit of cold air. I wish the walls were sound insulated, but otherwise it was an excellant stay on a budget.

there were a lot of ants in the first room we were supposed to stay so the hotel staff immediately relocated us into another clean room. We were very satisfied with our stay here, and will stop by again.

We stayed after going to a football game in Buffalo. The hotel was a short enough distance from the stadium. The hotel was comfortable and clean and the staff was helpful. This was definitely a good deal for the price!

was all in all ok, but need new furniture in the room, the mattress was not comfortable, but the room was clean, nice guest services, friendly staff

This is a pretty nice stay for a Red Roof, the only problem is that there isnt a whole lot immediately around in terms of restaurants, etc.

I was not very impressed. This is the first time I stayed in a red roof inn and the front desk was not overally welcoming. It stated on the reservation 3 people and I felt she should have noticed that due to getting in the room only 2 towels...2 washclothess....1 bar of soap....2 shampoos and 2 handtowels....completely NOT set for 3 people so it is […] an inconvenience after driving all day to go back down to get fundamentals for the stay. the motel was next to the thruway but you couldn't hear the traffic. it is situated in a quiet area of the town. rooms were clean and well taken care of. the staff was friendly and helpful. would recommend to anyone to stay here.
