Sehr große Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Preis Leistung haben sehr gut gepasst. Auch der Flughafentransfer des Hotels hat gut funktioniert.

War für 5 Nächte in diesem schönen, im viktorianischen Stil erbauten Hotel. Das Zimmer war groß, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lobby ist eine Augenweide. Restaurant ("The English Grill") ist zwar teuer aber sehr gut. Die Bar ist recht klein, man fühlt sich aber trotzdem wohl, auch wegen der überaus freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Die Lage ist insbesondere für Geschäftsreisende, welche in Downtown bleiben wollen, hervorragend. Wenn ich wieder in Louisville bin, werde ich mit SIcherheit auch wieder dieses Hotel wählen.

Red Roof Inn Louisville East - Hurstbourne liegt in Louisville (East Louisville) in der Nähe der folgenden Sehenswürdigkeit: Skyview Park. Zu den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region gehört Folgendes: E P Tom Sawyer State Park.

OK but the rooms requested were non-smoking but they were rife with cigarette odor. Not very pleasant.

I purchase a lot of hotels on the fly. Smart phones make the print even more fine print than it already is. Well, in my hotels.com profile I setup that I'm a non-smoker. Somehow, it still allows for me to select smoking rooms and this was one lousy mistake. After a long work week, a 6 hour drive, arriving in at midnight to a full hotel, the only room […] they could offer was smoking. Eeh. Other than the room feeling dirty (for being clean) - carpet - eeh (maybe I should take up smoking so I don't notice), and the tub drain not draining (took like 5 minutes for the tub to drain after my shower :( I guess you could call this ok for a 6 hour stay. I was nervous on how my room was going to look based on how the outside of hotel looks. However the room was very clean. Bathroom is very small though. It's located pretty close to many places to eat and zoo isn't far away.

"It's an ok stay if it's your last resort"
I totally loved the location! Loved all the choices of food. The cons would be: there was yellow stains on the comforters . Also they didn't change the sheets or pillow cases . The tv was super outdated and extra static. We had to keep requesting towels! But the staff was nice about it ;) I dont think I would stay there again

We went to check in just after 3 p.m. and the rooms were not cleaned yet. Came back and rooms were still not cleaned yet and staff was rude to us about it... By 6 p.m. our room was FINALLY clean and we were able to get in. No reason for the staff to be rude..It was their problem that check in is way before 6 p.m.

Stayed here a month ago and was blown away by how clean my room was! This time, not so much! Room was still clean considering the price, but not nearly as clean as the first time. There were dirty fingerprints and even fingernail polish all over the back of my door. The fan in the bathroom hummed very loudly. There are not enough television channels […] to really enjoy the television. Overall, I was still very satisfied, but second time around I wasn't nearly as charmed as my first time! Awful hotel with ants all over the room. Horrible neighbors. Also doors lead outdoors so feels very unsafe. Bathrooms are the size of a closet. Mysterious stains on the carpet.... Had a two night stay but checked out after one night because of how awful it was
The room was nice as far as accoodations. HOWER, the room was advertised as a non-smoking room, however when I entered the room, it smelled of stale smoke. ROOMS WHICH ARE ADVERTISED AS NON-SMOKING SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD SMOKERS IN IT.

"Fantastic Hotel - Especially for the price!"
I was concerned about how great this motel would be because the price was so low. But when I arrived, I was proven to be wrong. The front desk assistant was very nice and 20 minutes after I got into my room called to make sure everything was ok. My room was immaculate! I honestly have stayed at motels that cost much more and were in disgusting shape. […] This room looked like it had never been slept in before! I was very very pleased! The hotel was a comfortable stay. Was nearby many food joints and very near the interstate too. Staff was helpful & informative about the local areas and the routes. Staff woman was directing me on the time to see some local places around, which is an added bonus. Overall very satisfied.

We stayed only one night in this hotel on our way to somewhere else. The front desk staff person was very friendly and helpful. There really is nothing extraordinary either way about this hotel. It was comfortable and clean, the location is extremely easy to access to/from the freeway, and the neighborhood is generic suburban. Nothing but chain restaurants […] and other hotels nearby, but all we needed for the night was a clean place to stay and someplace to eat. That's what we got, so we're satisfied. Mehr

"Nice and clean!"
I stayed at this hotel after an 11 1/2 hour drive. It was only part way through my trip and I definitely needed a good nights rest as well as an affordable place to stay. The Red Roof Inn met all my expectations. Everything was very clean, the check in staff was nice and I felt safe staying here by myself.

Nice moderately priced motel. Comfortable, clean room, far enough back from the highway that it didn't have any noticeable road noise. My room was in the front of two buildings, the back building might have more noise, although it didn't seem loud when I was outside. No microwave in the room, but it did have a safe and decent WiFi service, although […] the WiFi was insecure. Residential neighborhood across the street, nice place to go for a walk. A very nice benefit was that there is no pet fee. Let me repeat that, because it's fairly rare, this motel has NO PET FEE. As an owner of a well behaved, iron clad housebroken dog, I hate pet fees, they are completely unfair. If your pet makes a mess, a motel can always charge you back for it after the fact, just like anyone else who damages a room. I would definitely stay here again. Mehr

"Money's worth!"
I have stayed at far worse hotels that were more expensive. The television was pretty poor as far as channel availability but the beds, pillows and bedding more than made up for it. I know it's not the hotel's fault, but the streets to get to it are confusing with the main road not being accessible from the main drag due to a divider curb. You have […] to drive around the block on crowded and rough side streets. Over all I say I got more than my money's worth with this visit. This is the second time I've stayed at this particular Red Roof and I'm sure I won't hesitate to use it again. Mehr
"Don't let looks fool you"
The reviews I read were promising so we took a chance and booked this hotel. When we arrived I was nervous from the apperance of the outside of building but upon entering our room we were pleasantly suprised. The only compliant was that upon entering the room there was a musky smell that was not pleasant but once the air was on and the room started […] to cool down the smell was gone. The room was very large and easy for my husband, who was on crutches, to move around in. Will keep the hotel on our list for future trips. Mehr

A great room for the price. Not run down, not smelly and really pretty clean. No amenities in the room or on the property. However, the hotel located in along a business corridor with a wide selection of resturants and conveniences. It also located right off the highway interchange and it's a straight 15 shot to downtown Louisville. The oddest thing […] is that my room had no lighting fixture in the bathroom, and so I showered in the dark! Mehr

One of the lowest prices available during the Mid-America truck show, all hotels inflate the room costs during major events, this was no different. Location was 12 miles from the event, but access to the freeway system was easy. Lots of restaurants close by make thr Red Roof a good choice.

Absolutely cannot complain. Very friendly lady working the front desk. It was quiet. One has the ability to block out almost all light with the thickness of the curtains which was a good thing for my family as we were all tired from the trip. Will stay there again if out that way.

The room was a good value for the price, however it is the only newer hotel I have stayed at that didn't have a hair dryer or coffee maker in the room. Staff was nice .Room was comfortable but heating system and traffic noise were a bit loud. Be aware that if you miss the turn off onto the street where hotel is located you could find yourself on the […] expressway. Didn't expect much for the price and small size of the hotel but was pleasantly surprised. The "Superior King" room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Really liked the layout and extra work desk area. Convenient refrigerator, microwave and safe in the room. Good lighting inside and out, heat and A/C worked fine. Hot water was no problem. Good […] coffee in the lobby when I checked out. My only complaint was the free Wi-Fi, which the signal was too weak to pick up in my room located on the first floor about dead center of the building. Signal was strong on the lobby end of the building, but nothing from my room. The signal from Days Inn next door was stronger. Not a major issue, had good 3G phone coverage but would have been nice to make use of the internet while there. Overall a very pleasant stay and everything you could ask for without spending an unreasonable amount of money. Would stop there again. Plenty of restaurants and shopping just blocks away. Mehr

The room was recently renevated and nice. The room rate was attractive. Everything in the room was in great shape. The employees were nice. The only complaint I have is the noise level. Since the room opens up to the parking lot, you get outside noise. During the week nights it was ok. However, Friday and Saturday nights was louder. The motel has easy access to eastern Louisville, St. Matthews area. It is a simple place with only outdoor access to the rooms.
great hotel for the rate. heater didn't work in our room but the staff addresses the problem quickly and were very helpful.

Room was adequate. Only two small worn towels. Pillows (not pillow cases) were dirty, sweat or something stained, had to swap out at office where they happily gave us more towels and new pillow. Comforters were dirty (look at under side), we just threw them to floor. All right for price, just thoroghly check bedding and pillows for cleanliness. Office […] staff nice, location great for us. Would suggest to owners to invest in new pillows and comforters or better train maids on washing them. Mehr
