We have stayed here in the past, and the staff continues to excel in making our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The hotel has a wonderful breakfast, free transportation to Disney, a Manager's Reception, and clean and comfortable indoor/outdoor swimming pool. very comfortable, clean room, friendly staff, definately would recommend and stay there again.

We stayed there for 3 nights and it was worth it. Comfortable bed and very clean. I just think it needs a little remodeling. Location very good!

Loved everything about it- proximity, rate, large room, free breakfast and AWESOME pool! Whats not to like?? OH- and a very friendly staff!!

Location was good. Not up to Hilton standard. It's an old hotel with new paint. Housekeeping needs to do a better job. Hair in the bathrooms Ect. Room size was good. Biggest complaint was the "balcony". Which they have none! It's the outside hall with a plastic chair. Windows don't open, only way to get fresh air is to leave ur door open.

The location was great, many restaurants around, but the hotel is old and outdated. It was a long line and wait to get breakfast. I usually stay in the Embassy Suites when I travel, the ones in Orlando are very old and kind of dirty, won't recommend it, for the price I would say stay at the Residence Inn, they are nicer.

Family of 5 stayed here at Lake Buena Vista. The location was close to Disney. I was disappointed in the breakfast buffet. We usually stay at Embassy Suites because the breakfast is a step above the other suite hotels with breakfast included. This property had frozen waffles, french toast and pancakes. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was very close to Sea World. The atrium is beautiful. Our children liked the indoor/outdoor pool. The evening welcome of complimentary drinks and snacks is fantastic. Every employee we passed was extra-friendly and inquired as to our comfort and well-being. Nice equipment in the fitness area. Easy Access to Parks and nearby attractions. Paid more for King bed and I ended up with double but overall entire room was very clean and nice. hallways seemed a little dated and drab. Breakfast was easy access and overall nice hotel experience.

Everything was great, I was only there for one night. Wish my stay could've been longer!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. the breakfast is wonderful and made to order fresh. there is a free nightly managers reception 5 - 7 with drinks and light snacks for residents. we were 10-12 minutes from universal and the hotel offers free shuttles to disney parks. we didnt use the shuttles since the parks were only 15 minutes away and we wanted […] to take our car. the hotel and staff were GREAT!! will definitely stay there again. Stayed for 2 nights with husband and two kids. We found the hotel to be very family friendly, clean, convenient and the room was perfect for us (king size bed suite/queen size sofa bed) The free breakfast was a plus and so was the indoor/ outdoor pool. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. Breakfast was great, but it does get crowded if you don't get there early. The "indoor pool" is actually the outside pool that stretches into a small part of the inside of the hotel, so the water was the same temperature as the outside pool which is a little chilly in February. Our son still had a blast swimming, […] but it was a little too cold for us. Valet parking is available, but there was plenty of parking so we didn't use it. The room was very nice and had everything we needed. The extra vanity in the bedroom is helpful if you have more than one staying in a room. The exit that this hotel on is VERY congested because of it's close proximity to other hotels and restaurants but it wasn't too unbearable. We would definitely stay here again. Mehr

We had a nice stay at the Embassy Suites. The room was clean and comfortable, and the free breakfast offered lots of choices. There is a free shuttle to Disney World too.

Just returned from our stay February 1-4th. Had a great time, hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was kept clean, though we did notice a black and mild cigar on top of a picture frame in the room that was not ours and not sure how long it had been there. The room was a great size for all 5 of us, and even allowed for some […] privacy for my husband and I. The breakfast every morning was great, loved the singing omelet maker. One morning got up to grab some more watermelon for my toddler and it had taken in back as breakfast had just ended and an employee went back and got some for me. Evening reception was nice, different snacks for the kids, as well as icees, then drinks for mom and dad. Pizza and full menu restaurant available in lobby and as room service. Parking was gated, which left you a little more secure. We will definitely stay at this hotel again! Mehr

Loved this Hotel!!! The room was huge. The free breakfast was tasty! Managers reception was great! Pool was clean and refreshing. Pool side late night movie was perfect after a long day. I will for surely stay here again.

If you want to be close to Disney and be around many restaurants this is the place to stay in. They have a great pool - in and out and a wonderful breakfast.

There just isn't enough space to tell you how our visit truly was, because it was just great. The rooms we booked were excellent (4). They were clean, smelled good and everything was in excellent condition. The breakfast there is just to die for. Home made omlets to order cooked fresh before you. Plus an incredible selection of other breakfast foods. […] They don't even have trash cans available because they clean up all of your mess. There was an indoor portion of the pool so even though it was unusually cold for Orlando, this was a big plus with the grandkids because they got to enjoy swimming despite the weather. They even have a sauna room so you can sweat off a few pounds. They had a free happy hour that was perfect. We were really glad we picked this location. It was located in the extended/new part of LBV and not on Hotel Blvd. This however did not become a problem since it was only minutes to my conference area. Hotel staff was great. They were friendly and accomadating. Definitely would stay again.

Our family stayed here 4 nights while we visited Disney, universal, discovery cove, and Legoland. Everyone loved the MTO bkfst every morning and the managers reception was great too. It was all included as well free parking and convenient to all the attractions. We definitely will stay there again next time we are in the Orlando area.

We really had a great time. We had a large party and rented 5 rooms for 2 days and not even one complaint! So glad we got this particular hotel. It was very clean, the interior was just gorgious - lots of plants, flowing water and walkways and bridges. The breakfast is free and it is real food. hotel room smelled like mold/humidity. wasn't very satisfied at all. people/crew were very nice but hotel was poor. we all got sick because of the smell!

The shuttle service to the Disnbey attractions did not provide mid afternoon service. I prefer to vist the atracions in the morning, return to the hotel for a rest in the heat of the afternoon and then return to the theme parks at night. I could not return to the hotel in the afternoon due to the shuttle service limitations.

is clean, comfortable and convenient. My Hotels.com rate gave it decent value for the money. Staff was very friendly. On the negative side I can't understand how a busy place like that could allow an elevator to remain out of order for at least the 3 days I was there and probably longer. The other elevator in the same bank was very slow. The free breakfast […] was great and quite full every morning, same with the free happy hour in the evening. Free parking is a nice feature but the charges for wifi are outrageous starting at several bucks per hour. Mehr

Have stayed at this hotel every year for a number of years. This year it seemed dirty and tired looking. I requested a blanket and got a disgusting blanket that had hand cream or something worse all over it yuk, took another 40 minutes to get a clean one.

The hotel room need an update. The TV was still a CRT type instead if LCD . The bedding was not updated either no pollow mattress. The lightinhg in the room was very dim.

This hotel is fine if you don't mind older hotels. It definitely is "dated". I did not care for the birds flying around in the atrium! There was way too much bird poop in the eating area! Very unclean and nasty! The bathrooms need updating as well. I had to request a new shower curtain as our's stunk! That should never have passed inspection. hotel very clean and comfortable,but quite far from some attractions.free shuttle bus to disney attractions is good, but staff not very helpful on giving information to other places. we were told to get to seaworld we would need either a hire car or taxi, but we found a local bus stop 3 mins walk from the hotel that went straight to seaworld for $2 […] a person!!! breakfast was very good.
