newly remodled rooms were great. did not feel like we needed to wipe anything down before using it.

The only problem is the distance from D.C. (about 40 min drive in rush hour). otherwise, a very nice and clean place, with good breakfast. RECOMENDED!

We were in town for local NFL game, found suite to have all the extras we were looking for. Shopping malls and restuarants within 10min drive. A pleasure to stay at this location and planning on visiting again soon.

I have stayed in quite a few hotels and this one was just OK. The price was very good for a two bedroom suite but the amenities and service was just OK....

In addition to the address of this accomodation, you should give prospective clients their telephone number because it is necessary to call them on arrival at Dulles airport if the shuttle bus is required for transport to the suites. It took us 40 minutes as we did'nt know the number. Overall we considered this accomodation to give excellent value for […] money. Mehr

This place is the best! From the time they picked us up at the airport till we left, they treated us like royalty. Super clean suite - the kitchen is great and so is the separate bedroom. Unlike some places, they provided a DVD player for movies. The dinner and breakfast was a nice touch - great full breakfast. The shuttle bus drivers are great people […] to & from airport. They also dropped other hotel guests off at the metro and in Reston business park - nice touch also. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend it highly to friends, Cliff Mehr

Air conditioning did not work - arrived late at night to leave at 4am the next morning for flight out - so too little time to switch rooms - but not a restful sleep - it was over 90 degrees outside! At time of checkout - computers were down - could not wait for a formal check-out with receipt or we would have missed our flight. All in all - a good idea […] to save ourselves a long drive to the airport in the AM - but not sure the hassles were worth staying at this hotel. Mehr

The Staybridge inn hotel at Dulles was located near the airport but had nothing close by in the way of shopping. The room at first appearance looked clean but closer inspection revealed a lot of wear and tear on the bathroom. Lot of ants in the room, along with a very dirty carpet. Could not see with the naked eye, but after walking in the room with […] white socks on for an hour, they were filthy! The bed was comfortable but after seeing all the ants in the room, I could not sleep well due to thinking of bed bugs. For a one night stay, it was tolerable, but if I was staying longer I would stay somewhere else. Mehr

I loved my stay at the Staybridge. I checked in on sunday and stayed a week. The breakfeast every morning was delicious, and the free shuttle within a 5 mile radius was awsome. Very close to the air and space museum in herndon. The free shuttle took us and picked us up from it. Every morning I was shuttled to the airport to catch the metro bus into […] DC and when I came back each day the shuttle came and picked me up, I did not have to pay for a taxi! The staff for the most part where very helpfull and accomedating. The neighborhood was nice to walk around in too! I would definetly stay here again! Mehr

Front desk guy was excpetional. We were incredibly impressed with the accommodations. Two bedrooms each with its own bath, a lovely setting room and a nice kitchen with everything you could need in it and clean! The 'Sundowner' had delicious food and beer! The breakfast was simply perfect with something to please everyone. The shuttle to the airport was totally efficient both ways […] and the staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel was very nice. The suite was wonderful. They had a great breakfast and a very nice happy hour the evening we checked in. We would definitely stay there again.

Very friendly & helpful staff helped us find what we needed and got us to the airport on time.

We got a good deal on a suite. The room was ample, the kitchenette featured a pot of coffee (not just a single serving, for which a husband and wife must fight!) and a decent free breakfast anyway. The bedding in the hotel was clean. The light next to the bed did not turn on as the switch was broken off, but there were many other lamps in the room, […] so this was not a problem. The neighborhood is an industrial area, so don't expect to go see the sights unless you have a car. From the time we left the hotel, dropped off the rental car, and got to Dulles was about 25 minutes door-to-door. I'd stay here again. Mehr

A definite on the will stay again list! The beds, living area, and kitchen were awesome! And the breakfast buffet... YUM! The staff was super helpful and the convenient location to Dulles airport a plus. There were only a couple issues in the room, but nothing in terms of comfort items... The cabinets were in bad need of refinishing and the grab bars […] in the tubs, yes plural, needed replacing. Other than that, WOW! We would definitely stay here again and I will look for the Staybridge Suites the next time we need a hotel. Mehr

There was no waste basket in the room and the door to the bathroom was broken. It was a shame, because the rest of the suite was very nice and the breakfast was excellent and included in the price.

We stayed at Staybridge twice during our vacation. Once at the beginning of our vacation (my husband filled out a very positive survey for that stay), and once at the end of our vacation which was very unsatisfactory. Even though we reserved a non-smoking room, the room had the overwhelming smell of a smoking room. It was throughout the suite. My husband […] went to the front office to see if we could make a room change. They said all the rooms were taken and gave him a bottle of smoke smell cover up. It was a bad night's sleep. All of our things still smelled of smoke when we got home. Poor form. Mehr

Very,very nice!Down pillows, full kitchen,3 T.V.s-five star-

We were very pleased with Staybridge. The suite included a full size fridge, nice microwave, limited cooking supplies like a skillet and pan and a 2 burner stove. The breakfast buffet was truly "hot" with waffles hash browns and scrambled eggs. There were several buildings so we were able to park right outside our room. Our only complaint was the bathroom. […] It was so small you couldn't open the door all the way. We practically had to stand on the toilet to close the door. If you can handle that, and we did, you will enjoy your stay. We plan to check out other locations in other towns. Hopefully we will find larger bathrooms. Mehr

We stayed over at this hotel just before a weekend stay in downtown DC. Absolutely had a wonderful time and would so recommend the faciity to anyone. The wind-down treats in the evening (we had pizza and pop) was an unexpected treat. Breakfast was plentiful and above expectations. And the staff were great. Well done. Now, the one thing that we didn't […] care for was that we requested a smoke-free room. While a valiant effort was made to clean our room, the smell was still there - although not strong enough to make us request a different room. Mehr

HOPPED ON THE METRO AND WENT INTO D.C. GREAT LOCATION AND 1/2 THE PRICE OF D.C.HOTELS. THE ROOMS WERE HUGE AND WE HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. IT FIT OUR LARGE FAMILY'S NEEDS AND WE WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING TO THIS HOTEL FOR SUBSEQUENT VISITS. THE BREAKFAST WAS NOT THE TYPICAL CONTINENTAL, BUT FULL BREAKFAST AND FRESH!

Extremely spacvious. Breakfast was very complete for a hotel.

I choose this hotel because of the great reviews it received, however, the hotel did not match he reviews. When we arrived they told us they didn't not have a reservation for us. It took awhile to straighten this out. Then the cleaning staff didn't come to take out the garbage or make the bed two days during the week. On Saturday we didnt see them again […] and were later told that they do not clean the rooms on the weekend unless you ask. Finally we rented movies to play in the room and then discovered that our cables to hook up the dvd player were missing. When we called to the lobby to ask they said the hotel was completely booked and they couldn't get any more cables, so we wasted our money on movies. We also found that the rooms were not as clean as we would like them to be (dust and cob webs). Mehr

This hotel was above our expectations by far for the price. We had a two room suite with a center living room. It was roomy and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

This hotel was amazing. I had trouble finding my way to the area since I am out of town and the service was already trying to help me out before I even got there. The room was more like a small apartment than a hotel room. Very clean bathrooms, a very large bed, a mini-kitchen and an entire living room. They had all of the small conveniences you would […] expect from a hotel but also had other very nice aspects such as silverware, a full fridge, and cupboards. I don't know how many other hotels have all of these types of things and come at cheaper rates than competitors. The breakfast food was fresh and hot every morning and went quite late so that I didn't feel like I had to get out of bed really early to catch it. I loved this stay and made my trip to Washington DC very enjoyable. Mehr

For a one night mid week stay we were given a suite at the double room price and a free light supper and beers in the lounge area. Only drawback: no elevator to level 2. 5 minutes to the airport. Recommended.

I only stay at hotels a few times a year, but this is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. It is off the beaten path in a quiet neighborhood. It was a 20-30 minute drive to Arlington Cemetary. The layout of the complex is really neat, more like condos. The layout of the rooms was great. I had a 2 bedroom suite. You enter into a livingroom with TV […] and full kitchen including stove, microwave, fridge, garbage disposal, and all plates, glasses, and silverware. On opposite sides of the room are full bedrooms, each with its own TV and full bath. The staff was very friendly. The lobby has a small store where you can buy personal items, drinks, frozen food items, and ice cream. The continental breakfast was top notch with eggs, sausage, fruit, cereals, wafflemaker, and assortment of drinks. Also at check-in, I was invited to stop into the lobby in the evening for free drinks (including beer) and fish sandwiches. This was one of their "sundowners" that they have often in the evenings as a social activity. I could keep going, but I think I will stop there... Mehr

We stayed in the two bedroom suite which was very spacious, quiet, comfortable, clean, and at the prepaid rate very reasonable. For those staying longer the kitchen facilities would make it very convenient.

if you go there to visit DC you need to drive 40 mins, other than that it was a great hotel, we enjoied staying there

We stayed here for the price and location to DC (it took us 35 min to get to the Zoo at 8:30am). This hotel was spotless I have never bin in a cleaner hotel. The rooms were large and everything was very nice. Our three kids realy enjoyed the pool but the hot tub was broken. Breakfast was very fresh, hot and wonderful. I coulden't have asked for more […] at such a great price. We will defantly stay here agian! Mehr

Great for the money! was basically a 2 bedroom condo with full kitchen and two bathrooms. 15 min. ride to Metro station and short 30 min. ride to Smithsonian stop right in the middle of the Mall between Washington Monument and Capital Building. Only negative is Outdoor Pool supposed to be open til 9:00 P.M. but outsourced lifeguard was pulled by 8:00 […] P.M.(cannot swim without lifeguard) Mehr
