Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen im Stadtzentrum geeignet, denn der kostenlose Shuttle des Quality bringt die Gäste zuverlässig zur nächsten MARTA Station und zurück. Einziges Minus für uns war die Umgebung, denn wir haben keinen Supermarkt oder ähnliches finden können, um Getränke zu kaufen. Wir waren zweimal in diesem Hotel. Bei beiden Malen war das Zimmer sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmertüren sind etwas hellhörig, sodass man an- und abreisende Gäste zu jeder tages-und nachtzeit hört. Stayed here for Step 2 CS and was extremely disappointed. The bathtub drain barely worked, the room felt like it was 80 degrees w/ the AC all the way up, and we even found a bug in our bed! It was a huge disraction the night before the exam.

My family and I had a great time at the hotel. We stayed 2 nights. I am so happy that I decided upon this hotel rather than the one across the street. The free airport shuttle is much larger and very reliable. They handled our 12 pieces of luggage with ease. Very safe neighborhood and driving easy access from the highway. No airplane overhead sounds […] so a nice quiet sleep. Loved the 24hr coffee/tea. Very friendly employees (expect for one). Hotel needs to change the lady who handles the breakfast room. She is very rude, unhelpful and make you feel that you should just walk out. The wireless must be dial-up. It was SOOOOO frustratingly slow. This has to improve to keep up with today's modern guests. The front desk person was extremely rude as we walked in the door. He said that I only had one room, when I paid for two. He said to call whoever I did the reservation with to fix it. He refused to look at my confirmation# or papers. I had to resolve the issue by myself because he did not even wanted to look at the confirmation. The staff for the breakfast […] was also rude. It was awesome for the location to the airport. It was really easy to find as well. Not too many places to eat around it though.

We pick up by the shuttle, the hotel is clean, then we left the following early AM.

I stayed at the Quality Hotel during the January snow storm in Atlanta that shut down the airport. The staff at the hotel was VERY helpful, and allowed me to check in to my room 4 hours early and even apologized for the delay. The people who worked at the hotel drove through dangerous conditions to make sure that all of us stranded passengers were taken […] care of and fed, and even stayed at the hotel themselves. If you need to be close to the airport and just rest for a night this hotel can be the place. You do need to be persistent to get a wake-up call but it makes up with the breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. When we checked into our room we realized we forgot to ask for a room with a fridge and microwave. The problem was immediately fixed. The room was clean except for some shevd hairs found by the sink. The breakfast could use a make over. Hotel met expectations for the amount we paid. Only downside was that it had a bar but it never opened.

The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Nice restaurant and free hot breakfast.
